I don't call the shots around here, but I think #7 is more likely to be available than #14. The team who had #14 last season might return.

Since there may not be enough spots, I can either remove the Svennish drivers or make them open charter users. I just wanted to RP poorly written accents. I can do that even with Urnson, and say he’s Svennish (but on Vannish books). So we can counterspell the Svenns for now.

While Newmanistan obviously has the final say on the matter and numbers may best be changed later in the process once all the signups are in, it is worth noting that #05 was already taken in the signup list so you may have to choose another number for the re-incarnated Blaney

Here’s what I’ll do to finalize this. Phil Urnsen will move up to “must qualify in”. He’ll be registered to the Svennish puppet team, which will have one car.

That way I won’t even have to worry about open charters and space is freed there. Worst case scenario, I’m sure one driver will show up for the Vannish spots. Hmm who could it be?
