The current BoF ended last night and the question wasn't about that anyway. I quote from the first post of this signup thread:

The reason for this rule is to ensure questions are answered correctly since incorrect or vague answers can cause confusion.

To answer Ouna's question, World Cup signups remain open for the current edition so it is possible to enter this World Cup but nations are only eligible for the Baptism of Fire if they A) have never entered it before with that nation and B) are currently unranked in the KPB rankings. Entering a nation in this World Cup as an unranked team means that you will be ineligible to enter the same nation in the next Baptism of Fire because you would be ranked. However, if you enter this World Cup and actively participate, you will likely be ranked higher going into next World Cup than you would be if you wait for the next BoF. You would also have the option of entering a puppet in the next BoF.

In order to make the numbers work, the two most recent puppets to sign up, Velstrania and Cartedoria, will unfortunately not be able to participate in this edition of the World Cup.

Hello there, groupmate! If you'd like to RP, you can do so here. If you'd like to upload a roster for the competition, you can also do that here. We're only about a third of the way through qualifiers, so you can still very much jump right into the thick of things - & even if you don't qualify to the World Cup proper, you can be invited to the Cup of Harmony, another very prestigious event that can get you lots of ranking points for the future, if you RP well enough.
