Participant Roster Requirements
Please submit a list of up to five fighters in order of merit, first listed is best.
Each fighter needs a weight class and a style. You may have any combination of weight classes on your roster.
The seven weight classes are flyweight (women), bantamweight (women), lightweight (men), welterweight (men), middleweight (men), light heavyweight (men), and heavyweight (men).
Styles range from 1.0 (almost purely striking) to 9.0 (almost purely grappling). Non-integer styles to one decimal place are fine.

Fan-Based Ranks
Fighters are ranked according to their fan base. Each nation's top fighter (class is irrelevant) starts with 31,000 fans. The second-best fighter starts with 28,000, then 25,000, 22,000, and 19,000. Once nations are allowed to extend rosters, all fighters beyond the first five start with 15,000 fans.
Definition: A "block" of fans is 10% of the losing fighter's fan base, rounded down.
The winner of each fight takes fans directly from the loser according to the status of the fight:
- Ordinary non-feature match: One block. Most matches are non-feature matches.
- Prestige match: Two blocks. Prestige matches are either of the two non-feature matches with the highest combined fan base on a given card.
- Playoff match: Three blocks. Playoff matches designate a challenger for the championship of a class. Both playoff and title matches are considered feature matches.
- Title match: Four blocks. Title matches may see the championship established, retained, or changing hands. Both playoff and title matches are considered feature matches.

Event Cards--Matchups
All cards will be assembled by me using the following system.
1a. Title matches pit the current champion of a class against the designated challenger. If the title is vacant, the two winners of a four-way playoff match fight for the title.
1b. Playoff matches are held between the two top fighters in the class other than the champion, to designate the challenger for the next title match.
1c. Four-way playoff matches are announced on occasion putting the top fighter in the class against #4, and #2 against #3. This is a special event used to find two challengers for a vacant title.
1d. Contender ranking to get into a playoff or feature match is determined by sorting the fighters in the class according to fan base (descending) followed by last match date (ascending) followed by lots.
2a. Sort the entire roll of fighters by date of last match (ascending) followed by fan base
2b. Select the first listed unpaired fighter for each nation. They are guaranteed matches on this card.
2c. Pair the fighters from step 2a against each other by weight class in order of listing where possible. Some may not be able to be paired yet.
2d. Find opponents for the remaining step 2a fighters by taking the first listed unpaired fighter in the correct class.
2e. Fill each remaining non-feature match by taking the first listed unpaired fighter and scanning down the list to the next unpaired fighter of that class. Repeat as needed.
Scorination
Scorination will be provided by a dedicated scorinator, ODS spreadsheet-based, using as inputs fighter style, fan base, and current national RP bonus (the last on a 1-10 scale). Scorination time is expected to be 1100-1130 UTC.
Roleplay bonus
RP bonus for each nation is cumulative with decay over time. All posts made before each card are considered together for bonus for that card. One excellent post garners more benefits than several weak ones. The minimum total RP bonus is 1, the maximum is 10.
