Conditions of Entry:
- Any NationStates nation may enter, and may also enter 1 puppet nation, but no more! If a nation is found to have entered 2 puppets or more, all nations will be wiped from the tournament records and their next opponents will be given byes. All puppets must be declared before the tournament and
- All entrants must submit two golfers, one female and one male, with a 6 digit style entry, as clarified below.
Details of Competition (IC):
- The tournament shall be hosted at the Grand View Golf Course, just south of Mikhaylovka, the capital of Lithatrius.
- This Course comprises of 18 holes, with 3 3-par holes, 12 4-par holes and 3 5-par holes, making up a total par of 72, over 7462 yards.
- This will be a direct singles knock-out, divided by gender, to find the winner of the Men's International Golfing Open and Women's International Golfing Open.
- The aim for the number of players is any multiple of 2, with a preference towards 16, but if we get more, 32.

Details of Competition (OOC):
- All scorination will occur between 1900 and 2000 hours, GMT, daily.
- As The Babbage Islands are able to clarify, Golfinator includes RP Bonus. I decide what RP Bonus to assign, my decision is final, but I would like to think that I am fair on this front.
Styles Explanation:
- For each player, a 6 digit style must be assigned. Each digit may be between 1 and 6, but in total, all 6 digits must comprise of every number between 1 and 6.
- This is quite hard to describe, so I'll give an example: JOHN SMITH (EXA) 461325. As you can see there, there are 6 digits, using all numbers between 1 and 6 once.
- These 6 digits have the following description:
- Number 1 - Length off of the tee
- Number 2 - Accuracy off of the tee:
- Number 3 - Skill with long distance irons
- Number 4 - Skill with short distance irons
- Number 5 - Skill with wedges
- Number 6 - Skill with putters
- With the John Smith example above, his accuracy off of the tee is 6, meaning that that is his best skill, but his skill with long distance irons is 1, meaning that this is his worst skill.
- If you make a mistake with your values, I'll point it out to you via telegram so that you can correct it.
