One of them was a new event so it would still be relatively easier to get a record, though that's still pretty cool. I love how the other record is from a walking event, it just creates a funny picture in my head of the athlete speedwalking with his stiff arms moving back and forth really fast.

If I had to pick one: Kampf Teddy, Men's 10 m Air Pistol, a young man who barely lost a medal and is surely frustrated.

RP bonuses go to whatever delegation posts the RP.

If parts of an RP are written by two different delegations, then the bonus can be split between the 2 delegations if they each post their part of the RP with their nation or if the author of each part is clearly marked in the RP.

That has been fixed. It was top 6 all along in the scorinator but I erroneously bolded the 7th and 8th place finishers.

Scorination/RP Bonus

A min-max avoidance bonus (MMAB) will be used and will be weighted at 20 percent of the total RP bonus. The MMAB will be based upon the standard deviation of a delegation's skill modifiers (specifically the STDEV function of LibreOffice Calc which is likely identical to the Excel function of the same name), the size of the delegation and the average skill modifier of the delegation. If a delegation's average skill modifier is below 50, half of the difference between 50 and their average skill modifier will be subtracted from their delegation's STDEV (which means that a delegation of 150 entries with an average skill modifier of 40 will be awarded full MMAB for an STDEV of 35 or less). A list of maximum STDEVs to receive full MMAB appears below (the below list assumes an average skill modifier of 50):

1-20 entries: Full MMAB for any STDEV
21-50 entries: Full MMAB for STDEV of 40 or less
51-100 entries: Full MMAB for STDEV of 35 or less
101-250 entries: Full MMAB for STDEV of 30 or less
251-500 entries: Full MMAB for STDEV of 25 or less
501+ entries: Full MMAB for STDEV of 20 or less

The remaining 80% of the RP bonus will be split 30% current day, 30% last 3 days and 20% cumulative similar to what Electrum did at the last Winter Olympics. Each category will be scaled, with the top delegation in that category receiving full bonus for that category and others receiving a proportion of the full bonus. Roster bonus will be counted as part of the RP bonus for the first cutoff after they are posted. The host delegation will receive its MMAB per the same formula as every other delegation and the remaining 80% of the bonus will be equal to the highest total actually obtained for that day. This is done to simulate the home advantage effect that exists in the RL Olympics. Should I enter a puppet delegation, the puppet delegation will not receive any host bonus and would only be awarded a bonus if I actually RPed it. RP bonuses will be adjusted accordingly, via a spreadsheet, for Must10inator and Baseinator (and any other scorinators that aren't xkoranate).

Will the next Cutoff show the results of the qualifying women's auto racing event?

The schedule is available here. While the dates listed there are currently incorrect (they're probably at least 2 off days out of date), the next day to be scorinated will always be whatever day comes after the last day.

That said, I'm not 100% certain that all of the events are listed on the schedule so if you find an event missing (the full list of events is in the OP of this thread), please let me know. If nobody tells me that I forgot the event, its possible that it might end up not happening.

Yes.

The exact spreadsheet formula used for Day 8 was:

((D#/D$73*0.2))+(E#/E$73*0.3)+(P#/P$73*0.3)+(G#)

where # is the row number corresponding to a specific nation, D is the column with cumulative bonus, E is the column with last 3 days bonus, G is the column with MMAB and P is the column with the day 8 bonuses. For Day 9, column Q will be used instead of column P. Row 73 contains the maximum value for that bonus.
