Continuing from the practice started by the Equestar Host Committee in World Cup 80 that was a brilliant idea in and of itself, and that we certaionly hope develops into a regular tradition for the World Cup, the World Cup 81 Host Committee is offering a number of companies the right to have various sponsorship packages to showcase themselves during the World Cup cycle. This is, of course, open to companies from all nations, regardless of their participation status within World Cup 81. This will provide a unique opportunity for companies to market themselves in the multiverse's oldest and most prestigious sporting competition.

There are no limits on the industry or types of organizations that can seek sponsorship. From for-profit companies to non-profits & charities, individuals, religions, other sporting competitions, etc... Everybody is welcome to bid to use the large platform that is World Cup 81.

We will have a two-tiered structure for the sponsorship process. That is, as follows.

Global World Cup Partner
We are offering the ability for various organizations to be declared official partners of World Cup 81. Now, we leave this up to your bid to include what kind of partner you would like to be- however, we will try to have a separate partner featured for each cutoff during the World Cup Finals. The World Cup will look for product partners in all kinds of areas- the official sports drink of World Cup 81, the official brandwear of World Cup 81, the official airline, the official alcoholic beverage, etc.. We are willing to have an official product partner in all kinds of areas. In terms of organizations that will not provide products, we are still looking for partners in that realm as well- all organizations will have the opportunity to bid to choose to be officially associated with World Cup 81.

You can include any kind of information you want in your bid, and if you so choose, how exactly you want your company to be featured. From our end, we will be able to offer any bidders exactly one opportunity to be featured in a cutoff for the World Cup Finals. Any organizations who earn this designation will be titled "An Official Global Partner of World Cup 81"

National World Cup Partner
We will also have an opportunity to have companies be local partners of the World Cup. While they will not get featured within a cutoff, this is an opportunity for organizations to become a national partner of the World Cup in their own nation.

As promised in our bid, however, we have two more competitions to run out of this thread. This is the ability to build the tournament's two feature stadiums- the Stadium of the Restoration in Banija, which will host the World Cup's opening match, and RT&T Stadium, in New City, Orlandiana, FFR, which will host the 81st World Cup Final. Both nations, of course, will individually pick the winners of the stadium competitions within their own nations. These, of course, are eligible to any company from any nation, regardless of participation status in World Cup 81.

RT&T Stadium in New City, Orlandiana, Federation of Free Republics
The Federation of Free Republics is looking to provide upgrades to their 150,000 seater RT&T Stadium, that is scheduled to host the 81st World Cup Final. The Federation of Free Republics is willing to consider bids that offer renovation of the stadium, and that will tear down and completely rebuild the new stadium. If it is to rebuild, they are looking for a target capacity of at least 150,000. The bid to renovate or build a new stadium at this site should include, at a minimum, information on the following:

1. Whether the stadium is outdoor, has a permanent fixed roof(a dome), or has a retractable
2. What type of playing surface that the stadium would have(grass or artificial turf or anything else)
3. RT&T's naming rights to the stadium have expired, so nations should feel free bid for naming rights to this stadium. Alternatively, if they want, organizations looking to sponsor who are not attempting to renovate or build this stadium can also bid for naming rights to this new stadium.
4. Include any other information that you would like.

The Stadium of the Restoration in Busukuma, National Capitol Region, Banija
The Royal Banijan Soccer Association, jointly with the Banijan government, the Busukuma Metropolitan Government, the Olympic Committee of Banija, and the Banija Gridiron Football Association, all joint owners of the stadium site, are looking to replace the Stadium of the Restoration with a new stadium on the same site, to bring up the capacity. The stadium serves as Banija's national stadium on the ocean shores of the nation's capitol- it serves as the primary host for home games for the Banijan national team in both association and gridiron football, as well as hosting countless neutral site games in both sports and in other sports. It is built on the site where the Banijan monarchy was originally restored, in 1835, as a result of Banija's first independence effort. The stadium is named after that effort, and as a result, all coronations and funerals of regnal monarchs are held at the site.

The Royal Banijan Soccer Association will be operating all aspects of this bid. We are looking to build a stadium that fits capacity requirements to host the World Cup opening match- we are looking for a stadium to be built that will seat at least 80,000, but not more than 102,000. We are looking for an outdoor stadium without any kind of roof, for it to have a grass playing surface, and for it to have at least 4 suites. Bids are encouraged to include any more information that they like.

OOC:
We encourage people to participate in anything- from Sponsorship, to bidding to build one or both stadiums, naming rights FFR's stadium, to anything and everything in between. This is a great RP opportunity for anybody looking to get involved! However, I want to note, there are two different deadlines.

The deadline to participate in either stadium competition is Tuesday, September 10th. Also known as the mid-qualifying break. Stadiums don't get built overnight, especially massive stadiums that will host important World Cup matches. The deadline to attempt to be an official partner of World Cup 81 is Tuesday, September 23rd- also known as the end of World Cup Qualifying. If there are any questions on the process for this or about anything I've posted here(or haven't posted) please TG me or FFR and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

And, as always, please do not reserve your posts. You may go ahead and start posting now!

First one is a global tier World Cup 81 sponser.

Company name: megaverse sports
History: Megaverse Sports was a video game company started in 2005 by Bruce Mcculers. Their reason for founding was because Bruce wanted to play sporting games on his counsel without going to a video game store and buying a regular game that was popular throughout the world. Bruce started with a simple game it was called super hockey the game was simple and easy to make and it turned out to be very popular. Then because of Super Hockey’s success in 2006 he made a game called World Baseball Classic unfortunately he had to close it down a week later because he didn’t get permission from the world baseball classic. But then a rival company came into the game, that company was called Electronic Sports mega. Their hockey game was more popular than Super Hockey. Megaverse sports started to lose money And they figured out something Bruce’s code for Super hockey was different from when he originally made it. A few investigators looked at this and found out the awnser they had hacked Bruce’s code. Megaverse filed a court case a successful one. Super hockey became popular again nand super baseball, super football and super soccer followed and many more came later, now Bruce will be creating a official World Cup 81 video game!

Goat Clippers Seeks to be the Official Landscaping and Grounds Crew Company of World Cup 81

Image

Goat Clippers is seeking to become the official landscaping company and/or grounds crew of World Cup 81. Goat Clippers is the leading and premier goatscaping company in South Covello. What is goatscaping, you may ask? Goatscaping is when goats are used as landscapers, to eat and trim lawns, plants, shrubbery, or whatever your little heart desires. Goat Clippers will provide some of their goats to Banija and the Free Republics to use as landscapers or groundskeepers in and around the stadiums. Why pay for expensive groundskeeping equipment when a goat can trim the lawn whenver you want? Our goats will happily munch any soccer pitch you want them to (except the ones with artificial turf) to make them just the height you want. And all they want is your undying love. Have pesky shrubbery around the stadium you want trimmed? They'll do that too. Goat Clippers has experience working at sports stadiums in South Covello, trimming the fields at six baseball stadiums, five soccer fields, and seven football fields, saving these teams a lot of money on people and equipment. They're also responsible for trimming the historic shrubs at the University of Borgia's football field, keeping them from overgrowing and making them just as they've always been, in one of the few historic universities to remain from the Gregist days. There's a reason Sall-Ford stadium is often nicknamed "Between the Shrubs" for the shrubs that surround it. They also trim ivy on baseball walls at historic stadiums, and much more.

Not only that, the goatscapers are a great way to bring fans into the stadium early to watch the goats do their work before the game. That way they spend more money on drinks, food, etc., making the World Cup organizers and stadium owners more profit. You can even have events where kids go down onto the field and play with the goats, possibly for a small fee if you want to. Or you can do it during one of the off days for that stadium, leading to another stadium opening, more sales of concessions and merchandise, more sales of goat petter kids, more fun, and more money for the organizers and stadium owners.

Goat Clippers has the most experienced and talented goatscapers in the Multiverse, and one of the few that services sports stadiums. Plus, they love children and love being petted by them. And who doesn't love goats? This is a tremendous marketing opportunity - "Come for the goats, stay for the soccer", you'll say. And they'll come. Because two year-olds may not care about soccer, but they love goats. And parents will bring their kids to the game, because two year olds always throw temper tantrums until they get what they want, and what they want is to see and pet and love the goats. So then the parents will have to take their kids to the stadium to see the goats, and then then the kids will cry and throw temper tantrums until they get ice cream, so the parents will give them ice cream. But then the goat will eat the ice cream, so they'll have to buy another or the kid will cry miserably, and that means even more money. And if it happens to be on the same day as the World Cup match, they'll go to the soccer game, and if not, maybe they'll come back to see the goats again on matchday. Maybe you'll even get traveling goat fanatics traveling around the country to see the goats in as many places as possible. Because everyone loves goats. Kids, adults, babies, old people, young people, everyone loves goats. And everyone loves seeing goats eating lots of grass, and petting goats, and it will be lots of fun for men, women, and children of all ages.

So, do you want an official landscaping and groundskeeping company that's adorable, lovable, and affordable? If so, then hire Goat Clippers, where the Goats are the Crew and the Crew is the Chew. You won't regret it.

Libero Security (Limited)
Prospective Security Partner of World Cup 81
.
.

WHO are Libero?
WHAT does Libero give back?

Libero, as you can probably tell by now, are a security company, by which we mean much, much more than a security company. We here at Libero are not a bunch of draconian hooligans that will smosh some random unsuspecting fan on the noggin at the first sight... in fact, we might just politely ask you to stop whineing at the first sight of your doing something we don't like, and please don't look at that baton or spraycan or standard-issue pistol on our belts or we'll have to politely ask you to stop ogling us. Unless you're a pitch invader, in which case we'll have to shoot you because everybody would be invading pitches if we didn't. Hooray for Kantian ethics!
Libero was formed in 1992 by a merger of SecureGuard, Lockdown and National security companies, all of which provided a service much inferior to the unity that we distribute today... although we like to think of it as more of an ingenious idea by our Commanding Executive Officer, Andrew Cullis. Since then, Libero has provided thousands of hard-working people not just the ability to earn several wads of cash, but also to travel Tinhampton on countless occasions to do so - just ask Dave, who is now a millionaire as a result of faithfully serving both Libero and his hometown for the past 20 years (and a lawsuit we won after the Tinhampton City team bus was overturned in the 2002-03 inter-religious riots, but we don't talk about that here). It's about time that we here at Libero should go global.

WHERE can Libero operate?
WHEN will Libero provide security?

Where "can" we operate? That's a misleading question, what you should really be asking is where "WILL" we operate - as part of our mission to provide a thug-dehanced* environment for every single man, woman, child, and gender non-conforming individual that touches down in the two host nations to enjoy the 81st edition of the greatest sporting competition in the multiverse. Our apologies if your idea of enjoying a major sports tournament is pulping the shit out of other participants, but we'll have to politely ask you to stop before we try* and do something about your presence in the stadium a few seconds later.
Thanks to Libero, your dream of a safe* World Cup 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... erm, for about eight weeks and then we pack up like the fans do and return back home could soon become a reality. Libero plans to operate not only in the many dozens of World Cup host arenas, but will also provide security for "add-on" events like Fan Zones and the World Cup Concert - and in case you're A. wondering how we can get a few thousand Tinhamptonians to defend 40+ locations and B. unable to get a ticket to this wonderful sporting showcase, then you, too, can apply to become a Libero Security Officer for this World Cup! (Of course, we're assuming you're able to get a visa here, although we only accept payment via cash or cheque.) Watch out for the sewn-on "LIBERO Security Ltd." badge, as demonstrated above - anybody wearing this is either a genuine Security Officer or a cheeky bastard.

WHY should Libero be the World Cup's Security Partner?
HOW high can I set my expectations?

Imagine a World Cup without a strong and solid security partner such as Libero. Imagine the flames, imagine the fury, imagine the riots, imagine the incessant, outrageous, frothing supporters hitting out at one another. Some people in Tinhampton are opposed to Libero becoming the official security partner of the World Cup - maybe they'd like to host a big tournament one day find out what one without it would entail!
Not only will Libero aspire to provide a swift and controversy-free* World Cup tournament, but it also aims to bring one of employment like every operation on this scale should be. By intending to introduce full-time Libero Security in the two host nations, you too can be assured that Banija and the Free Republics maintain an infamously Tinhampton-like high level of security, now and in the future. Put simply, Libero should be your first, second, third, thirty-second, one-thousand-and-ninety-third, and last choice (not inclusive) if you want to keep your stadiums, your cities and your potential flashpoints secure... at the cost of about one hundred thousand NationStates Dollars, because we're spending the rest on our Security Officers' wages. Hooray for Keynesian multipliers!

If you have any concerns or queries, please drop a letter in the general direction of Libero Security, 1 Seaside Avenue, Tinhampton, TI2 4AG.

*safety, speed, reduction of hooligan activity and lack of controversy not necessarily guaranteed

by Siovanija and Teusland
One of the largest architectural firms in the United Republics of Siovanija and Teusland, Architektur Erhart-Palme (hereafter referred to as AEP) is pleased to announce its bid to help build the stadium that will host the opening match of the 81st World Cup Finals, the Stadium of the Restoration in Busukuma, Banija.

Our Story

Erhart Palme was born in the year 1899 in the city of Stelburg, Teusland. His father was an architect who worked for the government, and from a young age Erhart had always wanted to follow his father’s path. He grew up amidst a turbulent time in the country; the unification of Siovanija and Teusland had taken place only 3 years before his birth, and the nation was still experiencing growing pains. Economic struggles meant he could not go off to university at first, and instead spent 2 years helping his father’s work. Finally, in 1909, at the age of 20, Erhart enrolled at the Technische-Universitat-Stelburg. At TUS, he was immediately recognized as one of the top students by his professors, and after his graduation was brought in as an assistant to Professor Ewald Schorner, at the same time studying for his Master’s degree.

By 1916, Erhart had graduated university, and entered the wider world of work. He returned to helping his father first, before being hired as an architect by the Municipality of Teufelsberg. In work as in school, Erhart’s great work was soon recognized by his superiors, and he rapidly rose through the ranks. By the year 1928, Erhart was now working for the Municipality of Stelburg, his father’s old position, and had received many awards for his work. The pinnacle of this was receiving the President’s Gold Prize for Architecture in the year 1930, for his work at designing the new Teusland Opera House in Stelburg. Shortly after that, Erhart decided to create his own private architectural firm.

Architektur Erhart-Palme was officially incorporated on June 17, 1932. Its first client was the City of Kaiserhaven, who hired the firm to design their new City Council building. The design received rave reviews, and AEP was soon flooded with requests from across the country. The firm rapidly grew during this period of time, hiring many young architects who Erhart saw promise in. Buildings of note during this time included the Imperial Museum in Stelburg, the Western Bridge in St. Jakob, and the National Art Gallery in the national capital, Borograd. Erhart Palme quickly became the most celebrated architect in the nation, and his firm the most sought after.

This all led to the year 1961, when the Siovanija and Teusland Football Association announced its plan to build a new national stadium to host international matches and the final of the President’s Cup. AEP was speculated as one of the the top contenders for the bid, competing with several groups from across the nation. One architectural firm proposed expanding the Olympic Stadium in Borograd, another proposed expanding the stadium in St. Jakob, while AEP’s proposal involved an all-new stadium in Stelburg. Erhart Palme, who had always been a football fan, was heavily involved in the final proposal and was the lead designer of the stadium. In the end, the AEP’s plan won out, and the Nationalstadion was built by the year 1964. Seating 75,000, the stadium is most known for its north stand, a kop structure that allows fans to create an incredible atmosphere. Since then, the stadium has hosted every President’s Cup Final, and been the host to the national team. Erhart Palme reportedly considered the Nationalstadion to be one of his finest achievements.

Erhart Palme died in 1984, but his legacy has continued to live on. His sons, Erhart Jr. and Paulus, now lead the AEP, and have proven to be very capable at continuing the family business. In recent years, AEP has expanded its portfolio, and was recently chosen to build a new stadium for FC St. Jakob, a top-flight club in the Republikaliga. The new stadium, replacing the current Draistadion, is expected to seat 55,000.

Our Plan

Architektur Erhart-Palme is pleased to announce details of its bid to build a new Stadium of the Restoration in Busukuma, Banija. The stadium, which will host the opening match of the 81st World Cup Finals and also play host to the national football and gridiron teams of Banija, and other neutral sight events. The Stadium also holds a special meaning for the people of Banija, being the sight upon which their monarchy was restored in 1835, and hosts coronations and funerals of monarchs. AEP have therefore worked hard to craft a design which will suit the needs of the stadium, and looks forward to working with the Royal Banijan Soccer Association as part of the bidding process.

AEP plans to build a new stadium that will have a capacity of 91,835 on the site. This number was chosen for reasons both practical and symbolic. The large capacity, an upgrade on the current 69,000 held at the stadium as of Baptism of Fire 67, enables the Stadium of the Restoration to welcome the world to the 81st World Cup, and firmly establish it as the home of Banijan sport. In the future, it will also enable more and more Banijans to be able to watch their country play live, and to attend events incredibly important to their nation, such as royal coronations. The specific number of 91,835 was chosen to symbolize the importance and history of the Stadium, which is built on the location that Banija’s monarchy was restored in the year 1835. Thus, AEP plans to enshrine forever this history in the new stadium.

The new Stadium of the Restoration will be welcoming the world for countless events, all of which need to work in harmony with each other. Thus, AEP proposes using a retractable pitch design to ensure the stadium’s tenants will always be playing on a pristine surface. The first surface will be entirely natural grass, and be used as the association football field. The second surface will be on artificial turf, and hold the gridiron field as well as being used for events such as coronations. The association football pitch will retract underneath the north stand of the stadium, where it can be maintained with a lighting and irrigation system. This will ensure that each field is always in perfect condition and ready for events. The pitch can be switched in under 30 minutes, ensuring a smooth transformation for stadium workers.

The most important part of any sporting event is the experience on game day for fans. This is of extra importance for the Stadium of the Restoration, given its importance to sports and society in Banija, and its role at the forefront of World Cup 81. Thus, AEP is committed to designing a stadium that will ensure a great match day experience. The stands will be designed to maximize atmosphere through sound. This is done by ensuring that the stands are all close together, and there are no gaps between the stands. The south stand will feature a single-tier stand, enabling fans to electrify the building with an incredible atmosphere. 35 suites will be included in the design, another chance to watch world-class sporting action in style.

Architektur Erhart-Palme is excited to be part of the bidding process for the new Stadium of the Restoration, and looks forward to working closely with the Royal Banijan Soccer Association to develop a stadium that will welcome the world. AEP also sees this opportunity as a great way to develop strong ties between the Kingdom of Banija and the United Republics of Siovanija and Teusland, nations that reside near to each other in Southwestern Atlantian Oceania. Architektur Erhart-Palme once again thanks the Royal Banijan Soccer Association for their consideration of this bid.

by Commonwealth of Baker Park
Global World Cup Partner Bid--Official Soft Drink Provider and/or Official Beer of WC 81
From our home in East Liverpool, Endover, CBP the BCEL Beverage Company has been providing beverage products to the Commonwealth and beyond for over 110 years. We take pride in our attention to quality and our 33,000 employees are committed to the standards we have always held, to bring natural home sourced products to our friends, neighbors and families.
What does BCEL Beverage Company offer to World Cup 81? An array of top of the line beverage options for everyone.

Image

Chappy Cola is Baker Park's #1 soft drink brand, produced the same way today as it was 95 years ago. When you take a sip of Chappy, you are getting the real deal—no artificial sweetening, no artificial flavors, no artificial colorings. We use twice filtered water, real sugar, real caramel coloring & all natural flavors.

Our Chappy Light Cola is made to the same exacting standards except with few calories per serving. With our expansion into the Kingdom of Banija, we are happy to have been able to develop our Chappy No Caf formula without sacrificing quality or taste.
Other sodas sold under the Chappy brand are Chappy Grape and Chappy Ginger Ale—both all-natural and caffeine free.

Image

If you're looking for a bit more flavor adventure, try the Pittman's soft drink family for a new perspective on old favorites. Pittman's Barrel Root Beer is our original recipe and we've not changed a thing in nearly 100 years. We cut no corners and like Chappy products, everything in Pittman's Root Beer is all-natural. Or maybe you'd prefer something a bit lighter? Well then you'll love Root Beer's little brother, Pittman's Vanilla Crème Soda. Made with natural vanilla bean extract, it has an old fashioned taste you'll love.

Or perhaps something a bit more tart? Pittman's Cherry Soda is the sassy little brother who looks for attention where it can. And finally there's the sister, Pittman's Blonde Soda with real apple and cinnamon flavoring. Clear, crisp & light, it's as different from the rest as it could possibly be, but with the same great all-natural background.

All Chappy and Pittman's products are available in 8oz cans and bottles as well as 1 liter sizes.

Image

For the person looking for a more adult beverage, you won't go wrong with a Hartley's India Ale. Pale in color, but not at all sickly or weak, India Ale is our proud accomplishment of over 130 years of brewing in Baker Park. Distinctive hop flavor and a smooth finish, you'll not be disappointed.

If pale doesn't suit you might want to check out the award winning Hartley's Gold Label Bitter. The Commonwealth's most popular draft beer, GLB has only been available domestically until recently and only from your local barman. But BCEL is pleased that we have been able to capture the GLB experience in a can to make it available across the multiverse. A deep amber color and unfiltered after fermentation, it's a bit of the real pub experience available now in your home.

Image

While Hartley's takes pride in the traditional British styles, there is also a cousin who has a different idea on beer. Sachsbier Premium Pilsner is made in the traditional style of the Plzen region. We enhance our twice filtered natural spring water with a bit of softer distilled water to mimic the properties of the original recipe and give our malt only the most minimal roasting. We think it's a bit of the Old World in a bottle.

We also give a whole different batch of malted barley a good long roast to come up with our Sachsbier Dunkel. Pour it out into a tall glass and be amazed at the color, the head and the aroma before you take your first sip.

We have been a proud supporter of soccer in the Commonwealth of Baker Park for over 90 years, and we have been thrilled to lend our support and our name to the BCEL Stadium in Jinja City in the Kingdom of Banija. Constructed for the Baptism of Fire 67 tournament, the naming rights were part of a 10 year, NS$88 million dollar commitment to Kingdom.

Additionally, they ask for the Andersson logo (OOC: logo will follow on this post in a bit) to be shown on the match clock during the game wherever Andersson match clocks are used. Of course, NAK Andersson also expects to get all the usual advertisement privileges associated with being a global partner.

:: CoCoCo with Arcticala Electrical & Lighthouse Lightworx

Stood up after the fall of the reign of Lord Gregory, Turorian company CoCoCo established a footprint inside South Covello and established itself as a primary supplier of core goods and services. Internally the goods were used to provide essential raw materials and goods to Turorian shops such as Cocoa-bo that had opened a presence in country. Soon after, however, central public distribution locations were also established. The CoCoCo have established themselves on a collection of Islands off the coast of South Covello where raw goods are imported, sorted and redistributed to the mainland.

After specializing in the internationstatal transfer of goods and identification of goods for harvesting and re-appropriation within a sovereign territory, the CoCoCo has begun to subcontract its transportation network and expand small pockets of its operation beyond the southern Esportiva shores, siphoning off supplies on the route between Turori and South Covello to new CoCoCo sponsored outposts.

The CoCoCo is looking to establish a footprint inside the Free Republics with the ultimate goal of penetrating the Free Republican market. The opportunity to be the named title sponsor of the newly renovated stadium in New City, Orlandiana has apparently risen to great interest of the CoCoCo front office with a plan supposedly put forward where they would team up with Vilitan entities Arcticala Electrical and Lighthouse Lightworx to renovate the arena. Arcticala Electrical and Lighthouse Lightworx are also believed to be involved in bids to support a new construction on the Stadium of the Restoration in Busukuma, Banija.

In the proposed plan, CoCoCo would provide funding and raw materials to the New City Stadium project and takeover as Naming rights partner for the CoCoCo Stadium while Arcticala Electrical would use their experience constructing a retractable solarized dome roof and an artificial playing surface that absorbs energy generated by the players movements above it and transfers it back into the stadium infrastructure to power the Lighthouse Lightworx installed fan experience displays.

:: Arcticala Electrical

The Arcticala Electrical company is the main supplier of power in the Vilitan Cove region. Arcticala Electrical harnesses energy from many sources and prides in its renewable Wind, Hydro and Solar efforts. The company also runs a small scale Nuclear generation facility inside the Sorthern fallout zone. The facility is fully staffed by Robo-things and provides emergency power to the Vilitan Government and major cities. The pride of the Arcticala Electrical company are its advances in Solar Power which are on display prominently at the Arcticala Electrical Stadium. Outside of the Vilitan Cove region Arcticala Electrical is a leading supplier of all things electrical from the big - Grid level equipment like the hybrid Solar, Wind and Hydro system, to the power enthusiast with their line of fully mounted Solar Panels and their transportable Solar Kits and Wind Tubes allowing individual users to harness the renewable energy sources - and all the way down to the individual home user and the simplest of units; their do-it-yourself Electrical Outlets.

In addition to its primary stadium contributions, Arcticala Electrical would set up and maintain an "Arcticala Arena" interactive zone with large Plasma Balls that are always a hit with the kids and while professionals often cite the on location expertise of the Arcticala Electrical staff as their favorite part of the events, deep down most secretly prefer Arcticala Electrical's 'spin and win' zone where random prizes including universal power adapters, sunglasses, light up key chains and sometimes even a portable solar rechargeable power brick are on offer during big events.

:: Lighthouse Lightworx

Lighthouse Lightworx is a spinoff company originally researching emerging alternate lighting solutions and ultimately developing a technology and product line specializing in Light Emitting Diode technology. While they have provided many specialty replacements for common household items, they have also emerged into the specialty design space including the development of super-large video displays such as those that might be found at sports arenas as well as flexible displays including those used on many popular Vilitan communication devices.

While Lighthouse Lightworx do not generate enough revenue through advertising to become a Global World Cup Partner, they remain committed to the Stadium Renovation and Reformation bidding process.

Signage by Lighthouse Lightworx

Lighthouse Lightworx and Arcticala Electrical have teamed up to join in the World Cup 81 Stadium renovation and reformation bid process. Of course, with their expertise in Electrical solutions, Arcticala Electrical would be focused in outfitting the proposed arena with the most cutting edge in self-sustaining and dependency free power - an abundance of which would likely be needed to power all of the massive screens that Lighthouse Lightworx would be able to intertwine throughout a potential stadium design. The Pavel Wilson Stadium in Kingston, Frontenac, Royal Kingdom of Quebec is one such example of the type of work that Lighthouse Lightworx is capable of bringing to a stadium project with a massive ring of screens ensuring that every fan in attendance has available to them every conceivable piece of information regarding the live game in progress from box score to instant replay.

Of course, while Arcticala Electrical have countless exemplars of their dedication to applying alternative solutions to energy from A to Z, the most direct example of their capability to contribute to a sporting arena is their self-sponsored Arcticala Electrical Stadium in Arcticala, Vilita; home of Arcticala Inlet AFC. As part of the naming rights deal, Arcticala Electrical ensure that the stadium is 100% self sustaining from an energy standpoint and use the arena as a test ground for their newest electrical generation solutions.

While Arcticala Electrical are fully capable of providing a power solution - even as far as the ability to design and construct a full or partial roofing structure - and Lighthouse Lightworx can outfit the arena with more bells and whistles than one could fully comprehend from a Lighting and Visual experience perspective - they will still be looking for a more traditional partner from a perspective of framing out the arena structure itself and contracting the core basics like the seats that the butts will go in and the grass that will form the playing surface itself. Project representatives from both companies are thought to be looking both at Vilitan and Turorian corporations as well as being open to considering some potential partners outside of the Vilitan Cove region.

:: 3WD

3WD was formerly one of the most influential companies in Vilitan sport including being the official kit supplier for both the Vilita and Turori National Teams as well as providing kits for other National Teams such as Krytenia, Kaze Progressa, Eauz and Lethislavania. Their biggest fame, however, was likely as both official supplier and as kit sponsor of Jungle Strike FC. 3WD left the kit production business when they sold their kit templates and production equipment to Tropicorp Sports and now a more streamlined 3WD focuses on design consultancy and brand awareness.

After focusing primarily on local and regional consultancy, 3WD made waves being selected by the organizing committee of the 81st World Cup in Banija & Free Republics as the brand consultants and design firm charged with producing the graphical theme surrounding the competition and branding the identity of the upcoming 81st World Cup. 3WD also designed and productized through their production partnership with Tropicorp a selection of T-shirts and polo-shirts to be used by the World Cup 81 organizing committee officials and staff prior to and during the 81st World Cup while consulting other apparel and merchandise firms regarding the use of the World Cup 81 insignia on other clothing and trinkets to be sold for the games.

:: Arcticala Electrical

Arcticala Electrical have teamed up with Lighthouse Lightworx in a bid to outfit newly constructed stadiums in Banija and the Free Republics with world-class signage and an immersive fan experience while powering the giant screens, lighting and other amenities harnessing high efficiency renewable energy sources from the Arcticalal Electrical portfolio.

Additionally, as part of any supported stadium, Arcticala Electrical would set up an "Arcticala Arena" interactive zone with large Plasma Balls that are always a hit with the kids and while professionals often cite the on location expertise of the Arcticala Electrical staff as their favorite part of the events, deep down most secretly prefer Arcticala Electrical's 'spin and win' zone where random prizes including universal power adapters, sunglasses, light up key chains and sometimes even a portable solar rechargeable power brick are on offer during big events.

Arcticala Electrical also recently served as the Official Sponsor of the World Cup 80 Group Draw and would be interested in continuing in that role, potentially providing self-contained exploding plasma balls to be used during the World Cup 81 Group Draw to reveal each selected nation.

:: Cocoa-Bo Eatery

Cocoa-bo, an establishment taking its name directly from the beloved national animal of Turori, started as a small dessert shop in Kionao. However, it was only after they added cocoa topped drinks to their menu that their popularity started to soar. As more and more patrons scooped up their cocoa flavored pick-me-ups, demand for the Cocoa-bo product skyrocketed and soon new franchised locations were popping up all throughout Turori, becoming the premier delectables shop in the Island Emirate. Shifting to more of a social 'hang-out' then just a casual place to drop in, get a dessert, and leave, the new locations started adding small foods such as Bagels for the morning, Soups and Sandwiches for Lunch or Dinner and Salads for the entire day.

Cocoa-bo has expanded outside of Vilita & Turori. Their first regional location was opened in Andossa Se Mitrin Vega and Cocoa-bo has opened temporary locations during major internationstatal events such as the World Cup Finals with past locations appearing in Drawkland and Cosumar. Cocoa-bo has opened a new permanent presence in South Covello and is currently studying permanent expansions to Starblaydia and the Equestrian States. The company continues to further increase its image by partnering with Motorsport teams and expanding the company footprint across Atlantian Oceania and beyond. Cocoa-bo are also the kit sponsor for Mliona-Lpaka AFC in the Vilitan League.

Cocoa-bo have blossomed in expansion to many nearby countries and would look to continue their tradition of setting up pop-up locations at each World Cup venue with a view to permanent establishments in both the Free Republics and Banija depending on agreements with local authorities. Cocoa-bo will strive to provide a welcoming environment where fans of all nations can set aside their differences on the pitch to share their love of delicious delectables as they look to position themselves as the Official Delectable of World Cup 81.

:: Cocoabo Park

Cocoabo Park is the publically accessible portion of the Cocoabo Forest, itself a joint venture between the Cocoabo Preservation Society, Tropicorp and the Island Emirate of Turori to Preserve, Study, Highlight and in some cases improve the existence and appreciation of Turori's Native Cocoabo.

While the Cocoabo Forest itself is a vast land where Cocoabo flocks are allowed to roam free, at Cocoabo Park visitors from around the multiverse are treated to intimate tours, close encounters and educational experiences all with the Cocoabo at the center. With limited on site lodging and a fully equipped village at the entrance area to the Park, visitors could spend days at Cocoabo Park without even venturing on one of the Park's tours into its different Cocoabo training enclosures or even further into the Cocoabo Forest.

In addition to the commercially driven aspect of the Park, and as a critical part of the relationship with the Cocoabo Preservation Society, the Park also serves as a hub for the team of Scientists and Researchers from both the Cocoabo Preservation Society and Tropicorp many of whom reside full time at the park. While the Cocoabo Preservation Society led efforts are more focused on passive studying and preservation, the Tropicorp team lead the CEEP - the Cocoabo Enrichment & Enhancement Project out of the Park. Beyond just researching and understanding the Cocoabo Genome, the CEEP team are tasked with focused training and enrichment activities to hyper-focus Cocoabo to hone their talents and skills and bring them to the forefront. One of the most popular enclosures on a tour of Cocoabo Park is the CEEP's sporting enclosure where Cocoabo can be found participating in activities such as Footsport and even on a lucky day, Motorsport.

Turori's National Cocoabo Squad can trace its origins to the CEEP project at Cocoabo Park and are still based and trained out of Cocoabo Park when not on the road representing Turori in competition. Cocoabo Park is bidding to be the official Educational Resort of the World Cup 81 in Banija and the Free Republics.

:: Toys '4' All

The leading distributor and retailer of Toys and Games in the Tropics, Toys '4' All prides itself in providing a positive experience for children and adults alike when visiting its stores. Customers enjoy a wide selection of otherwise hard-to-find Toys and Games with Toys '4' All bringing to market toys from independent toy makers and innovators. The future of the Toys '4' All brand likely depends on being able to retain the market share from the independent toy makers using Toys '4' All as a storefront for their goods.

Toys '4' All re-invigorated their brand with the release of their collectors box series representing popular character from many Tivaliwood hit films as well as featuring mascots of the National Footsport Teams qualified or the 80th World Cup.

Toys '4' All would be looking to partner with the Banija & Free Republics organizing committees to provide a exclusively marketed World Cup 81 collection as the official Toy & Collectable partner.

:: twii.tur

twii.tur is a short message communication service based in Turori allowing users to exchange content of 140 characters or less. The service originated as a way to allow officials to receive alerts and key information such as incoming weather notifications, major events and the ability to stay coordinated during a time of crisis but was under-utilized and doubts were raised as to whether the overhead of the infrastructure was worthwhile to maintain.

As capabilities of interconnected and handheld communication devices improved, the Turorian Weather & Information Interchange (Twii) was adapted into a public facing service where users could sign up to create their own twii nodes where users would sign up to a twii group to receive all the twii messages delivered by members of that group.

Ultimately, as demand grew, a fully public release of twii came at the connected location twii.tur where all users can participate in the public twii, selecting which messages to receive by adding individual users, groups or topics to their twii.tur feed.

twii.tur rose to internationstatal popularity during the World Cup 80 as the Official Feed for Angry Fans to Yell at Each Other Partner of EqueStar World Cup 80; or more commonly as the Official Messaging & Communication Partner which is a role that twii.tur is looking to reprise in continuing its sporting involvement for World Cup 81.

twii.tur has already announced plans to introduce new features to its growing user base in time for the World Cup 81 finals including the !quickbang feature which would allow users to automatically add to their own feeds the updates and scores from matches and teams they are interested in during World Cup 81.

:: Tropicorp Sports

Tropicorp is a quasi-governmental corporation created to conduct Research, Development and Production activities primarily on behalf of the Tropics of Vilita. Located in a remote location on the Calanian mainland a ferry ride from Turoki Island, the Tropicorp campus has grown into a small city-state with a full capacity capital city in Tropicoast.

Tropicorp Sports was one of the first new divisions created at the quasi-governmental entity of Tropicorp. With the acquisition of templates and production equipment from 3WD, Tropicorp Sports began producing special edition kits for the Turori National Team. From there the scientists, researchers and engineers at Tropicorp Sports began focusing on improving sporting equipment, ultimately developing the Tcp-X1, one of the most scientifically advanced footsport balls ever developed and a regularly used match ball in domestic and internationstatal sporting events throughout the multiverse.

Tropicorp Sports have since developed into a leading supplier of cutting edge sportswear, sporting equipment and even sporting technologies used in the betterment of the experience for players, officials and fans alike. The Tcp-X1 became the official ball of the World Cup from World Cup 68. The new generation Tcp-X2 was unveiled for World Cup 78 while the newer Tcp-X1s, with a nod back to the origins of the Tcp-X line, was unveiled as the Official Match Ball of World Cup 80. Tropicorp Sports would like to build on the success of the Tp-X1s as the official match ball supplier for World Cup 81.

:: Vilaye Energy Drink

Vilaye Energy Drink, supposedly made from natural extracts and minimal artificial processing - but always reluctant to reveal the true ingredients - has long been a supporter of Vilitan sporting ventures. Vilaye stepped up their involvement in Vilitan sport after the restart of the Vilitan league by taking a place as sponsors of the seasonal Tropical Trophy matchup as well as kit sponsorships. Vilaye funded much of the development work for the stand up of the Vilita & Turori Motorsports team prior to WGPC 11 and has been a personal services sponsor for Vilitan driver R.L. Cruisin throughout his racing career which has now seen the Vilitan become the World Grand Prix Championship's 'Iron Man' having started more Grands Prix than any other driver in World Grand Prix history.

The Vilisorma Beverage Company, producer of the Vilaye Energy Drink, is a major sponsor of sporting events including major footsport events throughout Vilita. Most recently, Vilisorma Beverage Company paid for the creation and upkeep of a permanent field location in Rockii Coast, Vilita permitting the stand up of a new local level club, Rockii Coast FC.

Under a proposed partnership as the Official Energy Drink of World Cup 81, Vilaye representatives would be on hand to deliver free product samples at all World Cup 81 matches.

World Cup Organizing Committee announces corporate partners for World Cup 81

Image
World Cup 81 Host Committee Co-Chairman and RBSA Chairman Adama Sowe at a press conference

ISTRIA- Adama Sowe, the Bid Co-Chairman, held a press conference today in Istria, Banija's largest city, in an event that announced the tournament's corporate sponsors. Companies from across the multiverse bid to be corporate partners in as many areas as possible, and of course there has already been quite an international effort, especially in Banija. From being beneficiaries of the Echani Path to Prosperity, which helped provide Banija the funds to host the world's greatest tournament, to partnering with AEP of Siovanija & Teusland to build the Stadium of the Restoration, and working with Lighthouse LIghtworx & Articala Electrical to power and light up both the Stadium of the Restoration and Star Field in Herzegovina City, one thing was clear- this was already a global tournament.

Of course, we all already knew that. We'll just quote from the Chairman himself, Adama Sowe. "Thank you all for coming here today." He told reporters. "It is a big day- the World Cup Finals are upon us, and, of course, the eyes of the sporting world are on the Federation of Free Republics and the Kingdom of Banija for this tournament. We are proud to play host to the world's grandest tournament, to put Banija on the world stage such as this. We hope all of our visitors enjoy their stay.

Of course, this is not a go it alone effort. The world's greatest tournament is not possible without the support of all of our partners. Working with corporate sponsors, with partners, to put on this tournament is something that I, personally, consider to be a great privilege of mine. This is a perspective that i have never had- but putting on the World Cup Finals is a monumental task. This could not have been done without the help of our wonderful partners. Great corporations, that make an impact at home and abroad, I am proud to stand here, and announce the official list of the World Cup 81 partners.

First, of course, we'll start with Megaverse Sports, a sporting video game company. A niche field, they have preserved their targeted demographic, and have achieved a great market share. That is why we are proud to announce the Kalactanian company as the Official Video Game Global Partner for World Cup 81. For those of us who like to game, and my grandsons certainly play those systems that I could not figure out. But you can play as anyone from Toyuwa Okafor, to Pristina Shine, and everyone in between in that licensed video game!

We'll then move onto another company. Now, of course, this tournament is 64 games. In Banija, we're using 8 stadiums, each to be played on four times. In the Federation of Free Republics, no stadium will be used more than once, meaning that over the course of this tournament, 40 different stadiums will be used. Now, of course, grass will need to be cut, to keep it in pristine condition. We were, of course, going to use the tried and true method of lawnmowers, but we were approached with a much better idea, out of South Covello. Goat Clippers is a wonderful company, that uses actual goats to eat the grass before the matches. These goats are much more than a tasty cuisine. A very cost-efficient way to ensure that our stadiums stay beautiful. That is why we are proud to announce Goat Clippers as the Official Global Landscaping Partner for World Cup 81."

At this point, there was a bit of surprise. Not from the international media- but goat meat is a Banijan staple food. One local reporter, we are not sure, but we believe from the Istria Free Press, yelled out a question about whether or not those goats could be eaten, but Adama Sowe wisely ignored him and continued to plow along.

"Something that is very important for tournaments like these, is currency. How can we ensure that ATM machines can take cards from banks that don't even operate in Banija or FFR? Not talked about, of course, but very important. Fortunately, a solution was found with First National Bank of Lycrabon. While primarily a domestic bank, they have devised a system to put ATM machines at every host city in the tournament, that will withdraw from any bank account in the multiverse and automatically convert it to local currency. There won't be a problem getting access to Banijan shillings for visitors. That is why we are proud to announce the First National Bank of Lycrabon as the Official Global Banking Partner of World Cup 81.

Providing security to an event like this is always something that is going to be costly. It is a big expense- millions of fans touch down upon Banija & FFR at the same time, many of them drinking, in a country that they've never been in. How will locals react? The tournament is a target. However, we want to be secure while having fun, while being friendly. That is why we are announcing Libero Security Limited as the Official Global Security Partner of World Cup 81. Providing security to teams and to VIPs, like various FA Chairpersons and WCC officials, for example, we can ensure that the tournament will go off without a hitch."

Adama Sowe took a look around, pausing for a moment. Then, he continued. "Now, have you ever heard the saying, the best things in life are free? That is certainly true for all of us. Beepee Independent Grocers have decided to provide locally grown oranges, oranges grown in Banija & FFR, free of charge to players at halftime, to help them re-energize. That's right- not one of the 32 teams, nor the World Cup organizing committee, will have to pay a dime for this great service. And yet, it is a great opportunity for the farmers of both Banija & the Federation of Free Republics to put their produce on the world stage. That is why we are proud to announce Beepee Independent Grocers as the Official Global Fruit Partner of World Cup 81.

Next, of course, is Pompeii Industries. Getting around a country like Banija can be tough- we have some brand new highways, thanks to the Echani Path to Prosperity, and FFR has a grade-A transportation system, but don't you wanna drive around in style? Would you rather drive around in a Pompeii Marlin, or a station wagon? That is why Pompeii Industries will be the Official Global Automobile Partner for World Cup 81. They will be giving away free automobiles(award taxable in Banija) to fans throughout the duration of the Finals, as well as giving away a free Pompeii Martin to the Man of the Match in the World Cup Final. They will also be the official limousine provider of the tournament, being available for the rich and famous who hit FFR & Banija to ride around to games in style.

Next, of course, we get to BCEL Beverage Company. I know this company very well- they have operated in Banija for years. They helped build a new stadium in Jinja City, a stadium that will host the Third Place Match of this tournament, that bears the company's name. They invest heavily in the sport. They provide some of the multiverse's best soft drinks, as well as the multiverse's best alcohol. Their products will be available for purchase in every World Cup stadium, and in all the surrounding bars and hotels for fans to enjoy throughout the Finals. They have a proud history of supporting the sport, and this is a natural step for the company. That is why I am proud to announce that BCEL Beverage Company is the Official Global Beverage Partner for World Cup 81.

Now, of course, let's go to NAK Andersson. Is it really a company? Technically, it is not- it is an association of labor unions. How can a union be a corporate sponsor? Well, if you think about it technically, they cannot- but NAK Andersson is a wonderful organization. While we were,unfortunately, not able to accept their entire bid, we were able to accept a portion. NAK Andersson will provide the sound systems and the time keeping equipment for each and every World Cup stadium. And, as well, they will set up Andersson Fan Villages in various host cities across FFR & Banija. These will include the Andersson Media Lounge, which will have the latest media technologies available. While we had to decline their bid to create the official World Cup video game, we are still excited to work with them for the duration of this tournament. We are proud to accept NAK Andersson as the Official Global Technology Partner of World Cup 81."

Adama Sowe then, of course, announced a five minute break, as he gathered materials on the rest. Journalists in the room typed away, those from rich countries on smart phones, and many local reporters simply writing furiously. Translators were, of course, jabbering away. When Sowe returned, the room turned towards him.

"Now, we must continue!" Said the RBSA Chairman. "Now, we must talk about Cocoa-Bo Eatery. A company from Turori, that makes great and very tasty desserts. I had one myself on a visit to Turori- it has the best desert in Atlantian Oceania. They have offered to set up pop-up locations all around host cities in Banija & FFR for the duration of the Finals, continuing a tradition that started in World Cup 79, to have a presence at the World Cup. That is something, of course, that we accepted. That is why we welcome them as the Official Global Delectable Partner for World Cup 81. Of course, in accordance with local law, none of their coffee products would be available for sale in Banija.

Let's talk about Cocoabo Park. A beautiful facility- one that I felt a connection with when I went there, in preparation to decide whether or not their bid to be the Official Educational Resort of these Finals would be competitive. The Cocoabo run wild throughout the forest, and you can look into the park to see the beautiful park. It is an institution that deserves the support of World Cup fans, after they are through visiting Banija & FFR. It's contributions to science, its focus on training young researchers, is why it is such a great institution. That is why we are proud to name Cocoabo Park as the Official Educational Resort of World Cup 81.

Now, of course, we musn't forget our children- what about the toys? That's where we talk about Toys 4 All, from the Tropics. Featuring the best of many of the regional toy companies on its shelves, the corporation is known for its wide selection for children of all tastes. But what does this have to do with the tournament? They can't open a toy store just for the World Cup, can they? ANd, of course, they cannot. That is economically impossible. However, they have a great contribution- they are the Official Toy & Collectible Global Partner of World Cup 81. The Bid Committee will work with the company to make World Cup 81 themed products, featuring themes from both Banija and the Federation of Free Republics. A wonderful opportunity.

Next, we must talk about communications. twii.tur, Originally an instant weather app, it has taken on a life of its own as its popularity has boomed over the years. Popular for the handheld device generation, aka not my generation, it is a service that has the capability of revolutionizing society. IT will have a great impact on the tournament from a fan perspective. From allowing an easy place to follow the teams and players that they support, to providing a place to connect with the multiverse at your fingertips, the potential is limitless. That is why we are proud to announce twii.tur as the Official Global Messaging & Communications Partner for World Cup 81.

Let's talk about Tropicorps Sport next. A great sports company, this is one of the multiverse's big brand names in sporting equipment. It has created the match ball for the World Cup Finals on multiple occasions, and is known for state of the art inventions, even in its small corner of the Calanian mainland. Ultimately, the World Cup needs a ball supplier- was there really any question here on who would win this competition? I am proud to announce that Tropicorps Sport will be the Official match ball supplier for World Cup 81.

And last, but certainly not least, is Vilaye Energy Drink. A drink that will give all of us energy- I know that I've had some on our late nights, staying up. I'm an old man, what can you say? But it is a wonderful tasting drink, from a company that has dedicated much energy and funds to the sport. They will be handing out free product samples at every game during the World Cup Finals, to ensure that fans have maximum energy to cheer their teams loudly and proudly throughout the World Cup Finals. That is why we are proud to name them the Official Energy Drink of World Cup 81.

There you have it- the list of the World Cup's sponsors and partners. The World Cup Finals are an incredible tournament, and we thank these organizations participation in the tournament. Without their assistance and efforts, this tournametn would not be able to go as well as it has. Thank you all for coming, and the floor is open." After that, the RBSA Chairman started to take questions from various members of the press. But there you have it- the World Cup's partners. It's finally here- the World Cup Finals. Who isn't excited?
