You could always make a post speaking of how the ministry's team was postponed. Maybe somehow they'll work with another team? All is not lost.

My best option is to have the Ministry's team seek out requests for other drivers to join them, or I can have Jason Masami be recruited by another team. Even though my post was well-written, I want to try to avoid mistakes. In your opinion, what's the best option I can do?
IMO, if you've written an RP where your team was selected, I'd scrap that and start all over. As Vangaziland and the OP said, not all teams were gonna be selected from the start; while nothing personal, I think it's a little unfair of you to be offended for not getting your way, despite the fact it was a possibility.
In Savojarna's case, his exclusion is a bit of a surprise, as he's RPed (and very well) before, but jumping into WGP2 with a team on your first go is risky and unlikely to work. I'm sorry, I guess, but at least this gives you a unique point from which to start your driver's RP, and build up experience to submit a team next time, perhaps.
