If there is still space we`re in, we are a relatively small and new nation in relation to the sports side of NS so we would like to give it a try to gain experience.
(P.S. If there is no space notify before starting the tournament, as i will probably be annoyed if there is no confirmation).

Kalactin, normally you shouldn't be eligible to sign up, as you were a member of AO at the time this was posted. Now that that's out of the way, we now have to have the host selected. 3 total nations sent in votes. Due to these results, Free Republics will host IAC-5, after a voting margin of 2-1. Sorry Yanghoon, don't let this discourage you from voting in the future. It was a close vote, after all.

All operations regarding IAC-5 will now be given to Free Republics. I will close the signup thread whenever FFR says it needs to be closed. We're now 2 nations away from 40 total, the closest mark outlined in his bid.

Thanks to the 2 of you who voted for me. I'm going to close the signups at 40, which means there will be 1 more spot.

I'll have the everything thread up sometime tonight and will conduct the draw once we get to 40. The earliest possible start date will be July 8th though I may start a few days later depending on how the schedule for the big 3 regionals shapes up. Since there's plenty of time to fit this tournament in, there will be around least 48 hours between all cutoffs.

I will be delaying the start of the tournament by 24 hours. All later matchdays will also be pushed back accordingly. The schedule will be updated later tonight.
