Welcome to the Prarie Classic!!
Yes, the Democratic Republic of North Prarie is hosting a baseball tournament. Now, let me answer some questions you might have.

What IS this tournament?
This is going to be a 16-team tournament, with all games played in ballparks around North Prarie.
This sounds fun! Can I join!
As long as I have not said it is closed, yes you may signup. Just say "I'm in!" I will be using the post-WBC42 raqnkings for this series. You can also put one puppet in if you like, but please be aware that puppets will be axed should we have more than 16 main nation signups.
What scorinator will you use?
I'm going to be using xkoranate 0.3.3 with the xkoranate baseball formula.
Format?
There will be 4 groups of 4. There will be three gamedays, every player taking part in ONE game, not three, every day. At the end of the gamedays, the top 2 teams from each group will go the the playoffs.
And with that, the signups for the Prarie Classic are now open!

Expect the signup thread for that to come in 1-2 weeks, though it may be later, all depending on how quick signups fill up for this and we can get it started.

I'm going to pull out of the tournament.

North Prarie: Don't take this the wrong way. Based on the inexperienced nations joining the tournament, ICly, Newmanistan has nothing to prove against such opposition. I was hoping to see some more regulars follow suit. I will be watching to see how you host this, though.
