Question: You mentioned rocket engines for the Newmanistan team. Are those legal? Because, if they are, Jebslund's got some scaled down turboprop jets they've been working on putting in cars...

I think so. It's just for RP and doesn't affect the scorination. If it did, the Newmanistanis would always win.

Let me apologize as well then, as I thought the same.

Still no guesses for what I based my new schemes on?

BTW, anyone in the Sherpa Empire that watches NSSCRA and knows English is having a good laugh at the spat between Curtis and Abbott. My nation has very few English-speaking NSSCRA fans, but that line about being a man in Cassadaigua would be pretty lulzy from their point of view.

Right! Cole Trickle's first car.

Stiller is Doc Hudson's racing scheme from Cars. Brooke is Ricky Bobby's Wonder car from Talladega Nights.

Any chance we could push the Kermania Fortress Run to the 11th? I have an idea for what I want to post for it, but I won't have access to a computer until Sunday, and may not be able to get it done before the cutoff.

The schedule in place should likely be fine. NS Sports isn't usually in the habit of postponing for something like that. There are plenty of races left for you to RP. As a matter of fact, you could still send that RP as a back post for credit on the race on the 12th. It's not like we'll be able to wait and RP based on a possible Sunday post of yours. If you wanted to drop info on your nation so we could RP, that should have been done earlier. I've mentioned my race a few times by now, for example.

After consideration of your request, I am afraid I am going to go with the race on its scheduled day, Saturday.
Like Vangaziland said, you can still RP Sunday and provide relevant information for all of us.

Aw... Poor Xu... :(

Thanks for pointing that out about the lowest time through segments 1-4. I might have missed it otherwise. Sometimes my eyes glaze over looking at the wall of names and numbers and it's hard to translate into RP.

One thing I just noticed about the data is that it's technically who ran the fastest. A car could technically be last and run the fastest, but that may complicte things like Sherpa said. I think it helps differentiate NSSCRA from other racing events, the ever changing field. So I'll stick with the sort of loose grouping I've been doing, I hope it's okay. I tried to switch it up this week. It's fun just sharing stories, developing each race and reading everyone's posts.

Thanks STK and good season everyone..

Yeah dude. It's fun to read what others RP, and use that to help your own RP.

Like you made Kev ride Skip's air when he (Skip) overtook him, so I made Kev do that thing in other races, including for the win. You gave him a thing to be good at, and I took notice.

Cass and Newmanistan started the 48/11 rivalry, I just developed it. That's another good example.

I had actually started writing my post before I saw yours, and I had put in a reference to that rivalry, so now it's really a running gag.

Yeah... If only one side is into it, it just looks like they are jerks instead of being a proper rivalry.

Posting here as notice that I'm officially dropping. Had this weekend gone to plan, I'd have had to post this tomorrow and not today, but, basically, between work, my girlfriend, and the inflexibility of the cutoffs, I've basically been relegated to an observer, so it's become clear to me that NS Sports isn't for me. You can keep the Jebslund racers in or have them called home (they're all either ex-military or in the compulsory service age range, so maybe the military called them back?), it matters little to me which, and I'll still be reading the posts in the everything thread and here, but I won't be posting.

Shockingly, we *do* use NS stats, with the exception of lifespan.

Singular/Plural nonsapient: Kermanic
Note: When a verb can logically only be done by the sapient using/piloting/holding the object in question, then the appropriate demonym for the number of sapients is used.
