A family member was rushed to the hospital Sunday morning. They are still there, but we now know that they will make it. Christmas will be tough.

As for NSSCRA, I am going to scorinate this race on Thursday.

So I did some work on the new Xannerian entries for the Brycline Harbor race.

Unfortianately due to the deal with Marvin Spicer and the Central Shanesville team being so late in the week, they had to enter a car prepared for my Domestic league rather than a full on car. The 05 will be sporting a new paint scheme in Sherpaland though so don't worry

thats fine, I was gonna RP one of the backmarkers having a fairly comedic accident where they lose their brakes and crash into the building at the end of the pier. Like through the glass doors and all. But I'll go with what ever you RP.

If that nation goes CTE, then I'll do the same thing I did with Central Shaneville, with preference to giving charters to nations that did not get one of Central Shaneville's. We'll see what happens if it is a CTE.

Sorry about qualifying being a little late today, I honestly thought today was Friday most of the day.

hey Newmanistan, just FYI Team Iona had nothing to do with the promotion side of that race.

Also probably should have cut off at least ten second on the race lap time. It just occurred to me that race would have taken roughly 4 hours to complete at a one minute lap time.

EDIT: Capps shouldn't be in the 15 car. That would have been Shreeves ride for the rest of the year.

I guess, but the original plan was if I didn't get Both Central Shanville charters was to not enter Shreeves unless I could get him locked in. My whole goal was to get Shreeves in an NSSCRA race this year

On second thought, rescorinating that time is too much of a hassle. Shreeves can just use that time.
Harrison is really still considered under contract with Rocket Motorsports.

This is a good general question, so I am going to answer it more generally, and then do so specifically.

The primary portion of the drivers ranking (or skill level put in xkoranate) is the RP bonus in which the nation has scored. As this competition is largely about RP, this will always be the most important component. It is spread evenly amongst the nations primary (not open charter) drivers.

Open charter drivers receive 75% of the nations overall RP score.

A secondary factor, mainly intended to cause some variance in between a nation's drivers, is based on the driver's actual performance during the season. Jebslund's drivers are a good example to use here. While Jebslund's drivers all get the same RP bonus, one may wonder why it's always Eva having the better race. As the year has gone on (and Eva benefited early in the year), Eva has has seen her rating become better then Wilhelm and Sofia's for this reason. Which in turn, leads to her being the biggest factor consistently of Jebslund's drivers. This variance amongst drivers of what can be considered the top teams is relatively minimal due to each of their drivers having their moments, so to speak. Therefore, this is not really a big factor, but Jebslund ended up being a good example of where it has showed its head. I believe this is good, for example at the Xanneria race with Eva Kerman on the bubble, I'm sure Jebslund would rather Eva finish 2nd there and nearly advance, then for Sofia to have finished 2nd when Eva needed the big race.

For your specific situation:
Shreeves is lower then Capps because he has not accumulated any RP bonus or performance bonus with Central Shaneville until you signed him. Capps received your established RP ranking. While I did give Shreeves a boost when he signed with you, I felt it was unrealistic to automatically give him your nation's general score. This was similar to how I treated Melvin Andrew's one-off race with The Sherpa Empire, providing a boost in the score, but not giving The Sherpa Empire's accumulated score. Therefore, that is why Capps has the higher score, or skill level entered into xkoranate.
