It just occurred to me that I shouldn't have said Jeremiah Brooke is locked in based on his current points. If Centur Tiones and Wilhelm Kerman each won the last two races, that puts the "cut line" between Li and Sharpe. Mathematically then, Brooke hasn't clinched. Probably a very unlikely scenario, though, no reason to change RP's.

So Houston is not mathematically locked in yet, but seeing how she runs, she'll likely gain more than the needed amount.

And does Brooke need to finish higher than a certain place in the two races, or does he simply have to show up?

Van: The next race is in Hampton Island, not Central Shaneville, unless your drivers have matters to discuss there before the race.

Assuming Tiones and Wilhelm Kerman won the next two races, the driver to look at is then Meghan Sharpe. The max she could get, without winning one of the last two races, is 88 points (two seconds and two poles). This would give her 429 points. Brooke needs then a total of 25 points in the next two races, combined, in that scenario. 19th place at Hampton Island would do it.

I'm thinking a Hampton Islander (except Lexi) can still make the Chase if they win, if we're doing the Top 30 rule.

I mentioned this thread to someone, and it turns out they are interested in NASCAR. So I had an idea: Could the open charter be open to nations that missed the sign-up deadline and have no full-time drivers? I wouldn't give them a high priority, and I don't know if the person I was talking to is actually ready to jump in this season, but I still figured I'd put the idea out there.

I'll allow that, if I ran the series. Means people are interested.

Edit: Am I allowed to have the Tropicorp Pit Crew Challenge at my tracks? There was an article about them looking to expand to other tracks, and I RPed some of my guys going.to the Tropicorp HQ to negotiate.

I think I would take this on a case-by-case basis. If it was a well known RP'er in the forum in other competitions, then sure; or if it was a RP'er in other forums wanting to try, then I'd give them a shot. Though if it is a newbie who just signed up a week ago, I don't see the point as much.

Don't count them out just yet. Remember how the Shark wasn't even in playoff contention last season, until he won at Jalton?

Also, the tight fight between Tiones and W. Kerman will make things interesting.

Thank you, we had a good run. One last chance for us but we could never recover from the slow start.
Lexi had a perfect "Danica" finish: beating those who wrecked and those on underfunded teams, but not anyone else. (except the driver from Lisander)

So if no one has any objections, would ya'll be ok if I had Stiller and Sugar hilariously wreck on a late restart?

oh I meant Suzgar, I just was noticing that Suzgar and Stiller were dominant the first four segments then dropped to 10th and 17th in the final order. I wanted to reference this in my RP if there weren't any objections.

Suzgar was the fastest out of everyone in the fifth segment.
For Stiller, it's probably logical something happened, but not with Suzgar. If it were me, I would leave that to Saint Kanye.
