I am hoping this is a good place to ask: Are there good NASCAR (specifically, Dodge) car viewers out there? I got one from a while back, but I always could use a little bit more flair to it, like custom backgrounds.

Also bumping this here so that it won't get lost, so sorry for the rather minute request. ^^;

Brief programming note: I've been a bit busier than I anticipated these last few days. I'll put up Wreckeria's introductory post tomorrow night, as well as a post concerning iROS and Frank Bronson, as well as each of the .tga files for Hapilopper and Wreckeria, as well as a post kicking off the HASCAR Challenge Cup, which, to avoid clutter with NSSCRA, will be in its own thread.

There is an option to use a picture as background in the Carviewer program.

Alternatively, there are many render scenes on the internet, provided you have and know how to use the 3D programs they're made for. For example, I use an edited Blender scene for mine.

In a couple hours or so, I will be posting the results for the second tier series and the qualifying for the main series as we head into the exhibition race. I want to note to everyone that the reason we do the exhibition is not only for the RP material, but to catch any mistakes I might make when entering the data into xkoranate. Such as driver misspellings, charter errors, etc. I hope that all is fine, but this allows everyone to be that extra set of eyes. The actual season begins next week.

Also, for days like today do remember that there is not an official RP cutoff, so when I do post this information it will be posted immediately without a cutoff message.

I've noticed that I failed to enter Ashley Matthews as the open charter driver and allowed one more driver to qualify in. As I am the affected nation, I am going to leave it as is, and let Mercado stay in. It will be RP'd that Ashley opted to forego the exhibition to focus on the iROS.

I also misspelled the name of one of my drivers. (Rockii Ezis).

See, I mess my own people, too. STK: I will fix Linde.

That being said, if you do RP, the #16 team DNFed due to a mechanical failure

Source, 5 of the Weirdest Superstitions in the History of NASCAR wrote:THE COLOR GREEN
While the green of a shamrock or four-leafed clover is most closely associated with good luck in certain parts of the world, in NASCAR it is quite often the opposite. In fact, many drivers will refuse to wear green or drive a green car. This superstition is said to date back to the 1920s, when a driver crashed and died while driving a green car.

More info wrote:In 1910, Lee Oldfield was driving a green car in a race at the New York State Fair in Syracuse. His car went off the track and killed several bystanders. Ten years later, in 1920, Gaston Chevrolet (brother of Louis Chevrolet, the car company founder) was killed in a crash during an automobile race in Beverly Hills, California. As the story goes, the car he was driving happened to be green. Thus, according to legend and superstition, this pair of events means that green race cars are indeed unlucky. However, some racers and racing fans believe the superstition goes back even before the 1910 and 1920 incidents (even though no one seems willing to offer up a plausible alternative theory).

So the Valentian's #10 might be considered rather unlucky given all the green on it.

No. The Shark won that race. Gwinnett won in Cassadaigua.

I plan to put someone in (not Lav or Calhoun, as it's not a weekend with the first and second tier in the same place).

I think it was NNS, cause I remember Cass' race was the Cuncussion race for Kai.

I did want to ask cause I knew you'd likely enter one car, but I wanted to makes sure you weren't entering two cars in that race.

This isn't a debate, if you are unsure what race your driver won last season (cassadaigua) then you can verify the information provided simply by looking at last seasons RP thread.

There is only one open charter, so I don't know what you are inmplying about one v. Two cars or why what kanye is doing has any impact on what you might do

I think it was NNS, cause I remember Cass' race was the Cuncussion race for Kai.

I did want to ask cause I knew you'd likely enter one car, but I wanted to makes sure you weren't entering two cars in that race.

Also, Kai Qiang thinks it's weird how many people call him "Kai" instead of "Qiang." Makes him think of the Scandinavian name Kai.

And I've been ninja'd.
