For example, if there are 240 laps, I take the 6 segments (5 seg + 1 final results) as 40 laps each, and the scorinator timing to be the result they got from the last lap of that segment (e.g. 40th, 80th, 120th, 160th, 200th, 240th/Final).

I want to add on to something Valentine said, are their cautions at the end of each segment like in NASCAR? (I Hope not, would be to frequent for any Strategy to truly develop IMO)

Also since all teams are likely staying in Newmanistan for two weeks, I'd like to RP a test Session happening on the Tuesday before the season opener, is that ok?

We've never RPed it that there is a caution between segments, and I don't think there's any demand for it, so let's not.

Qiang's is @QK98. I don't think I ever picked handles for my other NSSCRA drivers. Their English is so bad, it's not really worth it.

Oberst Eva Kerman doesn't have one, nor does Oberfeldwebel Sofia Kerman. Lexi might, but I'd say ask Hampton Island for specifics on that. She's his character, I just have permission to play her.

Worth noting, if you want to have any Yeezie (I think that's right...) or Norwestie NSSCRA fans also be Die Sportler readers, Eva Kerman's handle is "@Krakkensport88"

Nothing of importance as of yet, except that the Valentians were asking the organising committee on whether Jolyn/#15 can have an AC inside her car, given how their seats were excessively close to the engines behind.

Would definitely ramp up the fuel consumption rate, though.

Ah. Good to know.

And yeah, it's a common mistake that comes with the territory of their naming convention. It's usually dealt with by using the formal name of the individual being referred to when said person is present, or going, "Not that one." in cases of mistaken identity.

The open charter is a slot that anyone can ICly apply to use. If the race is in your own country, you get first dibs. Tundra Falls is in Newmanistan, so he has first dibs and he gave it to Barkley.

For the race at Valkyrie Speedway, you will have first dibs and you can give it to any character you want -- either an existing character who doesn't already have a charter or a new character you make up just for that race.

Maybe throw in the Tropicorp 500 and the Proving Grounds 500 and we could establish an in-universe equivalent of the No Bull 5*.

*For those out of the loop, the No Bull 5 was a program run for a few years in the late 90s/early 2000s. It was basically the five most prestigious events on the calendar (Daytona, Charlotte, Darlington, etc., these could change between seasons) with a special million dollar bonus available. To qualify, you had to finish in the top 5 in any No Bull race, then win the following No Bull race.

Also thinking of keeping track of a Rookie of the Year award. Give some more incentives to participate rather than just the championship.

I was actually thinking about who would sponsor the bonus for winning the crown jewels and I thought of Five Star because it’s in the name.
