Alright, it's been a while since we've received new bids for the WPIC III, and Kep's been absent for a week. In lieu of dragging this out, and since I hosted the last tourney, I'll handle the voting process for this.

I was forced to extend voting by three days as we had a tied vote until this morning.
As for results:

A.) Accept Equestrian State's bid - 1
B.) Re-open host bids - 2

As a result, bidding for the WPIC has been extended by one more week until December 2, 2017.

Hmm -
I think that since we've had three-consecutive votes and two-straight with no decision, it would be in the best interests of time to accept The Equestrian States bid as the official and only bid, this is getting quite annoying and time is of the essence as we only have two other tourneys going on right now. (Both the WQ and 7ball-thingy).
As such, I've established an Advisory Council of the following:

- Razenthuria (governing member)
- Vekaiyu
- West Phoenicia
- Darkmania
- Aggrey-Fynn Land

Who will determine within a three-day conference meeting on whether or not the IWPF will assume emergency powers and name Equestrian States as a host.

C) Lord Varshan Rescai of Greater Vakolicci Haven (Director of Aquatics, Havenssport)

I'd certainly appreciate being given some reason that those two voted against my bid.

Upon the election of a host, with the inclusion of NK's puppet, the host will decide on whether or not to increase sign-ups.

If my bid is eventually approved, I'd allow one further main nation into the tournament to take the place of NWK's puppet as my preference would be to avoid using numbers puppets if possible. If none sign up, I'd keep the puppet in, though reluctantly given that NWK has already failed to post a roster for the Baptism of Water, being the only participant in the tournament who did not post one.
