Unfortunately, as a first time entrant you are unable to enter a puppet, so Puerto Dorados will not be entered into the competition. Greater South's signup is fine, and you'll be able to enter a puppet as well next time round.

Therefore, the World Cup will take the next 3 signups. After we get 3 more signups, signups will be closed, and the group draw will commence/threads will be posted ASAP.

This is correct, I forgot to remove Somersville since they were banned (as the BoF hosts did).

Group draw will be finalized tonight, check out #nssport on IRC in the next half hour so if you want to catch the groups early. If not, you'll get them tomorrow like everyone else when the threads are posted.

A delegation of highly motivated soccer moms from the Toponymanopolitan lunar suburb 'Muskrat 1' have lodged a petition to have their doped-up and genetically modified prodigies compete in the World Cup.

They won't leave my office and won't take no for an answer - it was only the promise of more trophies that got them to agree to participate in the BoF tournament too.

I would be grateful if you could process our application with due haste - Webbodia would have been honoured to host the event in one of our glorious sports arenas, but we have a bit of a dinosaur problem to contend with right now and it would be a shame if there were any more accidents.

Sorry, but the group draw has already been conducted, and therefore I can't really remove Kebec and replace with another nation at this point (threads will be posted momentarily, actually).

1) if they're a separate nation, they can't be entered because it force a redraw which I don't want to do as it would delay the tournament
2) if they're an IC continuation of Kebec then there needs to be RP evidence for it.
3) in any case, I'd need that actual nation to post on this thread to confirm.

Therefore, I will not be replacing Kebec's signup at this point.
