NS Junior Soccer Sign-ups & OOC Thread

Hello and welcome to the inaugural tourney of NS Junior Soccer, the newest junior/collegiate/academy/U21/whatever-you-call-your-adults-who-are-not-adults-level association football league available on NS Sports - your new hub to develop storylines leading into the U18, U21, WC proper and UICA Youth Cup cycles! If your hungry for a new soccer championship and are looking to draw first blood, this is no doubt the league for you - whether your a newbie on NS Sports or a diehard NS-till-I-die type of guy/gal, you'll all have fun as we compete on the pitch to hoist [ random trophy name ] at the end of the day/year/week/whatever-calendar-your-nation-uses. NSJS requires only a bit of rp as compared to other leagues/championships as one game is coordinated per day per work-week, there are nine games in a season, allowing for two continuous weeks of junior soccer to take place thru the year - not including the playoffs.

- U21/U18 Association Name is defined as: 1) College, 2) Academy team (u21-u18), 3) junior team
- Style of play should be between -5 and 5; -5 being ultra-defensive and 5 being quite offensive
- One nation may submit up to 2 (two) entrants
Divisions & Scheduling
Assuming we reach the wanted number of teams (30), there will be three conferences, each team will play each other once in the divisions to allow for a perfect determination of the playoffs and get an even amount of teams entered into the playoffs. There will be three divisions for the inaugural tourney of NSJS, I hope for volunteers for scorination, however, I will be willing to undertake scorination - once conference scorinators have been finalized, all scheduling will be posted on the main IC thread and we will be linked on this thread to the IC and everything thread.
Postseason formatting
The playoffs will consist of the top six teams left standing at the end of the regular season, the top two teams from each division will be entered into the championship which will take place in Kebec at [ venue to be announced ], the playoffs format is as followed:
- Top 2 teams in NSJS receive bye-week for "Wild-Card Round", remaining 4 teams play for final 2 spots in "Semifinal Round"
- Team with the best record in the Semfinal Round plays team with worst record, Team with second-best record plays team with second-worst record (i.e. seeding)
- Final 2 teams play in "Championship Round"
Scorination
Scorination will be similar to the World Cup scorination - of course, the latest version of Xkoranate with all its special bells and whistles, using the SQIS formula with additive style mods to simulate the results for the league, this is meant to keep it as close to the WC proper as possible. Regular season games will be everyday of the work-week (Mon.-Fri.) unless specified, roleplaying will be cultimative to encourage the most rp y'all can muster out of the inner depths of your

Sign-ups
I'm trying to keep sign-ups open for about two weeks as the regional tournaments are about finished, giving us some wind down time until the various junior football cups and the restart of the WC-cycle. The season should last around 3 or 4 weeks depending on the amount of teams.
