Yep so two series so far: Eastfield lodge 3 match home series and Barunia 3 match home series

East field lodge MD6, 8, and 11
Barunia MD7, 9, 12

I'd prefer matches 5, 6 and 7, tbh.

Um that's not quite how the scheduling works I'm afraid. The series next to happen one following the other, rather than interspersed.

For example, Eastfield Lodge: 6,7,8 then Barunia MD 9,10,11 (I haven't checked Eastfield Lodge & Barunia's availabilities so I don't know if those would be feasible dates anyway. In any case, it's not my place to be assigning other peoples matches, that was just an example of how correct scheduling works).

To be fair, the rules do seem to contradict what you just said, Apox.

2. Tests should not be scheduled for scorination on consecutive days, reflecting the measured pace of Test cricket.

In fact, I'm not even sure what you mean by that, given that the expectation is that games should be played on consecutive days (unless this is IC only, which is confusing as it is in the OOC list of rules)

Tobiasia, I can squeeze you in 7,8,9 - that's right between Apox and Sargossa, so that's the only window until later in the season.

That will be a hangover from last season where I believe the scheduling was slightly looser than this season? I did try to rewrite some of the rules so there would be no contradiction but clearly I missed some. Thanks for pointing that out though Barunia, I'll go back and clear that up now.

(I think that old version is for when games could be scheduled for any time period in a block rather than having one time period for a block so that's probably where the confusion arose)

It's left over from the first season, when, as you say, TBI allowed games to be scheduled on any day in a given time period, rather than pre-set matchdays.

Eura are free for more games over MD12-MD16. Is anyone willing to schedule a series or some one off games for that period? Eura are only playing five tests at the moment, all at home.

Eura are also available for a one off game for the next MD (MD5) though obviously its quite short notice, entirely down to whether Apox is comfortable with that. Finally, Eura don't play on MD9, though with a test series either side of it only a one off game is available.

We're free between 12 & 16, and would be happy to host Eura. How about a four match series, 13-16, in Barunia?

I'll add the Eura-Barunia series to the schedule. I've just checked and there is actually a slight imbalance between the schedules in the everything thread and scheduling thread, due to me missing a scorination day and therefore pushing everything back a matchday. So today's matchday is actually MD4.

Additionally, I will be unable to scorinate games between the 12th - 27th August, so Liventia has agreed to step in and scorinate those games in my average. However, we've decided between us to spread out the games on those two weeks to allow for greater RP possibilities and to lessen the load at that point. This is something I was mulling over anyway as this season is moving quite quickly as it is. So during those two weeks, scorination will be on Monday and Thursday.

All these changes will be updated into the schedule, and the discrepancies between the schedules in the scheduling and everything threads fixed. Cheers!

Apologies for the lack of scores last night - RL decided to get in the way.

Expect cutoff for MD5 this evening at 10pm UTC+1 with the rest of the schedule to continue as per usual.

The Eastfield Lodge - Tobiasia series will also be added in with the first match happening tonight!

Due to an unfortunate laptop malfunction (not overly serious don't worry) I'm going to have to unfortunately postpone match day 8 to Monday 14th when Liventia will be stepping in scorination duties due to me being on holiday. I'll get the schedule updated as soon as possible to reflect these changes and update it with the new series. Apologies.
