I think you forgot Jannick Markner signing at Academy Racing. Also, it's very interesting that - according to the available drivers list - Jack Kelly is driving for Jack Kelly :eyebrow:... Didn't know drivers could sign at themselves :p

I'll update it, but how did I lose out on number eleven after signing up a page earlier than Vangaziland?

I think it's who signs for a team first, not for the competition overall.

By Signed, I mean 'signed for a team'. Never mind though, it's been resolved.

lets not bring up the numbers again because its very touchy feely

Anyways, I want to clarify that even though Luna Estrella is listed as Driver 1 both Novikov Racing drivers are on equal terms, i.e. there's no priority.

Also in the teams list it shows Lera Kozel as first driver and Renzo Virzi as second, this should be the other way around.

There's no scorinator distinction between first and second driver, the numbers are literally the order in which I found the offers.

Sorry for stirring up this topic

I didn't say it because I thought there was a difference between the first and second drivers in a team when it comes to scorination or anything of sorts, all I meant to do was reassure The Iron Syndicate and V&T that both drivers would be treated equally IC and in my case.

@IronSyndicate

Yeah, I changed numbers. I just didn't check at signups because I was in a rush, so I switched later. Someone else let me know earlier, thankfully. It's not a touchy subject, it's true. Of course you get the number, IS. Nice RP so far all. It should be a fun season.

Accepted.

Casual reminder to everyone that the Pre-season Test is tomorrow night (UTC), about 30 hours from this post. Any driver who hasn't done so already, post in the IC thread and show you're availability to the teams still searching for drivers.

Also, driver applications are still open, and there's still a week to go till the new season. If you think you can sneak into the last few team spots and will be somewhat active for the next three months (i.e., once/twice a week), please apply. We would like as many drivers as possible.

Dang. That preseason test snuck up on me. I'm going to get the private Academy Racing testing results up before then tomorrow, then. Just waiting on a reply from WET on how we were going to do it, but I guess I will have to do it all as one post.

Trust me, it'll be more fun. Take what you like about Kyle and mix him with other cool people you know, maybe even in real life. You could give him a name like Bush to represent your driver symbolically. It's not about what we do or don't like, but about expanding and creating our own world together. You know? It's all good.

FAO all team owner who still have a spare seat/drivers still looking for a seat:

The deadline for having a driver take part in the first race of the season will be the Qualifying cutoff tomorrow. That is when the entry list for the qualifying session and the first race will be finalised.

Just to let everyone know that Esmerel, Astograth and I will be roleplaying in a press conference akin to the one which I did at the start of the previous WGPC season; it can be found here. Feel free to ask us questions! A transcript of the whole thing will be posted in the main thread after the conference closes.
We are the Nexus Wardship of Former Citizens of the Nimbus System, not just a collection of people; please shorten to the pre-title or use the full name!

Emmet: You might see a mess -
Lord Business: Exactly: a bunch of weird, dorky stuff that ruined my perfectly good stuff!
Emmet: Okay. What I see are people, inspired by each other and by you - people taking what you made and making something new out of it.

Driver signups are still open, team and circuit signups are closed though. There are still a few teams with open spots. You can sign up a driver and try to get a team to sign him through RPing. And then you... Well, you just keep RPing so your driver does well in races. That's all how this works, I'd say.
If you want to do that, you can call us Omnidirectional Timor as well...
