The Second Brazilian Empire is a democratic and massive, coastal nation with 40 states spread through Africa, Europe, and South America, inhabited by 342 million of people from a myriad of civilizations and cultures, with a huge diversity of animals and environments, including equatorial forests, deserts, tundra, and savanna; ice, rain, and sand, all united under one banner, one anthem. Portuguese is the official language and one of the 5 national languages, along with Spanish, Arabic, Danish, and Greenlandic. Brazília - considered Capital of the southern hemisphere - is the Brazilian capital, winter home to the Emperor and his family. Brazília broke ground in 1932, but the project was postponed to 2004 after the Third Great War. The new city was built in 78 months, from 2005 to June 2011. The United Kingdom of the Second Brazilian Empire - which trigram is SBE - is relatively new to the international scenario of the multiverse and the first soccer tournament of the nation was catastrophic, just like the second attempt; respectively, the Global Cup of Soccer 2 and the Campionato Esportiva 19. The Seconding Empire also took part in the Beach Cup 13; despite the advantage of playing home, the SBE didn't make into the quarter-finals. Brazilian clubs already took part in the three UICA competitions and in the Cygnus Cup - the Cup Winners' Cup - but they were way worse than the national team. However, national clubs were proven to be very successful in the MultiNation Cup, a championship held among the best teams of the eight countries members of the Multiversal Non-aggression Pact - the MNAP.

The Country have three national divisions for association football/soccer plus various regional, pre-season tournament such as the Copa Metrópole and the Copa do Verão where big and wealthy clubs like Clube Paulista plays against regional, less-fortunate teams. There's also the Tour Brasileiro - the Brazilian domestic cup - and the Supercopa, the Brazilian Supercup held between Premiership and Domestic Cup winners of the previous season. Don't worry about crime: the Second Brazilian Empire has the 7th biggest employment rates of Esportiva and it's one of the most inclusive nations in the multiverse, despite its giant income inequality rate. Youth rebelliousness is also one of the lowest in Esportiva, scoring an impressive -12 in the Stark-Dean Displacement Index.Important industries include tourism, communication technology, gambling, and mining. In your free time, you can visit the National Library in Rio de Janeiro, The Dome in Brazília, the Praia Cristalina in Bahia, the Lusophone Museum in Lisboa, and biggest association football stadium in the country - "O Equatoriano", also in Rio de Janeiro - and, the most remarkable of all, the New Royal Palace in Brazília, where the Emperor is near always open for a civilized conversation. In recent years the seats in the parliament have been divided between the Social-democrats and the reactionaries, however, in 2009 the population elected a centrist coalition between the Centrist and the Liberal party. Despite some laws the Brazilian people aren't overly nationalistic neither liberal - perhaps they are the true definition of centrism. The current prime-minister is Mário Saldanha, whom also resides in Brazília.

I joined NationStates in August 2015, but my first post in the forums was only in October of the same year. In January 2016 I took a three months break from NS. I rejoined the game in April 2016 - and one of the first things I did was create the courage to take part in an NS Sports competition, the U-15 World Cup. Time flew by and I created three new puppets in December 2016 as part of my plans to create one of the most immersive worldbuilding projects ever seen in this forum - that's where I started my current journey. Now I manage more than 20 different competitions in my newswire, ranging from soccer to cricket, from volleyball to auto racing. I started using Xkoranate 0.3.3 and NSFS3 in April 2016, the same period when I joined my first "real" challenge in these forums, being knocked out in the quarter-finals. Co-hosted the Beach Cup 13 with Ethane in May 2017.

Kebec is a democratic, thriving nation in the Canadian Shield. Interestingly, the northern part of Kebec is mostly tundra, pioneered by the native Eskimo population, however, the farther south you go, the warmer the temperature becomes, at best reaching a sizzling 35 degrees. The leader of the nation is called the Chief Minister of President, the current Chief Minister is Brad Wall who resides in the nation's capital of Sario. Seen as a somewhat primitive country, it is unknown to the multiverse that much of Kebex sports many stadiums and buildings are modernized and up-to-date. Football in Kebec is seen as one of the 'big five' sports in Kebec, Kebec's national league, the Associated Soccer League is kicking off next year and will have all games streamed lived on Kebec Sport. Traveling to Kebec will allow you to experience the native peoples performing their rituals alongside seeing the big cities of Sario, Allkor City and the rustic city of Calix City. The most prominent faith in Kebec is paganism (Norse Mythology), it is illegal to attempt to convert someone. Doing so will subject you to death by trident. Kebec is very strict about someone traveling to it, you are required to have a valid passport from the nation of origin, a valid temporary passport Kebec and a valid visa from Kebec along with paying $350.00. Among strange things, public nudity is illegal, why not? Odin does it! However, public sexuality is illegal as per public code.

The user behind Kebec has hosted a slue of minor tournaments including the fifth edition of the Maple Leaf Bowl, the stand-alone U20 Rugby Cup and the Calix City Open archery tournament, alongside that, Kebec also maintains his ice hockey newswire which recently saw the Big Bay Hawks claim the national championship in his first-tier hockey league. The Global Cup of Soccer if hosted will be Kebec's first foray into a mid-major soccer tourney which he will undertake with the likes of the user behind the Second Brazilian Empire.

In edition, Kebec has started the Water Polo International Championships and is the President of the multiverses governing water polo government, the International Water Polo Federation. Alongside this, he is a charter and present member of the NS Archery Organization the government body of all things NS Archery.

AVERYICKAN CITY:
- The People's Republic of Averyickan City is a city nation located on the Korean Peninsula that has a population of over 4 billion people. Averyickan City is ruled by King Avery the 1st under Averyonarchy. Averyonarchy is a monarchy government with a blend of communism. This is a nation that has been active since August 2015. This nation was formed to spread the idea of Averyickanism, a peaceful NEW religion that believes that King Avery the 1st is the most powerful being on the planet. Averyickan City has three languages which are Averyickan, Spanish, and English. The most spoken language is Averyickan. Averyickan City has developed a lot in tourism recently and infrastructure all together so that more tourists can visit the city-state. For example, construction was just completed on the world's biggest stadium, located at the King Avery the 1st Olympic Park. In most districts, hotels have been constructed with only the best type of service. There are many districts of Averyickan City that has stadiums. Here are the list of stadiums and districts:

- The Dictatorship of Turkmenbasyn is a nation in Central Asia with a population of over 1 billion people. Turkmenbasyn is ruled by President for Life Saparmurat Niyazov, who declared independence from the Soviet Union in 1991. Since then, Niyazov built infrastructure and heavily developed the nation while focusing on Turkmen culture. He turned Ashgabat from a run-down city to a city of marble and built a brand new airport for tourists. He renamed several cities in the nation after him and even renamed the nation from Turkmenistan to Turkmenbasyn, or "ruler of the Turkmen". To focus even more on development, he started a new railway system that connects the nation with the rest of Central Asia, using the wealth and success of the natural gas industry in Turkmenbasyn. He formed a group of farmers to start growing prized Turkmen melons and collecting Turkmen cotton. He wants the people to practice Islam, the main religion of the nation, but allows Turkmens to practice Eastern Orthodox as well. Turkmenbasyn is famous for its' rugs which has five different patterns representing the five regions of the nation. His nation is successful because of all of these things. The official language is Turkmen, which differs from Turkish. Turkmen culture is very unique and does not get a lot of attention because not many tourists visit Turkmenbasyn as you need a visa to visit. But if this bid is successful, Turkmenbasyn will drop the visa during the tournament and tourists can come and go as they please and see the sites that the nation has to offer. - The United Socialist States of United Bermuda is a nation that makes up the islands of Bermuda located in the North Atlantic Ocean. It has a population of over 1 billion people. United Bermuda is ruled by Supreme Premier Robert Dunkley with an iron fist. He led a coup that resulted in the British government being overthrown and kicked off the islands. Thus, the new socialist state was born. Robert Dunkley's main focus was tourism as that was the main revenue for the economy. He used his power to maintain balance and avoid conflict. He built hotels, golf courses, stadiums, and a new bus network. He even built a new airport and a zoo while preserving history at the same time. Because he knew that not only pink sand beaches brought tourists to the nation but also history. He also passed a law that allowed certain Western businesses into the nation but wanted to make sure that it had no effect on the unique Bermudian culture. Bermudian culture is unique as it is a mix of European and African heritage. The official language is English. Here are the current stadiums and cities:

- We will be using the CNFIFA Random Football Match Generator Two to scorinate the tournament. Why? Because that's what we are comfortable using.

REASONS WHY WE ARE THE RIGHT CHOICE:

- There are many reasons why we should host the Global Cup. Firstly, Every nation is home to a wide transportation network. For example, every district of Averyickan City is served by many modes of transportation. The nation is also served by King Avery International Airport with many connections to nations around the world. Secondly, soccer fans will get to experience the many cultures of the nations. From buying famous Turkmen rugs to learning Gombey dance moves in United Bermuda, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Thirdly, we have experience. Averyickan City co-hosted with Eastern Balkan Republic the UKN Confederations Cup. United Bermuda hosted the 1st Annual NationStates Island Games. Lastly, participating soccer teams will get to stay at the Athletes' Village at Olympic Park. Averyickan City will provide five star hospitality to all participating teams. The rooms will have spectacular views of Olympic Park. Royal Averyickan Airways will provide free first-class service to all teams between all three nations on the famous Concorde. But let's not forget that this is a once in a lifetime moment where all of these cultures will be combined into one for the VERY FIRST TIME! These are all reasons why Averyickan City, Turkmenbasyn, and United Bermuda should be selected as the host of the Global Cup of Soccer 3.
