How does one become a member of the WCoH Federation?

As far as I know, you have to post a roster and at least one RP for two tournaments in a row. If I'm wrong, then feel free to correct me anyone. Either way, if you've got any more questions related to NS [ice] hockey, don't be afraid to ask, although I'd recommend asking in here so we don't clutter up this thread.

My preferred number for starting this tournament would be 45, which would enable me to have 9 groups of 5; if we hit that, I'll do the draw and post a schedule.

I don't mean to sound rude or controlling or anything, but wouldn't it be easier to go for the original plan? I mean, take out Lorenthia and Cosneolta, mostly because we have their masters taking part, and run the tournament as seven equal groups of six. That way, it'd be easier for us to understand and a bit easier for you to run because it means the top two teams in each group and the two best third-placers go through to the next round. In the end, you're the host (to which I say "congratulations") so I'll let you do it however you want it.

Also, commiserations to Free Republics, Frenline Delpha and Elgenstad. Better luck next time.

If you do this, please remove Lisander instead of Lorenthia, please. It would be more consistent to recent results. Or better. Let them contest the spot, like a Final Qualifier. I'm interested in face Lisander - Lorenthia for the final spot to WCoH. It would be great for my RP! And I'd need a 3rd Party scorinator.

Edit: Scroinated the qualifers between Lisander and his puppet, and his puppet ended up winning out on a very close series of 5. Expect the Everything Thread to go up today
