I might be getting specific here, but could I possibly submit either a team or a track without having a driver in the series? Currently out of good names for a racing driver.

You're perfectly free to put forward your own bid or suggestions if you have an idea on how it should be run.
EDIT: And for clarification, my WC retirement won't affect racing. I'm still going to be active in WGPC and other racing competitions and I'm still bidding for this.

Whoopsie.
I bailed on my second season with them. It was an awful case of expanding too rapidly: I'd invested so much in getting the best drivers and engineers I could find that I ran out of money to improve both reliability and performance of my car, a hugely unfortunate McHonda story.
Also, word of advice: hire Santa Ana. I should have when I had the chance (plus, she's Argentine too )
