Gonna be honest, never thought I'd ever have to do one of these... Ahem...

Campionato Esportiva's nineteenth edition has finally arrived. It's a time of change, as any Esportivan is aware. For this tournament, however, sign-ups will be handled slightly different. As we're interested on bringing up new nations towards the Esportivan fold, nations that aren't from Esportiva are tentatively allowed to sign-up if they join the region and stay there until the elected host decides to start the event.

The idea is that this is only for this current event and I believe you can all agree it's for the best interests of the region.

Additionally, users can only sign their own nation and a single puppet.

I'm sorry, I cannot support this bid. Not only do you have no experience listed in your bid, this above is a no-no. The point of a RP competition is to facilitate RP - of whatever kind people may wish. Forcing people to RP to the style that you like while threatening to penalize for other styles that may be of equal quality but are not boring match reports is anathema to the purpose of any RPed competition.

If no other nation posts a host bid before the deadline, I will do so to put this bid to an actual vote.

1. Quality means no one-liners. Multiple RP's like "Unfortunately we lost the match. Our manager hopes to do better in the next game." from one nation won't give a bigger bonus than someone that put all the effort possible in about two RP's. It would be ridiculous.

Coldfield is relatively a new nation on the international stage - our beloved King, Sir Edmund Mayer, sparked the Liberal Revolution in 2000 after his coronation. The King abolished medieval practices of torture and religious persecution and also outlawed the death penalty for sexual minorities. Advocating genocide is illegal and racism in workplaces are illegal, however, it remains legal to practice in public if no one is physically harmed. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Economic equality is high: average income is 59,375 Crowns, and evenly distributed, with the richest citizens earning only 2.2 times as much as the poorest.

Scorinating Experience

Multiple friendlies scorinated, 10 different competitions scorinated in my newswire, however, no international competition. Anyway, everybody and everything has a first time.

Scorination and RP Bonuses

Xkoranate 0.3.3 with SQIS settings, multiplicative style modifiers, and NO home advantage. A third party scorinator will be found for any Coldfieldian games. Quality would be prioritized over quantity.

Format
The tournament will start with the famous group stage. The amount of groups and teams in the groups depends on the amount of people that signed up for CE 19. A Round of 16 will be held with a minimum of 32 signups. A third place match will be played independently of the signups number.

Matchdays/Cutoff
Matches will be scheduled every other day in RL time: Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, etc.

The cutoff would occur between 16:00 - 18:00 BRT (currently UTC -3), which is also 19:00 - 21:00 UTC.

There will be two venues for each group.
