I withdraw from the tournament and resign my membership on the WBC council.

I have never really had good RPs in the WBC and in this, in addition to the IBC, I usually find myself just randomly generating a roster, slapping numbers on them, and calling it a day, and I don't want that since I take pride on my RPs. I'll be focusing on World Bowl, WCoH and World Cup for the next few months.

The World Baseball Classic council has voted to accept the host bid of Newmanistan for World Baseball Classic 38 by a vote of 10-0. All duties and privileges in regard to the hosting and managing of World Baseball Classic 38 are hereby officially transferred to the people of that nation.
