Good Evening. I gladly request that you file the application for your tennis association to take part in the Ethanian Open, which will be held in Lowes, Ethane, which is located on Lowe Island. All the details you need to know about the tournament before you fill in your application are listed below, and you will find the application form at the bottom of the information sheet, which is here.
- This is a Tier 2 NSTT tournament.
- This tournament will be held on grass.
- Two events will run at this tournament - a singles and doubles event which will run alongside each other at the same location.
- All male, female, non-gendered and non-humans are allowed to partake in the singles and doubles tournament.
In the First Round of the tournament, there will be 32 singles players and 16 doubles players. However, dependent on the amount of signups that the Ethanian Tennis Union receives for participation in this tennis tournament, preliminary and qualifying rounds can be organised to involve a greater number of players in this event. The top 8 ranked singles players and the top 4 ranked doubles participants will receive seedings and join the tournament at the First Round of the tournament, after any qualifying and preliminary rounds that may be organised.
The tournament will begin on the 26th of November and should finish on the 3rd of December, dependent on qualifiers.
Signups will close most likely the day before the tournament begins, and qualifying fixtures would be up shortly after signups close.
Cutoffs will take place ~between 10-11pm UTC (but don't hold my word to it if they're slightly later than this, for I do have a fair amount of conferences and debates that I am attending in this period.)
Rankings will be directly assigned via logarithmic NSTT Rankings and will be scorinated with XKorinate. RP Bonuses are cumulative with an incentive of quality over quantity.
Puppets MUST be declared (max. of TWO nations per player). New nations can and encouraged to join. You do not have to fill out the whole list (but preferably do).
