IC Information
Kebecois is a democratic, thriving sub-saharan nation in the Horn of Africa. Interestingly, the northern part of Kep is mostly tundra, pioneered by the native Eskimo population, however, the farther south you go, the warmer the temperature becomes, at best reaching a sizzling 112 degrees. The leader of the nation is called the Premier, the current Premier is Arinjor Bjarki who resides in the nation's capital of Mogadishu. Seen as a somewhat primitive country, it is unknown to the multiverse that much of Kebecois sports many stadiums and buildings are modernized and up-to-date.Rugby is a relatively unknown sport, but, it has gained recent popularity in the past decade throughout the nation. Traveling to Kebecois will allow you to experience the native peoples performing their rituals alongside seeing the big cities of Mogadishu and Addis Ababa and the rustic city of Calix. The most prominent faith in Kebecois is paganism (Norse Mythology), it is illegal to attempt to convert someone. Doing so will subject you to death by trident. Kebecois is very strict about someone traveling to it, you are required to have a valid passport from the nation of origin, a valid temporary passport Kebecois and a valid visa from Kebecois along with paying $350.00. Among strange things, public nudity is illegal, why not? Odin does it! However, public sexuality is illegal as per public code.
Group Draw
Group Draw will take place over a Chatzy that I will link to at a later date if this bid wins hosting rights. For numbers, we have 8 teams currently.

- 12 teams: 2 groups of 6; single round robin; top four teams advance in each group
- 14 teams: 2 groups of 7; single round robin; top four teams from advance in each group
- 16 teams: 4 groups of 4; single round robin; top two teams advance in each group
- 18 teams: 6 groups of 3; single round robin; top team from each group along with top two third place teams
- 20 teams: 4 groups of 5; single round robin; top two teams advance in each group; plus top two third place teams

Scorinating Method
RP grading will be fair and just. I will of course the normal roster bonus and rp points will accumulate over time. RP points will not equal a win however. I will be using the latest version of Xkoranate for scorinating purpose rather than use the random generator.

2) Head-2-Head Record
3) Goals Differential
4) Goals For
5) Goals Scored
