Urrheddiao (CMT) 3-0 Pesfield Trees (SYL), Urrheddiao (CMT) wins 4-1 in aggregate
An extra bit of football for Urrheddiao before the rest of the field as they handle the Trees of Sylestone with ease, Kimi Herrington shining in the return leg at home and newcomer Allison Nix scoring a brace.
The First Annual Northern Shield
Held at the Capitalizt Dome, Chromia
Chromatik U-21 0-0 Quebec U-21

Week 1
IFCF Challenger's Cup
First Preliminary Round, Leg 1
VZRH Matov-Uri (ZRH) 3-0 Urrheddiao (CMT)
With Kimi Herrington absent due to a bout of the flu, backup keeper Samir Bogdani is tagged three times as United are rocked on the road with a huge mountain to climb on the return leg.
CCF Shield VIII @ Capitalizt Dome, Chromia, Central District (Cap. 144,000)
Anomalies 1–0 Crossroads
Anomalies: Non '13; Crossroads: None.
Kristian Non makes an immediate impact on his debut with Anomalies the club, scoring an early goal past Khadur's right hand that ends up being the game's final margin. This improves Anomalies's record in the battle for the Shield to 2-1.
Week 2
IFCF Challenger's Cup
First Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Urrheddiao (CMT) 3-0 VZRH Matov-Uri (ZRH), Urrheddiao (CMT) wins 3-3 in aggregate after penalties (2-3), (3-3 AET)
With Herrington's return, an invigorated Urrheddiao evens the score via a hat trick from Kalashnikov, and then the Captain does it all in penalties, saving Urrheddiao's first foray into international football from an early exit.

Week 3
IFCF Champion's League
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 1
Sabrefell Athletic (NPH) 0-2 Tihon (CMT)
What a shocker! Thrust into the non-champions path, Tihon goes to Sabrefell and utterly dominates for ninety minutes, Nephar midfielder Chantel Kalevi scoring both goals. If they can hold on the game at The Tidal Wave, they'll have taken down of the premier clubs of the multiverse.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 1
SC Milan (MAP) 1-1 Urrheddiao (CMT)
AFC Lighthouse (IGN) 2-1 Myana (CMT)
A flat day in the Challenger's Cup competition for Chromatik clubs as SC Milan is able to get the draw due to a late goal off a questionable call and two miscues by newcomer White Baugh lead to two goals conceded for the Islanders. It'd be a true tragedy if Myana were to exit now...
Liga B Champions Trophy
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 1
Wynleth Flyers (KSK) 1-2 Umbar (CMT)
Justiina Dannysdóttir’s brace carries Umbar on the road, setting up a favorable return leg.
For first time comers, it was a day of mixed results - Qet had to deal with facing Myana and was utterly destroyed, while Omnio tied the Shock, a great result for the small town’s first day; Tor, continuing their stay into the Red League, got past Z’ai’ai with grace due to newcomer Lazaridis’s header in the closing minutes.
Three-time defending champions Anomalies had a easy matchup on paper for Ronald Labbadia’s first day in the office; though Lainey Wadsworth scored to answer the first goal, the Orcas were stingy and taut across the entire formation. A disappointing start for Anomalies, to be certain. For the final match of the day, Jannick Kontiola’s first day in the second season at the helm of Chromatik is a successful one, with Prisca Rogers adding a key strike from the bench.
Week 4
IFCF Champion's League
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Tihon (CMT) 1-1 Sabrefell Athletic (NPH), Tihon (CMT) wins 4-1 in aggregate
Tihon scores one goal via Haodao, and then just holds on for dear life. Well, maybe not dear life - Athletic are only able to get one back, which is surprising.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Urrheddiao (CMT) 1-1 SC Milan (MAP), SC Milan (MAP) wins 3-2 in aggregate after AET (1-0)
Myana (CMT) 1-0 AFC Lighthouse (IGN), Myana (CMT) wins 2-2 in aggregate due to away goals (1-0)
Urrheddiao fights back and fights back hard, but a rogue ball in extra time does them in, leading to a rather disappointing loss; Myana takes care of business at home - Joann Peterson, when she gets going, can be very sharp.
Liga B Champions Trophy
Second Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Umbar (CMT) 0-0 Wynleth Flyers (KSK), Umbar (CMT) wins 2-1 in aggregate
To his credit, Asher Singh stands firm. Though the Monkeys can’t get any more on the board, it’s enough of an effort.
Two other matches take the award for most entertaining of the day - Kontiola’s Chromatik side smashing past Alnio despite Herlinda Sterling willing the side onward, and Omnio taking on Qet in a match between two promoted sides. The Tech snatched the title from the Eagles, and in this match, Omnio just managed to hold on after scoring their last goal in the fifty-first. At least they’ll be fun to see as they’re here?
One of the biggest matches on paper was between Anomalies and Crossroads, with Vasiliy Marten Kuznetsov managing to get the draw; life without Alain Donnet is proving to be quite difficult in the early going. For a day where they hung their third banner in a row, there’s a sinking feeling for Anomalies fans - it really is going to be different without Ivanovich, isn’t it?
Felswyr gets on track by thrashing Z’ai’ai’s defense, Tihon edges by Tor - another bench player in Hong coming through for them - and United shut down Wirr Tsi in a match that could have some repercussions - these are two teams hoping to consistently crack into the top five. Lastly, Myana mysteriously drops to Brisara FC - after the match, it’s disclosed that Joann Peterson, the Islanders’ starting keeper, cracked a rib during the match and will be out for at least two months.
Week 5
IFCF Champion's League
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 1
Anomalies (CMT) 3-1 AS Républicains (OME)
Nacional (VLD) 3-1 Tihon (CMT)
If you’re wondering how things are going with Kristian Non sharing the stage with Lainey Wadsworth, worry no more. The three scored all three goals in the home match against the Omerican side in Anomalies’ debut. Tihon, on the other hand, will be on the back foot due to a masterful performance against Nacional as Valladares will field two teams against Chromatika this week.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 1
Tempala United Saints (DAR) 1-2 Myana (CMT)
Felswyr (CMT) 0-2 Conalave Dragons (VLD)
Enrico Hanson-Conavacio carries Myana, while Felswyr is smacked by the Conalave - the Valladar side is more used to this level of competition, after all.
Liga B Champions Trophy
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 1
Wolfin Wolves (TAE) 2-1 Omnio (CMT)
Qet (CMT) 1-2 Jarrbergen Football (NWK)
Umbar (CMT) 2-3 Pesjem Jematang (PCU)
Three teams all at once? Funny how things work out that way sometimes. Antoine’s lone goal is doubled on the road for the home side, while Qet and Umbar both will be behind the eight-ball heading into the return leg, and one being on the road at that.

Upsets have occurred - Brisara Dragoons, Heartland, and Deprí State, one more than the last time around. Pinlai Aingol scored both goals in a minor Urrhed derby in a match that only those who don’t follow Urrheddiao would care about, Zenic Chronta led the way for Knetyohai City FC, and Lex Xunot scored both of Cheonju’s goals in the extra time period as the squad escaped to the next round.

IFCF Champion's League
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 2

Tihon (CMT) 2-0 Nacional (VLD), Tihon (CMT) wins 3-3 in aggregate via away goals (1-0)
Carly Yi shows her potential in holding the Omerican side to a clean sheet, while Tihon blanked Nacional, Iskender Nur doing his thing while Miranda Gail had two assists on goals to Haodao and Corver. Tihon move on in the murderer’s row that is the Non-Champions Path of the Champion’s League.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Myana (CMT) 1-0 Tempala United Saints (DAR), Myana (CMT) wins 3-1 in aggregate
Conalave Dragons (VLD) 4-1 Felswyr (CMT), Conalave Dragons (VLD) wins 6-1 in aggregate
Ines Delsarte, in her first game, did all right. Maryanna Casavant did the scoring to help her along. Felswyr? It was too much to come back from. Bugarin got the only goal, but that was that. A disappointing end for Felswyr’s first foray back into the IFCF.
Liga B Champions Trophy
Third Preliminary Round, Leg 2
Omnio (CMT) 0-0 Wolfin Wolves (TAE), Wolfin Wolves (TAE) wins 2-1 in aggregate
Jarrbergen Football (NWK) 3-1 Qet (CMT), Jarrbergen Football (NWK) wins 5-2 in aggregate
Pesjem Jematang (PCU) 0-2 Umbar (CMT), Umbar (CMT) wins 3-2 in aggregate
Omnio is able to hold the Wolves, but not score; Qet is utterly dumpstered, and Umbar - the saving grace of them all - got two goals from Vance Ingott, which carried them through.
It was a day of draws in the Red League, as four of eight matches ended in ties. However, some were better than others. The Eagles and United’s game in Qet was marked by a ludicrous total of twenty separately called fouls, six yellow cards, and somehow, no penalties. In Brisara, M’aka Antoine continues to cement her status as “most likely to leave Omnio regardless of what happens to them during the season”, saving them a point late. Wirr Tsi - Anomalies is a tense affair, but Carly Yi carries over her performance against AS Républicains and matches Kathie Begley save per save. It’s all right if the first three matches listed here were whimpers, as the last of them made up for the rest. Kantiola’s Chromatik side came on strong, trying to match Lhor in the three wins club; after Salavat Caszely scored his brace, it was the Rekan Zup that stepped up for Myana, scoring twice in the final half hour. Can you imagine how good he’s going to be in a few years?
In other matches, the Crusaders missed out on a key win by letting go of the reins in the second half, with Vorster and Dostoevich helping the Dynasty to their first victory of the season; Z’ai’ai had to dig deep for their first points in a battle to the end with Alnio, with the Brewers’ last-ditch effort coming up just short due to Croxier being called offside, and in a match between two hopeful title contenders, the Frost stymied the Tide despite Bugarin being off his game as Iskender Nur was left guessing by Markita Crosland, whose ambidextrousness came up clutch at the end.
Week 7
IFCF Champion's League
Playoff Round, Leg 1
Partisan Sjoedrhavn (SVJ) 2-2 Anomalies (CMT)
1830 Cathair (AUD) 1-2 Tihon (CMT)
Welcome to where the competition just hits another level. In Partisan, Anomalies find a team every bit as capable, and despite Strausz having a field day - a goal and an assist - they are unable to get a favorable result. Far better news in Audioslavia, where Tihon is actually able to get a victory on the road against one of the most storied teams in the multiverse in 1830 Cathair - Joel Haodao really knows how to show up in big moments, or so it seems.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Playoff Round, Leg 1
Bartholomew FC (BRP) 0-4 Myana (CMT)
A rest of a round for the Islanders, who let Zup start, with the youngster repaying the trust immediately, scoring two goals and assisting on a third. A needed rest day for Anastasiadis, Barrios, and Casavant, with the trio of the Islander attack being in their thirties.
Liga B Champions Trophy
Playoff Round, Leg 1
Nagoush FC (TKT) 1-1 Umbar (CMT)
Keep an eye on Tikariot as a nation, but hardly on Nagoush FC the club. Umbar is a bit disappointed to only come out with a draw here, as they controlled the ball for over 70% of the time.
New life for Brisara? After shutting out the Islanders in the early onset, BFC ultimately prevails at the United Center as Xarles Zarragoitia may be on the up and up? It’s too early to tell, but at least there’s some hope for the beleaguered squad. The other one-nil game was Alek Khadur turning in his performance of the season as Kuznetsov made sure the effort did not go to waste.
With Lhor’s fall, Chromatik step into place, no more of the slow start for the Capitalizt. It’s a bit worrisome that Mekeus has conceded ten goals already, but as long as Kogler and crew keep scoring, they’re likely to make noise. Another struggling keeper is Ines Delsarte, who had to get bailed out by a hat trick from Enrico as the story of the early season seems to be that there are no easy points, especially proven by how Z’ai’ai almost held Tihon to a draw - Chantel Kalevi saved the Tide from that fate by a slicing shot from thirty out. Rounding out the results is a fantastic individual effort from Xannerian Kyle Falcon, simply willing the Shock to their first win of the season.
Week 8
IFCF Champion's League
Playoff Round, Leg 2
Anomalies (CMT) 1-2 Partisan Sjoedrhavn (SVJ), Partisan Sjoedrhavn (SVJ) wins 4-3 in aggregate
1830 Cathair (AUD) 4-0 Tihon (CMT), 1830 Cathair (AUD) wins 5-2 in aggregate
A pair of defeats, one more shocking than the other. Carly Yi ran out of juice and let in a easy game-winner in a youthful mistake, but at least AFC will head to the Challengers’ Cup Group Stage. Tihon, on the other hand, faced a resurgent 1830 who dominated from start to finish, sending Tihon to one more series for the honor of making it to the Challenger’s Cup group stage.
IFCF Challenger's Cup
Playoff Round, Leg 2
Myana (CMT) 1-0 Bartholomew FC (BRP), Myana (CMT) wins 5-0 in aggregate
Islanders cruised. There’s one more round for them, too. Can we get three Chromatik teams in the Group Stage?
Liga B Champions Trophy
Playoff Round, Leg 2
Umbar (CMT) 2-1 Nagoush FC (TKT), Umbar (CMT) wins 3-2 in aggregate
Anybody else have any questions about why Umbar are overwhelming Orange League favorites? No? Good.
There were two three-nil results on the day, but one was definitely not like the other. A flu bug kept Iskender Nur, Miranda Gail, and Joel Haodao out of the game at the Tidal Wave, leaving a Gerard Bux to be utterly flummoxed and at the mercy of the visiting Brewers; the result was customary. On the other hand, the Non-Wadsworth partnership seems to be working well enough already as the three-time defending champions flex their stuff.
In the scrum of the rest, Kimi Herrington stops all thirteen shots at goal by the Capitalizt, Tor has three goals called offside - one of them fairly controversial - allowing the Shock for a home victory, and Qet fail to score their first victory of the season despite the candidate of the goal of the year - little known Raymundo Ottinger's bending corner beating Bowers to the left post. After the brutal loss to Felswyr, Lhor rebounds with Spanghero doing the honors.
If we're being honest, all eyes were at Chromatik City Field, where Crossroads and Felswyr met in a key early fixture; Helio Hama and Vasiliy Marten Kuznetsov trade blows early, followed by a lull in the action that is ultimately broken by the same Kuznetsov doing it all himself - juking past one, running past two, shooting past the third. If this is going to be his last season in the Red League, it's going to be a good one.
