I would recommend against that, as concerns would likely be raised about the extent to which you're potentially mixing real life and in-character roleplay in this event.

A self-contained tournament for a specific region (or 2-3 regions) where everyone accepts that mix is absolutely fine, and I wish you every success - but remember that places like 'England' and 'Australia' don't exist for most of the participants in this forum when roleplaying in-character.
