Valanora's IC Information
Valanora is a large nation encompassing the continent of Arrosia in southwestern Atlantian Oceania. The most distinguishing feature of Valanora is the prevalent amount of forests standing in many of the inner half of the nation, even in cities, with the elven attempts to live in harmony with nature. Vanorians are a polite if not a bit high on themselves, believing elvenkind to be superior to humans, though they show a respect for the potential their humanoid cousins have. Another important thing to know about traveling through Valanora is that automobiles are banned except for government officials. A high tech railway system connects the entirety of the nation, with three international airports in Raynor City, Gladerial, and Baysleef. A ferry from Rinaldi travels to and from the island of Capri every hour on the hour.

Scorination
I'll be using the lastest version of xkoranate with its ice hockey feature using the xkoranate modifiers, which will have a range for -5/+5. RP bonus will be moderately generous and posting a roster will be rewarded with up to a single days worth of RP bonus as well to incentivise participation.

Format
Pending signup numbers, the ideal scenario will to have 8 groups of equal participants that will play in a single round robin schedule, with the top two progressing to the knockout rounds. The knockout rounds will be a Best of 3 series, with the exception of the Final which will be a Best of 5. The tiebreakers for the group stage will be: Points, H2H, GD, Wins, GF, and a coin flip (ICly a one game playoff) should a tie need further breaking.

Experience
As a user, I've hosted over 12 WCC events, multiple WCoHs, multiple DBCs, and am the current caretaker of the AOCL and HCL. Hosting things is a forte of mine and while the presentation may be simple, you can count on me for solid hosting with any delays or other circumstances being announced ahead of time.

It is hard for me to find a blank jersey template on which to work on my custom jersey.

If you look around on the NS Sports page, you'll be able to find a variety of kit makers, who'll design your kits for you. For example, Meski Sports has made a few ice hockey uniforms. However, not every one of them makes ice hockey kits, so it's probably a good idea to ask first before you make an order.

Failing that, there are a few websites that will allow you to make your own hockey uniforms. For example, this one, used by current World Cup of Hockey champion Gregoryisgodistan and myself (in WCoH26), is a simple, quick and easy jersey maker. This is another good website, which allows you to make either a 2D or 3D jersey, along with shorts (2D only) and socks. Once you've finished making what you've wanted, take a screenshot of it, get rid of all the unnecessary bits (in other words, anything that isn't the jersey) and upload it onto something like Tinypic or Imgur. After that, just copy the link and, once the competition's up, just paste it in your roster.
