Joking aside, the Alps are pretty. I've never been to Switzerland, but have been to Bavaria and Austria, and that part of the world has a nice gemütlich vibe about it.

I'd like to know how ICly Razenthuria became the continuation of Kebec? Did a revolution happen?

For example, I merged all my nations but one into a bigger one. All my cities, team names and players remained the same. So Prusy Krolewskie or Southern Democratic States' rank got transferred to the U.S.A.R.

Another example is Gregoryisgodistan who had a revolution and Lord Almighty Gregory was overturned, gregoryisgodistanis renamed their country, took real names and renamed their locations but it's the same nation on the map. Because of this, South Covello can claim Gregoryisgodistan's rank.

A third example is Saintland who separated in West and East Saintland so I think West Saintland claimed Saintland's rank.

With WCOH around the corner is there also plans for the next WJHC? I know Quebec usually organized it but I believe he retired so I wouldn't mind opening signups for the tournament that creates the next ice-skating stars.

I listed you as "successor of Kebec" back when I was updating the sign-ups the first time around (way before Val asked if you were the successor, in fact) so you should be good to go.

Speaking of which, since we have 48 teams signed up, I've closed the sign-ups for the 36th World Cup of Hockey. Apologies to anyone who wanted to sign up but hopefully you should be around for the next one in a few months. Also, does anyone have the updated rankings (post WCoH35) because they're kind of needed?

I am alive and well, also not really in retirement.

It's just that I've been busy with RL for past 3 months especially, so I've been trying to get some RPs written, mostly along the lines of 'Life in Quebec', before I come back to limited capacity.

Not sure who runs the transfers list, but I'd love to take it over and bring it back once again - I believe Lisander had reins to it last and it was glorious and beautiful from the time that it had somewhat prominence.

Just setting this here because I believe there may be some apparent confusion but all games for this WCOH are played in Anthor; details can be found in the post below the OP

Few things:
I assume all game regulations are like the NHL in regards to overtime & ties?

Also can you post a double round robin schedule? I spent like hour today looking for double RB schedule that matched yours. Most have:
MD1: 3 Vs 6
MD2: 3 Vs 4
MD3: 3 Vs 2
so on so forth

Also what cities in Anthor have arenas in them?

It's still unclear which specific stadium goes with which game. For the first game, I tried to just keep it vague where it was, but it'd be easier to write if I could mention specifically which stadium they are at or which city they are in.

Each Group is assigned two stadiums, with the idea being that the matches played each match day will be split in the group between their two assigned stadiums; I'll leave it up to the writers to determine which of those goes where.

I'm using Saintlaind's modifiers for the xkoronate option for ice hockey, and ties still net you 1 point if that helps clear up your question. As for your schedule request, I'd be happy to help if I knew how; I'll admit I'm a bit noob/newbish here and have no idea to tell who will play who when.

Really? I thought that wouldn't be that difficult. Like, for example, putting (1v6, 2v5, 3v4) next to Match Day 1 in the schedule or even writing it in the pots and groups bit. Not to mention that, when you get to MD6 all you have to do is write the numbers the other way around. That being said, I haven't hosted anything before (as much as I'd love to, I'm still on the Chromebook meaning that I can't use Java which means Xkoranate won't work) so I'm not sure if that's the right way of doing things.

P.S. Is it away@home again or is it home vs away? Just wanting to make sure.

"Home" and "away" is a bit irrelevant when everyone is playing in Anthor.

I get the schedule for a group of x by running a test tournament in xkoranate with teams literally numbered 1, 2, 3... x-2, x-1, x and putting them into a single group in order.

The schedule is always the same in xkoranate so if you look at any other tournament that uses groups of 6, you can find the schedule. Keep in mind that, for baseball (NSFS with linescores), the home and away teams in xkoranate are flipped compared to every other option that I've ever used.

What Free Rep. said. ^^^

If you do a test run, you get the schedule, or if you look at a similar group with the same number from a past tournament. I'm very careful now when hosting a tournament, so I always do test runs for the schedule and to see how scores might pan out before doing the full live final version. For schedules, xkoranate is mathematically consistent. For scores, well...Margaret always has a say, no matter what.

I'd just like to announce that I am quite absent for the next two weeks (as I already was for the previous ones). I'll try to keep up a bit, but I will probably mostly end up rank-coasting for this edition, use the bad results to reform my league because 24 teams are getting too unwieldy, and then be back in full force for the next round!

For those of you who wish to write about the games against Savojarna, keep my RP permissions in mind and otherwise don't hesitate to write whatever you want. I probably won't be on NS every day, so don't wait for me to confirm things by TG or similar.

I think you made a slight mistake, Anthor: I won my game against the Alpine Union 4-3 after OT and you won your game against Neu Engollon 7-3, yet the schedule shows that I'm playing against Ngol whereas you'll be up against the USAR in the final.
