How to do well in this tournament
To do well in qualification, it is imperative that you RP so that you gain some of the qualification spots on offer. By simply posting a roleplay everday, you give yourself an extra advantage over all of the other nations -- it can be as simple as a match report, to a TV show to an interview or a fully fledged storyline. The possibilities are endless. Every day is a new opportunity to do well. It is important to note however, that just because you RP all the time does not mean that you are guaranteed to win, just that there is a higher chance of you winning. There is always a random chance that you won't win, so blame Margaret (we hear she loves rubber chickens) -- the goddess of chance if you have any problems.

After the first world cup:

A KaMaRian businessman was quite unhappy to communicate with a group of AREX players. They were quite the opposite he normally expected to be. It was actually a simple thing. An Ehila~o player wanted the buy some land. More exactly a specific plot of land. Given the fact that there was some weird issue in regards to heritage land involved, that and some issue of supposedly illegal eminent domain. It was terrible for that person because the futsal national team knew very little about properly formal business etiquette. They were not deliberately rude, but just so... loud, roudy, and full of inside jokes. The problem was: if the land really had the graves of the Y'he family, that clan would have priority for re-purchase and he would have to make a very low price. Of course he hated that idea and had tried to snake out of this by invalidating every piece of evidence the players brought to the table. Eventually, Siki Rej, their manager had no patience anymore. "We go to the land, we bring shovels! We have one way to determine this. Now!"

Only half an hour later, the worst fears of the businessman were confirmed. There were graves on the land, graves with the Y'he family crest. Not only did he have to give away the area for almost nothing because it had been illegally taken in the time the nation was still young, but he also ruined his suit. For the team, it was still a lot, but after having heard how long the striker's family fought for its traditional land, its haditera, it seemed the right thing to do.

It was only a few weeks later that something else was discovered: Kaxva Rijaku ceased in the entire nation. The curse on the country, which made wireless communication impossible had disappeared as the area stolen from the ancestors returned to them.

Now:
Leninkali was bleak this time of the year. Well, even more so than normally. The Futsal Orange-Blues met in the headquarters of the amateur sports association AREX. Some of the champions of last tournament were missing, others were new there. Sihi~l Jiaetui, a tiny Hito player who dyed his hair bright blue, Ltasakusisi a Ltikvan player who had the grey-ish skin, tall statue and grey eyes of a highlander. Like many Ltikvans he recently gave up the family name the first republic forced onto his clan and went by the monomymic name Ltasakusisi and Alikite Saramana a lean player from the less privileged parts of Najajara. The team again ended up in the pub after the training. And again, they had to hurry to get to the plane to Allied Omaha. Finding their stride was harder. And then during the flight, Siki Rej, the coach dropped a bomb on the last tournament's star player Hiska'he.

Siki Rej: Janha, I have to warn you already. It is about Sheffland.

Janha Hiska: I know, I know. My performance is not on par and I don't get to start. Is that what you are telling me? That you use the Seleken instead?

Siki Rej: Yeah, you are competing against the Hsi for that starter position, but I actually qanted to warn you of something else: I plan on you starting.

Janha Hiska: Sorry for having been abrasive. I appreciate the trust you have in me.

Siki Rej: No problem. We are all hung over.

Last World Cup:

Soosaar and Minov were walking to the locker rooms, dissapoint from the 3-5 loss to Rejistania which lead them to stronger training for the tournament taking place some months later. In the meanwhile, Minov said Soosaar who was crying after that loss

"We lost, but it's not the end of the world, we didn't lose everything. We tried hard and it worked, look what we done, we crushed teams apart to be here. You are supposed to be happy after that. I mean, Rejistania has better players with more experience on Football in general. They have won multiple World Cup in the past. When our grandfathers were on our ages. But that doesn't matter, they have more experience than us and experience brings wins and as inexperienced to internation tournaments you ust be happy, at least I am, goodbye see you on changing rooms."

"Wait." Soosaar said, Minov turning back ready to listen and Soosaar continued "I am happy with our performance but I am not happy on the score today. And pretty much I am not at my best today. My mum died and I wanted to win this cup for her."

Minov then replied "It's sad, I know. But there will be worse, next year we shall try more and take this cup for your mum."

Soosaar then replied "Thanks, you are a very good person, let's go in. I need to forget what happened."

and both went it, had a bath and watched TV on bus while heading on the airport, there they went online before sleeping, next day, they were at the skies of of Estenia, ready to land to Murin International Airport before going to their homes. Soosaar visiting his mum's funeral and Minov getting back home to his family, where being greeted as a hero.

East Corsaire to participate in World Futsal Tournament

In the first attempt at making themselves known on a world stage, the East Corsaire Ravens have entered into the 2nd Annual Omahan Futsal World Cup. "it is a great opportunity and privilege for us to be able to participate is such a prestigious tournament", said Goalie Marshall Tackett. "We want to make the most of it". The Ravens have been drawn into a very tough group, with the hosts and the defending cup runner up, Estenia, both being in that group. Coach Nordin says he is not concerned. "Even though we open against one of the better futsal teams in this tournament, we aren't scared. We are going to give it our all and maybe we will get lucky". East Corsaire is a rookie team, having never participated on such a big stage, but according to Coach Nordin, they are up for the challenge.

Allied Omaha seemed luxurious in comparison to Rejistania, especially in comparison to Leninkali, a city which seemed to be as bleak, drab and devoid of its own century-long history. Ltianhama and Aetaila are both poor cities with an amazing history. You can stumble into a little side road and find millenia-old ruins. KaMaRi kali is extremely diverse: if it is an ethnicity in Rejistania or Greater Prussia it can be found there. CEOs live next to poor factory workers. The oldest and biggest Catholic Cathedral stands in the same park as a traditional Isesi shrine, which is, as is tradition rebuilt every few decades. The dualism between Seleken and Lajik cultures in the Sevanese cities. In comparison, Leninkali was constructed from scratch by communists whose goal had been to build cheap housing. Even Sike kali, which had also been created from scratch, had, despite being the capital, had the feeling of a tiny city and its own charme.

Coming from Leninkali to Allied Omaha was a shock. The city had a glittering charme. There was something very exotic to the city and that was not only due to the writing system which was massively different than most Rejistanian ones. The city felt more designed, more harmonic, if you compared it to songs, KaMaRi kali would be a fast free jazz track with polyrhythmic percussion and microtonal scales. Sike kali would be a fast-paced electro-world track in a traditional microtonal scale with chants which are millenia old. Leninkali would be a minimal techno track, apparently originating in Eastern Europe. This city reminded more of a Persian or Indian song, an old melody modernized and currently hip in every club. A city meant to impress. And the jet lag made it appear even more dream like than it normally would. The hotel also improved its customer service and thus time, when Siki Rej tried his fragmented Russian to speak with the hotel staff like he did last time, he was greeted in Rejistanian.

The teams settled in their rooms. Siki Rej unpacked his clothes and wanted to prepare for the press conference, but it was okay just to stretch on the bed to see how soft it was... *kiiiiiiikikikiki* The phone woke Siki Rej up what seemed only seconds later. "-i-?" he answered the phone.

"Hejida Rej'he," a strange voice said, "do you remember me?"

"I am too tired for games. Who are you?"

"I am Hetan I Salid Leninkali'tes."

"Means nothing to me."

"In the pub, a few weeks ago, I mentioned that I was on the quest to find the Hexatux."

Oh dear, a crackpot! "And you ran out of money?"

"I found it! It might not be the newest version, but I found it! The fabled computer coach of the Orange-blue team is in my hands. And well, it supports Futsal as well."

"I... see..."

"I have a suggestion for you: Jiaetui'he needs to start in the next match. It is a matter of victory or loss."

"I... see..."

"Great! I will call you before the next match!"

OOC: This is the continuation of the previous RP, so add this in the basket too.

This World Cup:

"New year, new team. A stronger team!" that's what most players shout when they reach Allied Omaha, a very nice nation and according to them "Arab Paradise, just like South Essetia." everywhere there were mosques and houses in their city, players amazed from what they've seen. When they reached their hotel, it seemed like the 'International Hotel' of Estenia. So they felt like they were home. Soosaar and Minov, still friends started the conversation with Minov saying "This is our chance, don't you think?" answer of Soosaar was "Yes, it is. We need to play good futsal this time. Rejistania still have their star player but they have low morale due to something like a civil war in 2 provnces."
Minov then replied "I don't think there are Lajik and Selenen players in the team for them having low morale but if they are, we are lucky." then bus stopped and went outside, Soosaar continued the conversation, looking at the hotel and his words were "We are, my friend. We are." and then they walked in and went to their rooms, shown by a person who was working on the hotel. Minov, Soosaar, Dursimov and the main coach named Juri Jamasov from Daskena, an autonomous suburb of Turtu.

Inside the room there were many luxuries, HD TV with many channels on English and Arabic, computers with access to the internet, a nice view of the city they are staying, also a nice view of the stadium and 4 beds, 1 for each player also free wifi access to their phones and tablets as well as perfect signal for calling people on Estenia and the reverse, in general it was a room the didn't just belong to a 7 start hotel but even 10 star hotel. So Dursimov installed the A Pedia on his tablet and called Xamir Hadin, who had installed this on his tablet too and waited fro an answer. In the meanwhile, Dursimov was watching an Allied Omahan channel on Arabic showing something about the Jihadists far away from there. Minov cooked a healthy salad and Juri Jamasov was surfing the net on his telephone, in general it was a very intresting room.

Aleksy Korsimov now, visited an Allied Omaha room with Allied Omahan players inside, he was standing outside the door, knocked it and said "Hello? Hello? I am Aleksy Korsimov, your opponent, might I get in?" and waited for a response. On the other hand Yefimov and Eenpalu were playing poker with fake money Eenpalu brought from Estenia and but Yefimov seemed to win most games. Then thanking poker online games. Then Arshavin was playing xbox one on the internet cafe, playing a game called 'Forza Motorsport' and everyone there was watching him winning every level with ease starting from last and finishing first always, he was about to break Muhammad's highscore, a teenager from Saudi Arabia who was watching him worried and after he lost, he accepted Arshavin as a better player of the game.

Allied Omaha Set For Futsal World Cup

by Raffan Kareem

Allied Omaha are for the very first time competing in there own Omahan Futsal World Cup. Allied Omaha did not participate in the last cup, as the national team had some technical issues with the former head coach, Suleyman bin Abdul Aziz. Suleyman was accused of trying to murder his own center forward Arman el Farhan due to some old grudge. Arman was found deeply injured in a restaurant store room. He said he was beaten badly by a group of men, maybe 4. The police suspected Suleyman as he had said a few things on phone to Arman.
SuleymanImage
A lot of tention aggravated and the team could not participate in the cup. Though now a new face has come to the Balck Dragons, responsible to guide them to glory, Qasim Khan, a former Super League manager at former champions Jammu(Azadi FC). He earned his name there. Now, he has been appointed as the head coach of the Futsal team. A lot of curiosity knocks on the door as Qasim has never managed a Futsal side before and is therefore inexperienced in this field. But he claims he can work up the necessary ins and outs of the game, and therefore produce a shining result. A lot of pressure on the team too as hosts of the World Cup.
Qasim Khan:-I know I am an outsider to the game of Futsal, but I am very much familiar with it's big brother, football. I have spent my life learining the tactics of the game, and I believe some of them can be applied to Futsal too. No doubt Futsal brings on many other things, but that is why the spirit exists. Hopefully, I will make your dreams come true.Image

The Hotel

His tablet rang, and he leapt to look at his A-Pedia signalling him with a call from Filipp Durismov, the Estenian #10. He answered quickly.

Xamir Hadin - Hello, friend! Welcome to Allied Omaha!

Meanwhile

Jo'naid Hassan, the team-captain, walked towards the door and opened it to find Alesky Korismov waiting. He was quite surprised to see the youngster there.

Jo'naid Hassan - Hello! Welcome to Allied Omaha!

A Valiant Effort

In their opening match, the East Corsaire Ravens fell to the defending cup runner ups Estenia by a score of 4-2. After starting forward Byron Cotton struck the first goal of the game in the opening minutes, it was all Estenia for the next 3/4ths of the game. The Estenians got 3 goals before halftime as the Ravens defense just couldn't match the speed of their forwards. However, in the waning minutes of the game, East Corsaire got a spark from within the midfield as Sebastain Toussaint weaved between 3 Estenians player before striking a beautifully placed ball into the top right corner of the net, giving the Ravens a glimmer of hope in salvaging some points out of the match. However, Estenia would go on to score a fourth goal as time almost expired while the Ravens were in a majorly offensive formation in an attempt to tie the game up. The goal would secure the victory for Estenia over East Corsaire, thus giving the Estenians a valuable 3 points in their quest to return to the cup final. East Corsaire gained no points from the loss, but looks to gain some from their upcoming matches in order to advance out of the group.

Conquest Begins

Conquest began with Estenians winning East Corsaire with 4-2. In a very exciting match, although East Corsaire deserved the win, Estenian players grabbed it from their hands with 3 very quick goals by the end of the half.

Match Report: First Half begins with Estenians having low possesion of the ball, conceding many chances with very few responses against them. It was actually East Corsaire who opened the score sheet with a fabulous goal by Cotton ending on the left of the net with the keeper unable to do anything. After that, it was a stuning Estenian game, Estenians started bombarding East Corsaire posts with many chances and Dursimov found the chance to dance while driobbling East Corsaire defenders to score an amazing goal. Then again.. under construction.

OOC: Estenia, it's not civil war, it's Fergusson style riots in a city in Seva where they have started to press for social change be sieging the city hall, ie: one city in one province. Also, Sijenemitelakiva "Hsi" Tijihakasamakaratela is seleken, and Xijiskare San-Kie is Lajik. None of the two are Sevanese though.

During the post-match press conference, the team did a publicity stunt for domestic rejistanian audiences: Instead of their normal orange and blue kits, they appeared in white kits with the city symbol of the city of Saraxanakimiketa kali and the Lajik and Seleken writing: "'Hajitan K~hu, Aisda Sehan!" and "Kuju hajatamu, Seja kanasaru!" This translates to: "Reject Ignorance, Support Aisda/kanasaru!" The message was more of the lajik bend, but even Tijihakasamakaratela'he was in it. There was no explicit mentioning of the events back home until a reporter from Estenia mentioned it. Rej'he made a vague gesture: "We stand with the idea of adhering to the unspoken rules of fairness in both sport and politics." To which Tijihakasamakaratela'he said: "This is a really, really unfortunate situation for the Selekens, the Lajik, the Ltikva, the Kireshi, and everyone else in Seva. While I would like to see the people settle their differences in a more civil manner, I think we are all on the same page here."

Before the match, the Futsal Orange-Blues were quite nervous. Sheffland had never been a futsal superpower, but other nations hadn't either and caused upsets. The Orange-Blues got into the match well, but Sheffland almost took the lead if not for a daring jump of goalkeeper Kansu'he. Afterwards, the team counter-attacked and San-Kie'he got his name onto the scoreboard. The lasane continued to attack as if their life depended on it. The Minokaje striker Y'he got his name onto the scoreboard twice in quick succession, followed by Hiska'he's beautiful goal past goalkeeper Khan'he. At half time, the score was 5:1.

The Orange-Blues made a substitution and in the 2nd half, Aetailian Jiaetui'he replaced Tijihakasamakaratela'he. The debut of the young player went surprisingly well, but the 2nd conceded goal might have been caused by him misreading the situation. But in the end, the Orange-Blues were victorious and left the match with an 8:2 scoreline.

Siki Rej went to his room early, he set up a few pictures of his ancestors and a figurine of an inikresaist deity and was just about to pray when the phone rang. He answered it: "-i-?"

"So, you went against my tactical suggestions?"

"Yes. I did. I did what I do considered best. Not what Hexatux considers best. Hexatux was a very ambitious project, but I never saw it work."

"Hexatux was indeed very ambitious and Rej'he KaMaRi'tes worked hard on it. Unfortunately, Rej'he KaMari'tes made too many enemies that the project is seriously considered anymore. I still dream of completing his work."

"You are ambitious. But that can be a curse: Hexatux indeed went over corpses to do what he wanted to do, betrayed the ASR, betrayed Cockbill Street... he was a character of his own. The question is how far you are willing to go for your own dream, Hetan I Salid Leninkali'tes."

"I will not become a Siki Rej in that respect, don't worry. My goal is to determine what makes a soccer or futsal team great and from that create an artificial coaching system, the Hexatux, not to betray my employers and hide in Psytroxia."

"Good luck with that! I hope you fixed that injury time bug in Hexatux. And when I see you on a tree watching H4SR matches because the ASR does not want you around anymore, I'll invite you for a coffee."

"As long as it's not AREX matches, I'll be fine!"

MatchDayTWO

NSPN
Millions of football nationwide celebrate the first victory of the Ndakene Nat'l Fooball Team against Estenia. The team coach Solomon MacDonald speaks to NSPN (Ndakene Sports Programming Network) after the game, "I think it's time to begin our own little Ndakene Premier League, as these knuckleheads have proven and demonstrated their true talent in football. This is just the beginning; we have awesome victories to come! It's about time we get our great nation on the charts of international football! Allez L'Orange!!" (Let's go, Orange!!)

Next, one of the team's top scorer and man of the match Sem Méléndé is interviewed briefly, "The Estenian team did put up a fight and played really good, as well, and I applaud them for their team's hard work. Yeah we played very well out there; there was excellent coordination and all 5 of us were able to find a pace and keep it throughout the match. We were able to stay on our feet, and I believe more wins and good times are to come, and I can't wait for the next one!"

MatchDayTHREE

NSPN
After a valiant, intense, entertaining match between Ndaku and Allied Omaha today we unfortunately lost 4-3. NSPN was able to interview the team goalkeeper Layson Twelves who put off many saves today, but not enough to repel the powerful shots from the Allied Omahan team. "Oh, definitely it was a hard match, not gonna lie there. They all played good -we got really unlucky at the end- one of them juked me and caught me off guard! Anyway, it's unfortunate we lost this time, all hopes for our next game, Allez L'Orange!"

Off Weekend

After an opening match loss to the defending cup runner ups Estenia, The Ravens went into the next match day with an optimistic outlook, hoping to dethrone the hosts, Allied Omaha. They did no such a thing, getting thrashed by a score of 9-3. "I don't think that we honestly played that bad", said Coach Nordin, "It was just that Allied Omaha got all the calls to go their way, which is funny because they are hosting this tournament". After a tight 1st half, which was tied 3-3, Allied Omaha got 3 set pieces right outside of East Corsaires box on very controversial calls, which were deemed "ludicrous" by defender Thomas Arias-Jones, who himself got a yellow card for getting tangled up with Omahan forward Sa'ad bin Muaaz, in which it seemed that he got all ball on the challenge. They would go on to score on all 3 of the set pieces. After that it was all Allied Omaha getting 3 more goals from their forwards, upping the score to 9-3. "I just don't have time for bad calls", stated forward Byron Cotton. " I want the game to be played fair and for both teams to have an equal opportunity to win". The goal scorers for The Ravens were Cotton, who had 2, and Toussaint, who added 1 of his own.

The Ravens went into the 2nd match of the weekend with a fire in their bellies after the Allied Omaha game, but they would fall to The Grand British Kingdom on a last second header by one of their forwards, which barely inched passed the outstretched fingertips of goalie Marshall Tackett. East Corsaire led from the start after a hat trick by Byron Cotton put them up 3-0. Sebastian Toussaint added a goal and first time scorer, sub Kurt Holmwood, put The Ravens up 5-4 late into the game, but 2 strong goals in the waning minutes secured the victory for The Grand British Kingdom, thus putting them in a good position to get out of the group. With the loss, the chances of advancing for East Corsaire look bleak, but they aren't gonna give up. "We will fight toward the end", said Tackett. "Our next match is against Ndaku, and we plan to give them all they've got and maybe we will get lucky".

After the team watched the match between Abahnleft and Dei Terrare, they filed back to their hotel. Coach Siki Rej was silent, feeling the gazes of the others on him. He knew that the team probably would interpret an idle gaze in the vague direction of one of them as a confirmation that he'd be playing in the next match and a audible sucking in of air, which he sometimes did when he was thinking, as a sign of disapproval. As such, he tried to be quite stoic in these situations - and often failed because he was a really bad actor and people told him that he should never ever play poker. As they filed back, Ti Y dropped something, a book, and picked it up swiftly, as if to hide that he had this book in his possession. A glance was cast into his direction by Siki Rej, a meaningful glance, a tinge of judgement in it. When the striker was in his room, Siki knocked.

"Hi Ti, do you have a moment?"

"Hi Siki, sure do. anything specific?"

"Actually, I do. I saw that you dropped a book after the match. I think I recognized it."

Ti's face moved from shock to fear, he probably would also lose a lot in a poker game. "What do you mean?"

"It was a religious text, wasn't it?"

"It indeed was, yeah..." he trailed off.

"I would have never expected you to be a sonotarian until I saw you with the Book of Defeat."

"You know, Sonotarians get a bad reputation for their religion, it is not what you think it is. Yes, we pray to Sonokansa, the Goddess of Defeat, but this does not mean that I don't give my best on the pitch... it is more complex. You know, there are actual coaches who are Sonotarian, and successful ones, so please don't bring religion into this."

"I wasn't..." Siki Rej was cut off.

"It has to do with lisja, right, Sonotarian sportsmen treat matches as religious ceremonies in itself, so doing the best is to glorify the Gods. I know that the media makes a huge stink about the religion and wonders how these people can do sports, but for me, it actually was helpful. If defeat is just one aspect of the divine, it removes some of the fear of defeat. I know that this is counter-intuitive, but to me, this is true."

"I didn't..." Siki Rej was cut off again.

"Fear of failure leads to stasis! As such, Sono-Inikresaism is actually helpful..."

"Ti!" now Siki interrupted him, "You don't need to defend your religion to me. What you believe in is between you and the deities you worship. I don't care whether you worship Karelakansa, Sonokansa, Allah, Buddha, the Shintoist deities or Rovetu Da~e*.... I actually just hoped that you had some incense. I heard today that my sister has fallen ill and wanted to do a healing prayer... but my incense got smashed in the suitcae on the way to Allied Omaha."

"Oh,... I am sorry. Yeah, I can give you a stick of incense. No problem."

"Don't be sorry! I know that Sono-Inikresaism has been hated on a lot, so I can understand you being defensive about it."

"Thanks for being so understanding."

"No problem, after the meat grinder the press sent Sita'he Elixan'tes through when he announced his conversion, it was only natural." Siki took the stick of incense which Ti had laid out for him.

"Horrible stuff! They wanted him gone, just for his beliefs!" Ti exclaimed.

"Glad they didn't succeed." Siki paused a bit, "oh, by the way, what I generally use when people accuse me of Sonotarianism is to say that a honorable defeat is better than a dishonorable victory. It tends to shut people off as they don't see the role in ensuring the defeats are honorable and not through cheating."

"You are a Sonotarian?"

"I am a Vakadi** Inikresaist, but I did visit the temple in Leninkali before the tournament."

* OOC: Rovetu Da~e, or Robert Day, was a self-proclaimed prophet of God to the Rejistanian nation. He founded Da~eist Christianity which blends the Christian Religion with traditional inikresaist forms of worship.
** OOC: someone who does not worship a particular deity with preference but the entire inikresaist pantheon.

It had stung the team to lose like this. Last cup, they expected to lose every match, this time, they were the favorites. As such, the loss stung, but scareily enough, it made sense to lose in that manner. The Futsal Orange-Blues fought valiantly against an extremely defensive Abahnleft with deadly counter attacks, but in the end, the Abahnleft team dominated the match completely. The 2:1 was merciful. The mood after the match was pretty low. As such, everyone was in their rooms early.

A while later, Siki Rej cursed himself for his tactical decisions. He paced in his room, not a good trait, but it helped him clear his head. The phone rang. Siki Rej cursed again and then answered it. He didn't want to talk to anyone. "-i-?"

"You again with the infective enthusiasm." Urgh, it was his father Xandi. They didn't have the best relation to say it mildly.

"Hey, you can say that after a 1:2 defeat."

"Eh? I thought you didn't play anymore."

Siki had trouble not raging. He always did things like that: forgetting or pretending to forget what he was doing for a living because he didn't approve of it. "Then what made you call a random number in Allied fucking Omaha?"

"Jakansu told me how to reach you. You're there on business?" Jakansu told him? Siki couldn't believe this. She had been ill most of the last week.

"How is she doing?"

"Jakansu? This is why I wanted to talk to you. She is better. She went to work again today."

Siki made a sigh of relief: "Great to hear!"

"You didn't call her did you?" Xandi asked.

"I normally don't *do* phone calls. I messaged her husband." After his soccer career ended, Siki found a job in a callcenter.

"Always you with the special requirements... When do you get off your high horse and live like a person?" Xandi hurled at him.

Siki just hung up.

The phone rang again. Siki picked up. "-i-?"

"I think the line dropped." Xandi stated.

"It didn't. I hung up. I don't feel like being insulted."

"It is not my fault that you are so sensitive."

"It's either your genes or your raising me that I am what I am. Choose which. Goodbye." He hung up again.

For a while, the phone was blissfully silent. Siki paced again, walking the anger out of his system, then that bugger rang again. Siki answered it: "Everyone in your family hates you and they just keep on your good side because of the inheritence! If you lose your money, we all will drop you faster than a kisankansa statue on Karasan day."

There was silence. Then a very different voice answered the phone: "And you warned me about going off the rails! You rage like that about a defeat!"

"Hello I Salid'he!" he greeted the lunatic who contacted him about Hexatux a few times. "I accept the defeat which the deities bestowed on the team, the rage is purely familiar."

"Family issues? Ah, that sucks. Anyways, I wanted to talk to you about the next lineup and tactic. Purely as an inspiration. Okay?"

"You can as well." Siki sighed. This was going to be a long night.

MatchDayFour

NSPN
Team Ndaku played a difficult but entertaining match against The Grand British Kingdom today. It seemed the match would end up being a stalemate, as the two teams had to play Golden Goals. Number 7 Cameren Davies talks to NSPN, "This was a very tight match, you know, I was really proud of how we kept a decent percent of possession during the game! We were also able to get very few out of bounds while holding possession throughout the majority of the match, which is always a good thing. Golden Goals always stress me out, every time, because one mistake could cost your whole team a loss! I surely made a defending error when one of my passes to Rutter (#18) wasn't quick enough, the guy on the other team intercepted and faked a goal shot as a pass; that pass was a goal. Ahh, pretty smooth move, I'll say, but I'll need to work on my passing! Many hopes for our next game".

The National Football Association (AFN) is currently funding to create the first national football clubs in Ndakene history. 20 clubs are expected to be made and organized, including leagues from all of the major cities of Ndaku. The current clubs that are being organized are: (rated highest to lowest since the Ndakene National Cup)
  • Sakana FC
  • Valor
  • Melo City United
  • Nsakamadesu
  • Pondu United
  • Mukuwa FC
  • Midland FC

The Grand British Kingdom played only other UCR Nation in MD4 The Futsal World Cup

Country: Allied Omahan

This is the first time that any country apart of The Union of Confederate Regions has participated in a futsal tournament. Both Ndaku, near the centre of the UCR and The Grand British Kingdom, the kingdom which mainly dominates South East UCR and East UCR, entered the competition and are in the same group. With the host nation Allied Omahan. This World Cup is very debatable in The Grand British Kingdom as there has been a Kingdom-wide debate on whether to partake in this tournament; or even to show it on our televisions. The country was debating that they can't call it a "World Cup" if only one nation hosts it, all the time. So, The Grand British Kingdom may boycott the next futsal cup unless we are allowed to bid for it.

The Grand British Kingdom consists of
  • Britonisea
  • North Britonisea
  • Aloquirbe
  • Nightom
and also the rest of the Kingdom.

Back to the match. The Grand British Kingdom showed our Ndakene friends that we still dominate sports in The UCR as we beat them in a very intense, slow match with only feature one score which were score by the Grand British Kingdom team.

Ndaku (NDA) 0–1 The Grand Bitish Kingdom (GBK)
Estenia (EST) 6–6 Allied Omaha (ALP)

Ndaku did very well when it comes to the possession of the ball and then can defanately do better. It was a shame that they couldn't score a goal but they done really well so congrats to them. The second game was played was between Estenia and Allied Omahan. This games was an interesting game however, it wasn't shown on Britonish television as it was thought to be boring and others could be better. However, Britonish television missed out on a lot of action as the score was going back and forwards!

Here is the overall table, highlighting both Ndaku and The Grand British Kingdom,

NSPN:FINALMATCHDAYFIVE
Ndakene football fans all over the nation celebrate as the national football team was able to reach the round of 6 of the Omahan Futsal World Cup! It is the first time in Ndakene football history the national team has moved up this far.

Sem Melende was the man of the match when Team Ndaku played against East Cosaire and won a whopping 9-8! Melende speaks with NSPN, "That was the most intense match we've played yet! Wow! I do want to say team Cosaire played a fantastic match and, to be honest, I had a lot more fun in football than I ever did in my competitive career. I also want to thank the crowd for the support! Thank you those back home who watched the match, and I can bet you more epic games are to come! Thanks!"

Sem Melende scored 5 goals, Gilles Simon 3 goals, and Cameren Davies 1. Simon and Melende played 3 assists to each other, which was the most successful assists in the whole match. Team Ndaku has a 2-0-2 WDL ratio, scoring 6 points on group B. Thank you for watching this football report; I'm Levi Gando, and this is NSPN.

OOC: This is just a silly idea: have a linguist talk about the match. Something better will come.
IC:

Rejistanian sports lingo

This is a small explanation for foreign fans and rivals of the rejistanian Futsal Orange-Blues to rejistanian sport language:

'kanvali: Rejistanian is a weird language. While the Rejistanis have quite a few words for things like waking up, sitting down or walking, passing the group stage has a weird hole in the rejistanian vocabulary. Of course, given that there are international tournaments with group stage in which the Rejistanis participate, this means that the people need something to talk about getting through group stage. In this respect, Rejistanian language borrowed from the XTSR, the rejistanian domestic soccer cup. To get into the XTSR, you have to reach a certain league standing or a certain result in the amateur competitions, as such you have to qualify. This made the Rejistanis re-purpose the term 'kanvali not only for qualifying for a tournament in the first place, but also for getting through its group stage.

milhan'het alte: Victory and loss have nice equivalents in the rejistanian language viki'het and sono'het, but when the rejistanis moved from playing games to glorify the Gods to actually keeping score, no one had considered that matches can end on equal level. At least that is how it sounds when you look at the fact that Rejistanis call a draw milhan'het alte, an equal match. Which is a horrible thing to use s a verb: you can say Rejistania drew against Dei Terrare, but Rejistanian makes this rather clumsy: Rejistaniha mi'milhan alte Dei Terhare'jet (lliterally: Rejistania played equal[ly] against Dei Terrare). This is why the fans turned alte into a verb: Rejistaniha mi'alte Dei Terhare.

Xkora'het Y: Sometimes, rejistanian, just like every language keeps an idiom for a very long time, just as German calls rainy weather for a match using a reference to a player who played more than 50 years ago, Rejistanian is no different. Jenji Y played soccer in the time of the first republic (we're at the third now). But he pretty much became the embodiment of late goals by a substitute. Exactly the kind of goal Dei Terrare scored on the Futsal Orange Blues to equalize the score. Rejistanian can use its obsession with weird adjectives to good use when talking about goals: The goals in the match would be rejistanized as the following:
The 1:0 fir Rejistania: Xkora'het jula: opening goal, the first goal of the match
The 2:0 for Rejistania: Xkora'het mixanda sikire: goal from a standard situation, which extend an existing lead.
The 2:1 for Dei Terrare: Xkora'het sijanda kir: a goal scored from the distance that lowers the trailing to 1
The 2:2 for Dei Terrare: Xkora'het alte: Equalizer, it almost was counted as a xkora'het suan, an own goal associated to the goalkeeper
The 3:2 for Rejistania: Xkora'het kirdu: a goal that ends an even score.
And then the Xkora Y alte, which was mentioned before.
