Thanks, my goal was to climb some ranks and hopefully qualify for the playoffs (I didn't expect to go all the way to the final). So I thought I better RP the most I can to achieve my goal, I didn't know no one else would RP.

No problem! I can't say that I'm not more than a little disappointed at the loss to GVH. I was really hoping for a USAR-Drawkland matchup, but oh well. At least now you have a much better chance at getting the championship! Oh yeah, and don't let the Golden Bowl down

Thanks for the great hosting job, Bongo! I hope this helps propel you to further NS Sports success. The only thing I didn't like about this one was how it ended up for my team in the end! But all in all that doesn't matter.

Updated Rankings

The World Bowl Assembly Constitution states:

e) The World Bowl Assembly will have a President that will be the spokesperson for the competition during their tenure, which will last three World Bowl Cycles. Once the World Bowl Assembly is officially formed, nominations for the President can be made on this thread by WBA members. Any person receiving two nominations will be put in a vote. The winner of the vote is elected President, and the second place finisher shall serve as the vice-president. Only WBA members may vote.

As my term as WBA president will be expiring after World Bowl XXXIII and I have decided that I will not accept another term as your president, I hereby open nominations for the selection of my successor until the closing of host bidding for the next World Bowl. At that time, I will conduct the vote to select the World Bowl President for the World Bowl XXXIV-XXXVI term. As stated in our Constitution, nominations should be made on this thread and anybody who receives two nominations will be considered a candidate for the presidency. However, I do not see any provision that prohibits a WBA member from nominating multiple people for the presidency so I will be nominating everybody who is put forward as a candidate by somebody else (provided they accept their nomination on this thread).

The responsibilities of the President and Vice President are laid out in our Constitution, which can be read in full at the OP of this thread.

Wow I can't believe I won the World Bowl, I think it's my 1st major tournament win! Hopefully the World Bowl is still considered major? by the way thanks Bongo for hosting it! and commiserations to Vakolicci Haven, Drawkland and Abanfleft! I may write a final RP one day, maybe after the WCoH and WBC.

I didn't outright state this since I thought it was well-known but yes I am the current World Bowl Assembly President and I will decline any nomination for another term as your President.

Honestly, if I hadn't been too busy the past couple of days I could have stood a chance of defending the title. But this will make great fodder for the Real Fans of Abanhfleft. That's one bonus out of this tournament.

Well, do remember that while I've lost in the second and first round respectively over the last two cycles, I'm 23-2 total over that time. I haven't lost a group stage match since WB30.

1) Yes, but its inactive. If you (or anybody else) wants to revive it and start scorinating the international competition again, you're welcome to do so.

2) Signups for the next World Bowl will open in a few weeks once we're closer to the start of the NFL season. I haven't decided yet whether I'm going to schedule the host vote to conclude around the start of the regular season or a few weeks before but I hope somebody is planning on putting forward a host bid in a timely manner this time around.
