I think SQIS was a spreadsheet originally, and there are some older excel based ones that you can probably grab from users that were around back when those were used more. If you need something to simulate a league and can’t run xkoranate or NSFS, I used leaguesimulator.eu for a good while in the NKSL, and it was okay for domestic leagues, but it isn’t fit for an international competition.

What follows is a memo from Unofficial World Championship Committee President Jeremiah J. Jaffacake. The 'J' is a power initial. It stands for 'Power'

Fans of The Idiot Project will already know this, but I'm putting it out there for the rest of you.

Episode 4 of The Idiot Project tracked the Unofficial World Championship from its inception (World Cup 1) to the modern day, with the title changing hands like a boxing or wrestling belt, being passed from the reigning champion to whichever team beats them in a competitive game. The current champions of the only remaining active belt are Equestria, after their defeat of Banija on the opening day of the AOCAF Cup. The holders of the Lineal Championship - the very same one held by Crosshill in World Cup 1 - are Al Qurija, a puppet of Juvencus that last entered a competitive tournament in cycle 80 while Free Republics recently departed with an interim belt that had been created in cycle 75. Another Interim Belt was lost in cycle 9 after the departure of Endray Island.

For the rules regarding how and when the belt can change hands, and how and why an Interim belt might be created, here is the official rulebook.

UNOFFICIAL WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP COMMITTEE (UWCC)

Rules and Regulations concerning the Unofficial World Championship (UWC)

1. To become Unofficial World Champion, you must defeat the current Unofficial World Champion in a competitive international football match.
   
2. The game must be played in one of the following tournaments:
   

   World Cup Qualifying
   World Cup Finals
   Baptism of Fire
   Cup of Harmony
   AOCAF Cup
   Copa Rushmori
   Campionato Esportiva
   Independent Associations Cup
   Any game which the UWCC explicitly sanctions as an UWC title match.

   
   
3. If the match ends in a draw, the champion retains their championship UNLESS one of the following conditions are met:
   

   If extra time is played in the match, the winner after extra time takes the title
   If a penalty shoot-out is played, the winner of the penalty shoot-out takes the title

   
   
4. Only the result of an individual match is taken into account. Should an Unofficial World Champion be scheduled to play a two-legged match against a challenger, the two games should be considered individual matches and judged accordingly.
   
5. The only way for the current champion to lose their title is by losing a football match according to rules 1 - 4. Therefore, if a champion retires from international football, they keep their title forever. They become known as Champion Emeritus / the Emeritus Champion and their title becomes known as the Emeritus Championship or the Emeritus Title.
   
6. If the current champion retires from international football, a new Unofficial World Champion will be crowned. Retiring is described as one or more of the following.
   

   The nation ceases to exist
   The nation declares retirement from international football, whether temporary or permanent
   The nation is assumed to be retired from international football, whether temporarily or permanently

   
   
7. Upon a champion’s retirement, the winner of the next World Cup Final will be given the new Unofficial World Championship title. The new Unofficial World Championship should be considered equal in stature to the retired championship.
   
8. Upon their return to international football, the Emeritus Champion will defend their original title according to rules 1 to 4. Any 'new' titles created since the Emeritus Champion's retirement will be given the status of Interim Championship. The Interim Championship will be defended according to rules 1 to 4. Both Emeritus and Interim World Championships will be recognised as equal. Both holders should be considered Unofficial World Champions.
   
9. The Emeritus Championship and the Interim Championship may be unified if the two holders play against one another. The winner will be given the honour of being sole Unofficial World Champion. They may carry only the oldest of the two belts they win. The newer of the titles must be given back to the Unofficial World Championship Committee.
   
10. Any team holding both the Unofficial World Championship and NS World Cup will be considered Undisputed Champions of the World until either title is lost.

Amendments

The Turoki Amendment
October 2007

An Unofficial World Championship title won by the nation of Vilita or the nation of Turori may NOT be defended by the nation of Vilita & Turori. Likewise, an Unofficial World Championship won by Vilita & Turori may NOT be defended individually by its constituent nations

The Hokuto Amendment
January 2016

An Unofficial World Championship title won by the nation of Unified Sunrise Islands may NOT be defended individually by the constituent nations of Unified Sunrise Islands for as long as Unified Sunrise Islands, or their successor nation Kita-Hinode, are active in international football. Likewise, an Unofficial World Championship won by Northern Sunrise Islands, Western Sunrise Islands, Eastern Sunrise Islands (etc) may NOT be defended by the Unified Sunrise Islands or Kita-Hinode

You can track the lineage of the belt via watching Episode 4 of The Idiot Project, which runs to just under two hours (!) or you can do it via https://tinyurl.com/unofficialworldchampionship, which links directly to the database I made to track this shit. The database wasn't necessarily made to be user friendly, but you should be able to follow along using the 'Emeritus Display' and 'Interim Display' tabs. The current championship is being tracked on the 'Historic Display' tab for reasons too boring to go into.

So I've been having issues getting onto the forums longer then a lot of people. They finally worked for me and I've now since found that my puppet (This one) has been cut.

This is the second time a puppet nation of mine has been cut. It happened in a Campianato Esportiva when Starcom Racing (Another nation I run) was cut from the tournament due to numbers. Neither time was I given a heads up in any capacity. Given circumstances of owning multiple nations and having to juggle work, it means I only check into most my non-main nations a couple times a week, So I usually don't keep up as well.

I want to request one thing from this.

If any tournament host has to cut puppets to keep numbers up, then please send out a DM to the nations primary nation letting them know if their puppet has been cut off

This has happened to me twice in three cycles now, It's simply good etiqute to warn people. especially if they had long thought ideas for their secondary nation.
