Congrats to our new champions, the first ones ever from Chinese Congo! The Lipkasi Lapdogs will get an automatic berth in the KFI if they do not qualify via League Play. CCG will get a second spot if another team is the qualifier via League Play.

Entry Rules
Single League Associations may enter one team.
That team must be a college or U-18 team.
Multi-league Associations may enter two teams.
Association Requirements
Associations must send a Telegram to Northwest Kalactin or indicate at the bottom of their ICFC post to have their team placed in the tournament.
Format
There will be a group stage for the tournament, although higher ranked associations will get priority in the group draw. IFCF coëfficients will be used in selection, but only RP bonus will be used in the tournament. There will be qualifying matches for associations that teams do not qualify directly into the group stage.
Cutoff
The cutoff will be the same as the next IFCF cutoff.
