CMFA Champions' League: Commonfist Circle, Goldfinger (41,000)
The new stadium in the industrial city of Goldfinger will be built across 36 hectares north of the residential areas, along the newly built Standfordian highway. It will occupy former farmlands and become the central sports arena of the agglomeration, replacing severely dated Goldfinger Stadium (23,444). Its simple outer shell is visually light thanks to the white and partly perforated elevation. The shape symbolizes a white dove spreading its wings over west, north, and south stands. Perforated elements covering the lower parts of its façade are decorative and based on regional craft.

Savojarna (SVJ) Qualifiers:

IFCF Champions League: Partisan Sjoedrhavn, Admiral Storevik
IFCF Challengers Cup: Dynamo Sjoedrhavn, CASK Thorsborg, FK Torpedo Pawlograd
Cup Winners Cup: RLSK Pawlograd
Rushmori CdC: Partisan Sjoedrhavn

Savojarna (SVJ) Final Site Bids

IFCF Champions League: Nationalstadion Carl Gustaf Bjurman, Sjoedrhavn (cap. 76’800)
The Nationalstadion Carl Gustaf Bjurman (shortly called “The Bjurman” by Sjoedrhaveners) is the largest stadium of Savojarna, located in the representative Revolutionsparken (Park of the Revolution) in the Savojar capital and largest city of Sjoedrhavn. It is not used by any club site, but serves as the home stadium of the Savojar National Team and the official stadium of the Savojarsk Cup final. Furthermore, it commonly hosts concerts, large events, and has gained international fame for being the final site of the 35th Copa Rushmori in Astograth and Savojarna, where Nephara beat the hosts. The Bjurman offers a high-quality, modern experience in a beautiful park by a canal, reachable in short time from the city centre by the Sjoedrhavn Metro, which stops minutes away from the stadium.
MT socialist (mostly) island state - Cultural mixture of Scandinavia, Finland and Russia -Exports iron, steel, silver and wood - Low fantasy in terms of animal species - Sports-loving - 22.8 million inhabitants.

The adjective is Savojar; Savojarnan is not a word!
I am a student of (European) politics, ice hockey fan, left-wing communist bordering on anarchy, and European federalist. Enjoy!

Located in the capital of the Cheetah Republic, Sonic Stadium has emerged as the host for multiversal events in Felinetopia given the seating is made for Cheetahs who are the closest in size to a human in Felinetopia. Sonic Stadium is home to Super League Side Velocity and numerous Cheetah national team games. Kampawla itself is located in the savanna hills of Kalafuri and is considered an emerging culinary destination with a rich meat tradition with many cats experimenting with vegetables. The Cheetah government advises visitors to hydrate often and to not the cats you find in Felinetopia as a harsh 20 year jail sentence meets anyone who attempts kitnapping.

Procedural Note: The Vilitan Cove Invitational Committee noted the lack of applications received from Northwest Kalactin, Tequilo and Mriin; acknowledging that they may have been sent to an old lady who lives in a house down the street or perhaps they were lost in some unexplained time/space warping event. Regardless as the old lady now refuses to deliver and uses the shredded contents of any misdirected mail in her fertilizer, any such applications for invitation were not received. Any other associations applying for an invitation whose applications were sent by drunk Cocoabo, intercepted by Darth Siovanija's goons, lost in a high-stakes Nationstates Trading Card game or otherwise not received were not extended an invitation to compete. Marlesee 97 was extended an invitation as defending champions per the competition charter. Defending Runners-Up Oljestaden IF were omitted as optional invitees from the tournament after back-to-back runner-up finishes due to their participation in the IFCF Cup Winners Cup. The Association also figured they had earned enough chances to win the tournament already and were quite pleased with the simplicity of the 31-club format with the defending champion receiving the only bye to the Round of 16.

The Vilitan Cove Invitational is an International Club Competition. Designed to allow clubs who have not already qualified for a major international club competition (UICA; IFCF; Cup Winners Cup) a chance to compete on the international stage. The Invitational is designed as a Fair Play competition, however an association may set any sporting criteria by which to determine which team will be permitted to apply to the competition. The Vilitan Cove Inivitational Committee reserves the right to change the competition entry criteria at any point.

Not all applicants are guaranteed invitation into the competition, particularly in the event more than 31 associations apply for consideration.

The format of the competition is a Fixed Bracket Knockout with minor re-seeding during rounds which have byes. All pairings prior to the Semi-Final stage will be two-legged home and away aggregate knockout rounds.
The "Away Goals" rule will not apply. Any match which is level on aggregate at the conclusion of full time during the second leg will immediately proceed to an extra time period. There will be no silver or golden goal scenario, and a full 30 minute extra time period would be contested. If the scores are still level, a penalty shootout will be employed to determine which team advances.

Semi-Final and Final stages will each be a single knockout match at a selected location in the Vilitan Cove region.

Strathcona Internationals become the first club from Kelssek to win the Vilitan Cove Invitational and became the first club from an independent association to lift the Trophy. Runners-up Urrheddiao become the first Chromatik club to earn a medal in the Vilitan Cup Invitational. Zwangzug's Namiri Independent finish third becoming the fourth different Zwangzug club to medal in the tournament and further cements the Zwangzug Associations claim as the best performing Association in the Vilitan Cove Invitational to have never won the tournament..

The rules for application to the VCI, which should be adhered to by any association which is inviting one of their clubs to apply for a slot in the tournament, are as follows:
Number of Teams Allowed to Apply: ( ONE )
  • Single-Association leagues may have one applicant team
  • Multi-Association leagues may have no more than three applicant teams with no more than one applicant from a single association
Criteria for Invitation:
  • In order to be invited, an applicant team must not have qualified for any Major Senior International competition (UICA, IFCF, Cup Winners Cup) during that cycle
  • An association may permit an applicant team using any criteria it chooses so long as the qualified applicant is selected based on sporting merit.
    • Preference for Invitations may go to applicants who have been selected via a Fair Play table
    • Other applicant criteria may include, but are not limited to: Best Defensive Record, Most Team Goals Scored, Most Improved Team
Previous Edition Finalists:

TCSC /76th Super Cycle/28th by Tropicorp/6th Tropicorp Super

Tropicorp's sponsorship of the Super Cup competition through UICA reaches back to the 52nd edition of the event and had already been extended through the UICA 75th anniversary campaign. With the IFCF absorbing control of competitions from UICA, however, it left an untenable break for Tropicorp which had invested heavily in the Super Cup brand for the previous 20+ cycles.

The traditional UICA Super Cup included only the winners of three of the four UICA sanctioned events with the Youth Championships considered separate from the UICA Mainstream. Other major competitions such as the Cup Winners Cup and Vilitan Cove Invitational were excluded as they were not official UICA sanctioned events, but Tropicorp saw an opportunity to unite them in the Non-IFCF Super Group. The winners of the 'other' 3 major internationstatal domestic competitions would be invited to compete in their own three team group identical to the format of the old UICA Super Cup. The winner of this group would then be invited to contest the Tropicorp Super Cup against the winner of the new IFCF Super Group.

The Non-IFCF Super Group would be timed such that the matches would correspond roughly to the end of the Vilitan Cove Invitational tournament with the IFCF Youth Cup Champions playing their match against the Cup Winners Cup champions first, before each team played a single game against the winners of the Vilitan Cove Invitational. The "Rising Stars" Cup Champions would be permitted up to 3 Senior 'Guest' players on the pitch at any given time in addition to a generous age restriction up to 21 years old for the remainder of their participating players. They are, however, encouraged to reward as many of the players who earned their championship as feasible.

Non-IFCF Super Group

(BNJ) Kitara AA 1–1 Strathcona Internationals (KSK) (3–2 AET)

A gutsy performance by Strathcona Internationals of Kelssek saw the Vilitan Cove International champions advance to the Tropicorp Super Cup Final for the second consecutive season, dashing the hopes that Vanorian side and footballing giants Raynor City United had of winning back to back Tropicorp Super Cup titles. The Independent Association club from Kelssek put up an equally impressive fight at Tropicorp Park but were ultimately outlasted by the quality of Banijan side Kitara AA who pulled away in extra time to lift their first Tropicorp Super Cup trophy by a 3-2 scoreline after extra time.

History and Tenants :: Tropicorp Park is home to Tropicorp FC, members of the Vilitan Stellar Division and also regularly serves as the home of assorted International and Domestic Competitions. The Tropicorp Cup, a four team, 2 day grand-finale of the Tropicorp Lower League has served as an outstanding warmup to test the hospitality available at Tropicorp Park, and was critical in the build up to the decision to allow the finals of the Eagle's Cup V competition to take place in Tropicorp, the first major international competition of any kind to be held in Tropicoast.

Tropicorp Park hosted the 54th AOCAF Final that saw Cosumar break through with a first ever regional title over Eshan. The stadium was also the final site for the AOCL XXIII contested between Mâ Âlâmëómë of Farfadillis and Blades ex Magnaeus of Mertagne with the Farf side being victorious on Penalty Kicks; and for AOCL XVII which saw Jungle Strike FC defeat Fligsive FC 3-0.

Tropicorp officials are continuously looking to expand the portfolio of events held at the Park and began hosting UICA competition finals in addition to its long-standing partnership with the UICA Super Cup competition. Tropicorp Park hosted the final of the 70th UICA Series 'B' Champions Cup and the 25th UICA Youth Cup competitions. Tropicorp officials are always looking for new partnerships, however, and continue to take advantage of the opportunities to showcase their hospitality including branching beyond Footsport. The NSCF Tropicorp Bowl was contested on the gridiron with Raynor University defeating the university of Iqaluit 27-14.[/box]

Transfers pre-season 34

Into the college system:

Hyeon Myeong-Joon (CSKA Quebec, Quebec) -> 102d Polyteknik
Adrian Rushton (Southfell United, Nephara) -> Heisenberg University
Erin Fry (Hornchurch, Eura) -> Orling College, loan

Out of the college system:

Mackenzie Lehman (Sapper Tech) -> Columbia, Cassadaigua
Anita Rao-Chavan (Fleinhardt College) -> Betham FC, Sylestone
Ibilx-Irtix Ono, Otoln-Prant Ezi, Karar-Falax Zev (Klerked College, Maddon College, DU; and the uni-Q headquarters) -> Northern Union, Brenecia

Zwangzugians overseas:

Ryan Lippe-Berg (Altendalur, Græntfjall) -> Valley Wanderers, South Newlandia

La la la these sure are some people who exist. Rao-Chavan's experience turned out to be pretty useless when game planning against the Sentients. We wish the Qusmo entrepreneurs all the best, even if we suspect that some of their studies are a bit too radical for our conservative faculty. Erin Fry was transfer number 2^9 on the list which is a good omen. The slowness of the Nepharim calendar means we still get to keep Helena Buis and Barry Theodore around for another season after this one, which is honestly pretty great considering what they've been up to.

Aaaand...we're just going to go through a little of "who's up and who's down."

Down: Spenson Suburbia sink to the basement, albeit in a tied logjam. Matchday Six saw them crushed by Keppal Cosmos; Johan Idmar scored two goals in the first fifteen minutes. Javier Drouet committed a stupid foul in his own box on Carly Hayes-Clevel in minute 41, and--perhaps even more stupidly, depending on your level of idealism versus cynicism--freely admitted it to bemused referee Arjun Jo-Ahmed. Hayes-Clevel duly converted the penalty past a taut Itzhak Canterbury, who was too mature to take his obvious anger out on Drouet but not mature enough to channel it somewhere healthy and devolved into a superstitious wreck for most of the second half (if not the season). Idmar completed his hat trick in minute 63, was promptly ruled offside just like he was several times during the qualifiers, and completed it for reals in minute 88.

Up: After a couple of seasons, Einvarður Adamsson appears to have found his sea legs, or whatever it is that Græntfjallers find when they need to escape from krakens. Perhaps it's the job security that comes from a franchise system, perhaps it's just more interesting than following politics, but he's settled in with the Canbix Muses. In a model of efficiency, the Muses' first five matches consisted of four one-nil wins and a 2-1 victory against visiting Namiri Independent; this method of making it look easy and jumping into action if, and only if, the moment requires is making Helen Pimbura a fan favorite in goal. We would say that Potz Gambor excelled here to make up for his national team's underwhelming showing, but the truth is he was fairly anonymous, and let's be fair, there are also a lot of Zwangzugians whose form didn't improve despite our national team's underwhelming showing. Anyway, Groth Park will host IFCF play again.

Down: On Matchday Twenty-Seven, this happened:

(Gordon Blum 12 and 29 and 54 and 90+3, Amos Noile-Murne 36, Nolan Treford 62, Drew Merrill 70; Vipul Ericson 38, Aziz Khanna 81)

Bassabook Old Boys seven, Namiri Independent two. This, obviously, increased Bassabook's goal differential. It increased it up to negative one. Despite Blum's prolific efforts, the defense is stale and ineffective; Randal Saitta, who's honestly past it at this point, came off the bench a couple times and earned himself a couple cards to go right back there again. We'd say they need to think about rebuilding during the transfer window, but not only do they not care, they're probably right not to bother caring considering how little transfers affect the rankings. Um...I mean how efficiently we redistribute profits to developing youth talent. Communism!

The good news is that the hymn about how they are too still singing and they will raise songs and praises forevermore has met with the Kate DiMarini seal of approval, so they will brag about this as proving they really do understand Important Football Traditions.

Up: On the field, the Twineur Bugs and Canbix can resemble each other in their fast-paced play. And both of them used that pace to improve over last season. But they took very different approaches to efficiency; while the Muses scraped out several close victories, the Bugs' approach, under manager Dale Hartford-Phelps, appeared to be "whenever a game looks slightly out of reach just give up, play the kids, and hope they get experience and the defense builds some character." They dropped several games by a 4-1 scoreline, in Canbix, Arlington, and Bassabook; lost 3-0 at home against Keppal; and 6-2 at home against Ephesian. (Games involving Ephesian are never likely to be defensive-minded affairs, but still.)

And yet...it worked. Sort of. Aimee Ginoud-Sachs isn't exactly a household name yet, but she's good at winning possession challenges. Ryne Sheneth-Calvert has, uh, lots of character if his defensive experience is anything to indicate. Molly Nestor's height and athleticism mean she racks up plenty of headers. They're not going to win anything where goal difference is a tiebreaker, but Hartford-Phelps' resigned approach might actually be vindicated.

[People who actually care about chess appreciate the "resign when you can't win" approach too, just saying. -ed]

Shut it.

Down: In simpler times, the only real conflict involving Eintracht Trink was the city's rivalry with their cross-district rivals, Danhy. As You Know, Bob, Danhy don't even have a football team, which makes Trink's enmity slightly quaint at best. But in brief--Trink is a city whose founders were fleeing terrible war and bloodshed and senseless violence directed against them by hostile powers. This is not particularly unique for Zwangzug, actually it's extremely typical for Zwangzug, but apparently this war was both especially brutal and comparatively recent, hence the narrative of lingering trauma. Danhy is also a city whose founders were fleeing the horrors and atrocities of that same recent-ish war, but instead of being the victims who needed to get somewhere else to not die, they were fleeing the unbearable stigma of being those who(se compatriots) perpetrated such. Trink's reason for hating Danhy is obvious. Danhy's rationale for not getting along with Trink is slightly less obvious, unless you have been crushed by the iron grip of revisionist history. You laughed at Danhy before, but are you laughing now? Aaaaaaaas I was saying, Trink have basically been a mediocre mid-table club for a while so their relationship with Danhy is the most interesting thing about them. After eight matchdays, though, they sat fourth! They actually didn't lose either leg against Arlington, and the only other club who can say that is Bassabook, whose two wins against City didn't get them very far. What went wrong?

Well...matchday nine, they lost badly in Zwischen. But fine, it's Ephesian, they're going to score a lot. The next match, their momentum was drained and they lost to Slogda, who...are consistently terrible, but that didn't break Nebenstimme's spirits either. They were back up to fourth by halfway. And then the rematch with Ephesian came around.

Keiko Mitsubishi got things started with a goal in minute 13. Nine minutes later, Rutger Jenkins-Palin made it 2-0 to Trink, and 2-0 it remained at halftime. Four minutes after the resumption of play, Piet Wilkes scored: 3-0. Marianne Ezekiel won the kickoff for Ephesian and promptly scored from distance; 3-1. Hanna Suzuki won the kickoff for Trink and promptly scored from distance; 4-1. Five minutes later, a Mitsubishi free kick found Jenkins-Palin standing in front of an open goal (more open than usual, I mean); Trink led 5-1, and were well on their way to avenging the first-half defeat.

By the eighty-first minute, not much had changed except the musical complexity of the fans' chants. That was when Trink defender Noelle Raschka brought down Jacques Nelson-Boque. The referee (it was actually Jo-Ahmed again, he had a fun season, and it's definitely not because I'm too lazy to make up names) had heretofore been limited to shushing Jesse McWhorter when he got too jaw-y, but promptly awarded a penalty to Ephesian, which Nelson-Boque scored. Trink fans were dissatisfied with the effect on their goal differential, but so it goes.

Three minutes later, Paulina Henrico's left foot made it 5-3. Two minutes after that, McWhorter set up his national teammate Jaclyn Burkhart, and Ephesian pulled within one. And in the second minute of added time, Quinten Fryx came up with the equalizer. Trink five, Ephesian five. Momentum is a strange thing, and it would be exaggerating to say that Nebenstimme's form precipitiously dropped off as a result, but it sure felt like that summarized the season.

Up: Okay, so it's not by much. In fact, it's only by one place, from eighth to seventh. But 102d Jr.s will take it, because they finished above archrivals Bassabook for the first time since the very first season (102d were second to Canbix!).

The two matches they played against each other kind of summarized both sides' skills; exuberance but defensive shakiness in Bassabook, ruthless efficiency in 102d. Matchday Seven saw Blum outdo himself for haste, scoring a brace in the opening four minutes, but Bassabook couldn't secure possession thereafter and Arturo Jaccard put the visitors on the scoreboard. After halftime, Murphy Drad-Ikey found the opposite direction much more favorable, as she recorded a quick opening goal that was pretty much a copy of Blum's first. A distant blast from Noile-Murne gave the hosts the lead once again six minutes later, but Sonja Reuel-Whail equalized for 102d in minute 79. Less dramatics than the Ephesian/Trink match that...hadn't taken place and wouldn't for seventeen rounds...but still a nice comeback by the visitors to annoy the hosts.

In contrast, the matchday twenty-two encounter consisted of Tianming Sun scoring in minute eleven, and the hosts being content to park the train. Fedya Troy-Vee made a highlight-reel save from Blum around the hour mark, but that was about it.

Still fourteenth:

Namiri Independent emerging ahead of the tied pack on goal difference is a little surprising after that Bassabook game, but they thwapped Spenson in the second leg of the tactically-neutral sides, so that helps. More to their liking was the hastily-scheduled VCI, in which they joined their cross-district rivals, Trink, and the Rovers in making a deep but unsuccessful run. The shootout was thrilling, of course, except for a group of bandwagon fans centered in Bassabook who appear to be supporting AS Marcadia for complicated reasons involving their motto, which apparently bears some distant relation to the Old Boys' undefeated campaign in season 16.

About the same but still pretty darn good:

In the last three seasons under Kirk McDonagh, Ephesian FC have come sixth, fifth, and fourth. A third-place finish would secure a Champions' League place and send him off in style. Or maybe it wouldn't, it's unclear what order these events are occuring in. Nevertheless, one way or another, the capital side did indeed secure third place and look forward to showcasing their "unique" tactical approach in the Champions' League.

Speaking of "sides that owe a lot of their improvement and success to a manager who has recently moved elsewhere and can't reap the fruits of their labors," Trebuchet Cham are second again! They were undefeated until a high-scoring clash with, uh, 102d on matchday thirteen, and topped the table as late as matchday nineteen, albeit on head-to-head results. Their official elimination from the title race was less than stellar--an own goal from Tova Miovuku against Slogda on the penultimate matchday--but Kayla Haugen is emerging as a charismatic leader even without DiMarini's mentorship.

Arlington City have now won five titles in a row, which is more than even Slogda managed in their heyday, and the bizarre "curse" of going from adorable losers to unsympathetic overlords. We might actually have to put effort into shaking up the ranking system. But on the other hand, have you seen the history of Eastfield Lodge's league?

They keep busy overseas, too. Particularly, uh, impressive was the League of Victors run, which saw two scoreless draws turn into penalty victories, and only in the semifinals did a 1-1 draw become a penalty defeat. Harper Norwich, their latest and...latest standout goalkeeper, has done more than yeoman's work. (Yeowoman's work? Yeoperson's work? She's not even a yeoperson so I'm not sure about that one.)

Also, silicon or no silicon, Meldi'ita Mungwaii won the World Cup.

Cereal Cup

First Round

Arlington City 1–0 Sporting Esper
Trebuchet Cham 2–2 Canbix Muses
Bassabook Old Boys 3–0 Spenson Suburbia
Ephesian FC 6–2 FTC United
Keppal Cosmos 2–0 Twineur Bugs
Namiri Forest 1–0 Namiri Independent
Eintracht Trink 2–1 Rovers United
102d Jr.s 1–0 Excelsior Slogda

The Namiri rivalry got schedulemakers' attention last season when the seeding was finalized. The surprise is not that Forest won by a single goal, but that it came from defender Kausalya Vizirani.

While not advertised as such, Bassabook-Spenson in practice was a clash between two underperforming sides looking elsewhere for success. And it was Bassabook who found it, with Nolan Treford opening the tally in minute 34 and the reliable Blum adding on shortly after halftime. Jasmine Idaho added on in minute 71, which might be important if goal differential turns out to matter (hint). Arlington City give the impression that they have better things to do but deign to make an appearance anyway, with Reinhold Elston scoring the only goal.

When the capital side takes on the largest cities, there will be a decent amount of neutral excitement and also, probably, a lot of goals. Ephesian got off to a fast start with goals from Paulina Henrico and Quinten Fryx, but FTC United scored in minute 20 via Becca Yontararak. Seven minutes later, Jaclyn Burkhart restored a two-goal margin for Ephesian, and before the half was out, Wesley Arons-Davies and April Ixcal had run up the score.

Both sides put their cycles into coast gear for the second half (we don't deal with automotive brakes here). Wiwat Petchrung tapped in a free kick about ten minutes after the restart, and Jesse McWhorter blasted in a long goal shortly before full time.

Second Round

Ephesian FC 4–4 Bassabook Old Boys
Keppal Cosmos 0–1 Arlington City
Namiri Forest 3–0 Eintracht Trink
102d Jr.s 1–3 Trebuchet Cham
Canbix Muses 2–1 Sporting Esper
Namiri Independent 2–2 Rovers United
Excelsior Slogda 1–1 Twineur Bugs
Spenson Suburbia 0–1 FTC United

Bassabook and Ephesian's reward for being the biggest winners was getting to play each other. Once again, it would be the hosts who got off to a fast start, with Jacques Nelson-Boque and Marianne Ezekiel scoring within the opening ten minutes. Drew Merrill recorded Bassabook's opener, and there was a flurry of set pieces and bad-tempered fouls shortly after the half-hour mark. First, Burkhart got her head to an Ixcal free kick. Then, a thoughtless penalty foul from Marjorie Dako let Blum record one of his easier goals of the year. And then Henrico overcame a lazy tackle from an aging Amos Noile-Murne, making it 3-3. By halftime, Ephesian could justly claim to have been the stronger side, but the scores were level. And while Fryx scored slightly after halftime, a late equalizer from Treford salvaged half a point for Bassabook and kept them in contention.

Meanwhile, a perfunctory Junia McCue goal brought further success for Arlington. Forest also remain perfect, with Govind Bannerjee, Farrokh Sokhi, and Jamsetjee Peerbhoy all getting on the scoreboard.

Third Round

Arlington City 0–0 Namiri Forest
Trebuchet Cham 4–2 Ephesian FC
Bassabook Old Boys 5–3 Canbix Muses
Keppal Cosmos 0–0 102d Jr.s
FTC United 3–3 Eintracht Trink
Rovers United 0–2 Excelsior Slogda
Twineur Bugs 0–0 Namiri Independent
Sporting Esper 1–0 Spenson Suburbia

Namiri Forest were fifth during the regular season. Which means they're qualifying to the Challengers' Cup. Which means they can't qualify for the Vilitan Cove Invitational, which is definitely a regularly scheduled thing and I didn't just hastily edit this at the last minute. Which means they don't have a great deal to play for, here, other than bragging rights--considering the loose organizational structure and tiebreaking chaos, this is perhaps not as serious and prestigious a cup competition as some, but don't tell anyone I said that. And then, of course, there's the issue that this probably happened sometime earlier in the season, when they were...still probably fifth-ish. But anyway. Forest played like they really cared about this tournament, and Arlington kind of...didn't, except they obviously do based on how nitpicky they were about tiebreakers last time. Mostly it was Forest being unrelenting and Arlington either tired or distracted, but anyway there was no score.

There was, however, lots of scoring in Bassabook versus Canbix. A flurry of goals in the first twenty minutes made it 3-1 to the Old Boys. Merrill, Blum, and Rafael Ashadha scored for the hosts, and Dina Udrie-Lous for the Muses. The visitors would claw their way back, with Simon Gannett and Devin O'Shea scoring either side of halftime. But half an hour into the second half, Noile-Murne and Blum scored in quick succession to put the game out of reach.

Fourth Round

Namiri Forest 0–1 Bassabook Old Boys
Trebuchet Cham 2–4 Arlington City
Ephesian FC 1–2 Keppal Cosmos
Excelsior Slogda 1–0 Canbix Muses
Eintracht Trink 4–3 102d Jr.s
Namiri Independent 0–1 FTC United
Sporting Esper 1–0 Twineur Bugs
Rovers United 0–1 Spenson Suburbia

It was the unlikely Randall Saitta who returned from the bench long enough to give the Old Boys a win against Forest. Meanwhile, Cham and Arlington were reprising their league battles. If you took your time on the way past the other sports fields/questionable mad scientist experiments in Stabb Field, you may have missed Elston's opener for the visitors. But by the time everyone had settled down with their muffins, the indefatigable Meldi'ita Mungwaii scored to make it 2-0. Peter Rudovich put the Cabbas on the board around the half-hour mark, but after halftime, Jenna Kowalski tapped in a McCue free kick. Kayla Haugen scored for the hosts to make it 3-2. And two minutes from full time, Elston scored what was kind of a mirror-image of his goal two minutes in. Kind of.

Anyway, the upshot is that goal difference is kind of a weird thing to call upon here, but Bassabook are cup champions outright as well as qualifying for the VCI, which is still totally a thing.

Located in the heart of the Eternal Empire's capital, The Battleground is a stadium with a bountiful history, having hosted World Cup Finals, numerous club Finals, and is home to the most successful team in Valanora's history in Raynor City United. It is the largest stadium in the nation and was constructed just over a century ago when the Empire first broached the idea of hosting international events inside its borders. Despite its age, it still has all the modern amenities that one could desire as United reinvest heavily their prize money into maintaining one the most premier stadiums in all of the Empire.

IFCF Cup Winners' Cup: Artani, Mar Sara (74,000)
The second largest stadium in the Eternal Empire, Artani is also the most recently built when Mar Sara FC moved from their old stadium of Donna Cathedral into the more modern gem of a stadium. Cleverly designed so that there is truly no bad seat in the entire stadium, Artani stands as an architectural marvel as well as a very festive footballing ground, routinely used by the VSC when the Empire is awarded hosting rights to tournaments.

MERTAGNE UNITED LOCAL TIER INTEGRATION LEAGUE -- MULTIleague -- SEASON 1 PREVIEW

The MULTIleague, an ambitious project set up by the FMF to integrate sports across the nation, has opened up its inaugural season. Let's take a dive into the videotex and look at the teams that will be taking part...

The Teams

BLADES DE BRETSAAR
Nickname: BdB
Home Colours: Light Blue &White
Away Colours: White
Plays At: The Scabbard (48,700), Bretsaar, Freskovia
Manager: Jackie Hylbert (38)
Overview: Blades ex Magnaeus enjoyed much success in the LigAnaia days. This team is very much not that team, as BxM have continued to play to a very high standard in the Euran Oceanic Territories, choosing to join their old countrymen following the Insulation. The infrastructure, however, remained, and was bought up by the sleek corporate bigwigs at the Fresko Trust, which ran much of Freskovia during the Insulation. Breaking from the shackles of that ownership due to new fan-ownership regulations enacted in the MULTIleague, Blades de Bretsaar are the 'big team' from Freskovia, and they've got big dreams to one day rival their ancestral team, Blades ex Magnaeus. In order to get to that international competition, however, there are a lot of obstacles in their way, but Jackie Hylbert is a strong and capable manager who’s no-nonsense style could take BdB to the top someday.

CENTURY MERTAGNE FMFC
Nickname: Century
Home Colours: Lime & Dark Lime
Away Colours: Blue & Dark Blue
Plays At: Dannin City Stadium (85,750), Dannin, Dannmarsh
Manager: Ojilein Krennt (60)
Overview: Century Mertagne, founded at the turn of the century 60-something years ago, have weathered the storms that Mertagne has endured over what was promised to be the ‘Century of Mertagne’. Posting amazing showings in the former UICA tournaments of the Champions Cup and the Globe Cup, hopefully they can bring their mission back up in the latter half of that century, and show the MULTIleague what they’re made of. This ‘national team in miniature’ is the best that Dannin, the capital, has to offer, and this well funded club is able to attract the best Mertagnian players, who often play out of a sense of pride to the mission statement rather than an affinity to Dannin. The ‘Federated Mertagnian Football Club’, as the suffix describes, chooses to wear its FMF accreditation on its sleeve, like many other clubs, but for Century, this is more of an act of patriotism than anything else.

FMFC NINESTAR
Nickname: The Brand
Home Colours: Navy Blue & White
Away Colours: Pink & Black
Plays At: Nine Star Arch (66,500), Webster, Touchpoint
Manager: Brent Moxley (42)
Overview: The Brand of FMFC Ninestar is a strong one, having endured the Insulation without too many problems, playing some good quality football in Touchpoint’s regional league, which stood tall due to the concentration of the population present. The Nine Star Arch may have certainly seen better days, but is open for business for teams to compete against Moxley’s solid team of players that he’s managed to pull from all over the country.

HORSEHEAD UNITED
Nickname: United, Prancers
Home Colours: White
Away Colours: Yellow
Plays At: Mane Park (30,500), Audsley, Horsehead Island, Dannmarsh
Manager: Dryden Perr (51)
Overview: Mertagne’s affluent Horsehead Island has been known to enjoy many sports, such as tennis, golf, and now football. The pristine Mane Park in Audsley has been the site of Horsehead Island’s best players for several years, many of which belonged to small Sunday league teams. These teams banded together a few years ago to create Horsehead United, in order to face off against the bigger competition that was coming out of nearby cities such as Ostosaide and Dannin. The Prancers, as they’re called by those that aren’t their fans, might not have the best players in the country, but they’ve got a lot of heart and will be looking to stay up this season to prove that they’ve got what it takes to stick it out at the top.

KEERS KANNONEERS
Nickname: The Kannoneers
Home Colours: Yellow & White
Away Colours: Silver
Plays At: Keers Dock Pitch (68,750), Keers, Plitterland
Manager: Jim Brishwell (58)
Overview: The Kannoneers are the pride of maritime town Keers, found on the northern coast of Mertagne. A mid-table team even in their regional league, a recent boost in fans support has enabled them to join the MULTIleague for its inaugural season. One of the most attacking teams in the league, the Kannoneers are looking to bombard the competition and take home the victory this season. If they can’t do that, then they’re looking to at least finish above northern coast rivals Octosaide.

KURTZ HERRITIK
Nickname: Heretics
Home Colours: Red & Yellow
Away Colours: Teal & White
Plays At: Origas Arena (52,000), Kurtz, Touchpoint
Manager: Paul Breesley (37)
Overview: Heretics are among the best Mertagnian teams that survived the Insulation. Based in one of the oldest places in Mertagne, Kurtz Herritik (which eagle eyed linguists among you may know means “from the village of Kurtz'' have shaken off the cobwebs from years away from regional competition and are back for a stab at the silverware. Funded as always by natural gas champions Origas, based up in Shrikethe, CEO Orion Garstern Jr. will be looking for a good result in this first season of the rebooted league.

LEHEN NEORUDO
Nickname: The Old Guard
Home Colours: Red & White
Away Colours: Black & White
Plays At: Neorudo Cop Limy Stadium (96,300), Neorudo, Touchpoint
Manager: Sadie Tikrudo (41)
Overview: Lehen, meaning first, were the first football club to touch Mertagnian shores. They were rewarded by moving into the iconic Leorudo Olympic Stadium, which over time became the Cop Limy that we know today. The folks in Touchpoint have kept the game alive during the Insulation with their regional league, and it’s often been a battle between The Old Guard and the Heretics as to who takes it. Expect a tough derby between the two, who will by vying to finish above each other at all costs.

MONDRAGONS
Nickname: Dragons
Home Colours: Gold & Silver
Away Colours: Aqua & Teal
Plays At: Mondragon City Stadium (42,870), Mondragon, Shrikethe
Manager: Theo Matt (36)
Overview: Mondragons, hailing from the mountainous edges of Shrikethe Province near the borders of Starblaydia, have a strong brand and an even stronger style of play. Sticking to a WM 3-2-5 formation they’ve nicknamed ‘Dragon’s Breath’, the attacking side has seen some amazing blowout victories in the past, including a record 8-0 victory against Scharfwick Flames in a regional league match known in the history books as “The Inferno”. Manager Theo Matt is young but knows the team well, and they’ll be looking to try and burn up some of the bigger names in the league this season.

NEW FLIGSIVE’S MEMORY
Nickname: Custodians
Home Colours: Black & Anaian Green
Away Colours: White & Anaian Green
Plays At: Flynn Ar3na (88,750), New Fligsive, Plitterland
Manager: Luka Byrch (44)
Overview: You never forget your history. That’s the job of the Custodians of New Fligsive’s Memory, a club built in reverence of those lost in the Fligsive disaster in the homeland of the Former Inevitable Syndicate. Much like how BdB isn’t BxM, New Fligsive’s Memory is a team with a much different ethos to Fligsive FC back in EOT. Playing a style of football that’s much rougher and more fluid to the old ways in the old city, this team that has a history of coming out swinging from the slums of New Fligsive has recently seen a much needed cash injection from the Mertagnian government and old-time sponsor of Fligsive FC, Flynn’s. The team, playing in the brand new Flynn Ar3na, the third such stadium to bear the name, may feel too dressed up too quickly, but they’ve got the pulse of those historical people behind them, and are looking to harness that support in the season.

OCTOSAIDE
Nickname: Octos
Home Colours: Blue & Yellow
Away Colours: Orange & Dark Blue
Plays At: Ring Tank Stadium (74,000), Ostosaide, Dannmarsh
Manager: Wolis Tiksaide (56)
Overview: The Octos have been somewhat of a constant in local affairs over the years. The team has survived, played against other minor teams in the province, and has just about done okay. With their striking stadium at the Ring Tank (which also sports an aquarium), Octosaide are a solid side that are aiming high but realistically holding out for a mid-table finish. If they can grapple the opponent and cause some upsets (especially against rivals Keers Kannoneers), they’ll be happy.

PAPILLIO MERTAGNE FMFC
Nickname: Campers
Home Colours: Orange & Black
Away Colours: Lilac & Burnt Orange
Plays At: Il Tendone (39,500), Papillio, Lucanrin
Manager: Ixtiz Sidsho (38)
Overview: Yet another club that has enjoyed historical success in the former LigAnaia, Papillio Mertagne has, like much of its city Papillio, fallen on hard times. The most horrible memory in recent history was the deliberate arson attack of Il Tendone, a stadium famous for being constructed out of renewable yet flammable materials such as cloth and wood. Il Tendone has been rebuilt better than ever, thanks to a crowdfunding effort from people across the country, and the Campers are back and ready for a renewed season.

SIGNAL DANNIN
Nickname: The Pulse
Home Colours: Blue & Red
Away Colours: Blue & Red
Plays At: Spectrum Stadium (37,000), Dannin, Dannmarsh
Manager: Ayla Myrren (42)
Overview: Signal Dannin are the capital’s second team, their counterpart to Century Mertagne. Danninites that feel a bit more connected to the city rather than the wider country often flock to The Pulse in support, and this has allowed Myrren’s club to cultivate a cult following out of Spectrum Stadium. Signal have historically fared worse than Century, but this season they’ve claimed to have gained some key players that are looking to make their mark on the league.

The Games

FIRST QUARTER
MATCHDAY 6

Signal Dannin 0–1 New Fligsive's Memory
Octosaide 1–1 Mondragons
Papillio Mertagne FMFC 1–1 Lehen Neorudo
Blades de Bretsaar 4–2 Kurtz Herritik
Century Mertagne FMFC 1–1 Keers Kannoneers
FMFC Ninestar 2–0 Horsehead United

Let’s dive right into the end of the first quarter of the league, on Matchday 6. New Fligsive’s Memory kicked off this matchday with a win against The Pulse, after Neville Cate blew a brilliant goal right through Dannin’s defence. Octosaide wrangled with Mondragons at the Ring Tank, and managed to wrest a 1-1 draw after a late goal from the home side. Elsewhere in Mertagne, old giants Papillio Mertagne FMFC and Lehen Neorudo clashed at Il Tendone - sadly, neither emerged the victor. BdB smashed Kurtz Herritik in a tough, muddy match in the rain at the Scabbard, with Heretics feeling the pinch and being denied points that would have seen them edge ever closer towards the top of the table. A hat-trick from Kurst Euradin sealed the fate of Kurtz, causing manager Paul Breesley to kick up a fuss in post-match interviews.
Century Mertagne suffered an embarrassing draw at home to the Kannoneers, after a Century goal was scored and disallowed in the last minutes of the match, stealing the victory away from the home side. While the tie slid them up to second in the table, a win would have sent them shunting further towards catching the Old Guard, who before this week hadn’t put a foot wrong with five solid wins, including a 3-2 win over Mondragons on Matchday 2. This has left Lehen Neorudo on the top of the table going into the second quarter.
FMFC Ninestar branded the Horse at the Ninestar Arch, with a solid 2-0 victory with 2 goals scored in the first 15 minutes that United were unable to come back from. This continues their nightmarish losing streak, which is sure to ruffle some feathers internally at United - they were hoping for a much better result to avoid any chances of being bottom of the table.
Elsewhere on the table, New Fligsive’s Memory have put in a solid mid-table effort, with a strong season start that included wins against Keers and Horsehead United. Blades de Bretsaar are disappointed with their 7th place sitting at this stage, but have got some of their tougher games out of the way early against opponents such as Heretics and Century. Mondragons, and Signal Dannin join Horsehead United in the ‘no wins so far’ club, but have managed to eke out some draws to slowly pull up the drawbridge on the last place relegation spot. It remains to be seen if they can leapfrog some of the teams that they sit just below and bury themselves a bit further up the table.

SECOND QUARTER
MATCHDAY 12

Signal Dannin 0–1 Blades de Bretsaar
Papillio Mertagne FMFC 2–4 Century Mertagne FMFC
Octosaide 4–0 FMFC Ninestar
New Fligsive's Memory 5–0 Horsehead United
Mondragons 0–0 Keers Kannoneers
Lehen Neorudo 0–0 Kurtz Herritik

The halfway mark of the MULTIleague sees a shock victory the week prior from Horsehead United - their first in 11 games. This 1-0 victory against Mondragons while away was enabled by midfield Martine Aldergrass, who scored from an impressive free kick that sailed neatly over the lacking Dragon defence and into the goal. This breaking of United’s curse was met with an uproar on the pitch that rivalled the loudest Dragon fan. In an interview after the match, Aldergrass said that she hopes this is the start of an upturn for United.
This was of course smacked down a single week later by the Custodians, who rocketed to a 5-0 victory against Horsehead Island at the Flynn Ar3na.
A deep sea fog impeded the game in Ostosaide at the Ring Tank against FMFC Ninestar, who appeared blinded by the fog and couldn’t score a single goal compared to Octosaide’s blistering 4 goals, two scored in each half. Ninestar looked lost by the end of the game, slumping down to 10th in the standings.
Blades de Bretsaar managed a solid win against Signal Dannin - their third in just as many games. The single goal was scored from a penalty taken by Kurst Euradin, which rocketed into the top left corner and left goalkeeper Emmanuel Brokt reeling.
The latter end of the matchday saw two rough ties between the Dragons and the Kannoneers, but also between top teams Lehen Neorudo and Kurtz Herritik. The latter match allowed for Century Mertagne to sneak up into second, much to the annoyance of Heretics fans, who were looking to pick up the win to close the gap on the Old Guard.
New Fligsive’s Memory’s win has capitulated them to level pegging with the Kannoneers, and on the horizon from Kurtz Herritik. The custodians, alongside Blades de Bretsaar, are forming a bit of a gap between the middle of the league and the lower side, with Papillio Mertagne trailing on 16 points, 5 points off BdB. With half a season to go, Papillio Mertagne have their work cut out for them if they want to be in with a shot of a place in the international competitions.

THIRD QUARTER
MATCHDAY 18

Signal Dannin 1–0 Horsehead United
FMFC Ninestar 4–1 Keers Kannoneers
Century Mertagne FMFC 2–3 Kurtz Herritik
Blades de Bretsaar 0–0 Lehen Neorudo
Papillio Mertagne FMFC 1–1 Mondragons
Octosaide 2–0 New Fligsive's Memory

Matchday 18 sees Century Mertagne suffer their first loss of the season, against an impassioned Kurtz Herritik side that had come off of a loss from BdB the week prior. It seems that Breesley’s side came out swinging at Dannin City Stadium, managing to snatch a victory and upset Century by a single goal. It was a continued week of good news for Kurtz Herritik fans, as rivals Lehen Neorudo drew against Blades de Bretsaar at The Scabbard, in a bitter 0-0 game that had plenty of opportunities, but none were capitalised upon. Perhaps this was Heretics revenge for the results at the end of the last quarter. They’ve managed to reduce the gap on Lehen Neorudo to a single point, but continued success from Century prior to this point has seen them top the table.

FMFC Ninestar blasted away the Kannoneers at home in a 4-1 grilling, which had the Keers players at the Nine Star Arch worried for their mid-table position. Ninestar might have a bit to go if they’re wanting to hunt for Keers’s position, but taking home 3 points has left them very safely in their position, far away from relegation woes.

Horsehead United, on the other hand, are slowly losing their grip on the Multileague, having only managed a single other win in this quarter, which was against FMFC Ninestar at home the week prior. They’ll have to buck up their ideas if they’re to remain in the top flight of the MULTIleague next season.

Horsehead United 1–2 Mondragons
FMFC Ninestar 1–1 New Fligsive's Memory
Century Mertagne FMFC 3–3 Octosaide
Blades de Bretsaar 1–0 Papillio Mertagne FMFC

The final Matchday of the MULTIleague saw all the games being played simultaneously, in a “super Sunday'' event that closed off the season. Century Mertagne and Lehen Neorudo were both in with a shot at taking the MULTIleague title - Lehen Neorudo simply had to win their game, and Century had to not win theirs. All eyes were glued to these matches, the opposing players in each bitter rivals Keers Kannoneers and Octosaide, who had all but settled their own battle and were simply playing for the joy of toppling the top. Goals were scored left, right, and centre, and when the dust settled in both matches, it was 3-3 in both matches, changing nothing and allowing Century to top the table by 2 points after an amazing season with only a single loss. Kurtz cleanly won against Signal Dannin for the third place spot, and Blades de Bretsaar kept their fourth place secure with a win against the Campers at the Scabbard. Mondragons hammered the final nail into the coffin for Horsehead United with a victory at sunny Mane Park, ending with double the points poor United were able to muster.
At the end of the season, we can see Century with their brilliant run topping the table. They will go on to compete in the IFCF Champions League, and the CAFA LigAnaia - a former home for the Mertagnian club. Lehen Neorudo, Kurtz Herritik, and Blades de Bretsaar round out the top four, and the three of them will be contending in the IFCF Challengers Cup, battling the multiverse’s best. BdB in particular will be looking to show off their skills, and put to rest the idea that they’re just a simple knock-off of the more successful Blades ex Magnaeus.
A good show from Keers Kannoneers puts them far above rivals Octosaide, with New Fligsive’s Memory sandwiched firmly in the middle of the pack. Papillio Mertagne and FMFC Ninestar, two former Mertagnian heavyweights, are fighting for the best of the lower half. Rounding out the table are Signal Dannin and Mondragons, who will live to fight another season, and Horsehead United, who will be relegated to the MULTIleague 2 to battle it out with the rest of Mertagne’s professional teams.

Coming up from MULTIleague 2 will be the Scharfwick Flames, who topped their season with a nice 69 points across the 38 matches played. Particular highlights from the Flames this season included a 3-0 win against the Basterra Bulls, and a wicked 6-1 victory against the Neorudo Ferrymen that shows that sometimes you can’t fight fire with water.

BIRCH MEMORIAL CUP FINAL
The last event of the MULTIleague season, the Birch Memorial Cup is a 32-team knockout tournament between the MULTIleague’s first and second divisions.
QUARTER FINALS:
Signal Dannin 1 - 1 Lehen Neorudo (2 - 1 AET)
New Fligsive's Memory 3 - 2 Keers Kannoneers
Mondragons 3 - 4 FMFC Oberyn's Shield
Neorudo Ferrymen 2 - 1 Bricklayer's Union

SEMI FINALS:
Signal Dannin 0 - 2 New Flisgive's Memory
FMFC Oberyn's Shield 1 – 1 Neorudo Ferrymen (1–1 AET) (4–5 pen.)

The action was really kicked up a notch in the quarter finals, with a shock victory from Signal Dannin over Lehen Neorudo, with a last gasp goal in the final minutes of extra time that saw them go through to the semis. FMFC Oberyn's Shield clashed against provincial rivals Mondragons in a goalfest and came out the victors here, but were defeated in the semi finals by an energised Neorudo Ferrymen that had had a fairly easy time against fellow second-division side Bricklayer's Union. New Fligsive's Memory saw off Keers Kannoneers and Signal Dannin in two tough back-to-back matches that gave them a hard earned place in the final.

A thrilling cup culminated in the following match:
New Fligsive’s Memory 1 - 1 Neorudo Ferrymen (1 - 3 AET)

The Ferrymen from the 2nd division and a steeled Custodians side faced off in a match for the ages on a Saturday afternoon in the mid summer. While New Fligsive’s Memory were quicker off the mark, taking possession from the Ferrymen and denying their attacks, it was the Ferrymen that broke through and scored the first goal of the match, 25 minutes in. Alix Laston showed the nation just what she was made of, by receiving a great ball from the defence that pitched perfectly across the box and into the back of the net. It wouldn’t be until the second half when New Fligsive’s Memory were able to equalise, after a good opportunity presented itself in the form of a corner. This tied the score up all the way until the 90th minute, and after the break into extra time the Ferrymen were unleashed in a desperate bid to claim some glory for the former Mertagnian capital. The pressure was on for Fligsive to not take this into penalties - the defensive side that is Custodians often has trouble when it gets to people on the line taking the shots, and they sadly got their wish inverted after the Ferrymen whipped two goals past goalkeeper Samuel Feint in 8 brutal minutes just before the end of extra time. The final whistle blew, and it was the Neorudo Ferrymen that had come out the victors, and securing their place in the Cup Winner’s Cup and, provisionally, the Vilitan Cove Invitational.

Mertagne (MRT) final site bid:
CAFA LigAnaia: Neorudo Cop Limy Stadium (capacity 96,300)
One of the heavyweight stadiums of the former COCANEFA LigAnaia, Neorudo's Cop Limy, the former Neorudo Olympic Stadium, has submitted a bid to host the final of the inaugural CAFA LigAnaia. Home to the original Mertagnian team that is Lehen Neorudo, and situated in the Docklands district adjacent to the mountain that comprises of the sprawling city's 'Old Quarter', The Cop Limy is the premier venue for sports matches and concerts alike in the city. Upgraded several times over the years, the Stadium stands as a stereotype of the city itself - old architecture (present in the fancy stonework adorning the stadium's left long side) fused with the latest buildings (a white carbon fiber donut covering the other three sides). The stadium boasts the best in electronic scoreboard technology, and has a long strip of interactive screens surrounding the top rafters of the interior, which have been used for purposes such as advertising, light shows, and close-up camera feeds.
Located in the stadium complex is a museum dedicated to Mertagnian football, which includes the preserved former offices of the FMF, including the very boardroom where the COCANEFA LigAnaia was born.

The FMF would be truly honoured if the CAFA LigAnaia kicks off revering the history of its ancient predecessor.

This plus the following three posts.

Kelssek (KSK) qualifiers
CL: Langlois Océanic, Coquitlam United
CC: Burnaby SC, Shearwater, Clayquot City
CWC: Langlois Océanic
LBCT: Passerine, Star of Confederation, Sitka Valley

VCIAPP: Kirkenes FC

Final site bids
Challengers Cup: Kingswharf, Breton (capacity 40,500)
Breton (Breçan in French) has a large natural harbour which today is used as the largest base of the Kelssek Navy, and the city's naval heritage is a major feature of Shearwater, the district across the harbour from central Breton adjacent to the base. Home of Shearwater FC, the stadium's upper tiers are a good place for spies to keep tabs on the Southern Fleet's movements. Breton also has a large student population as home to three major universities: Dartford University, Saints University, and the University of Haligonia. Attractions include Bulwark, the city's ancient sea fort, historic Grenville Square, Keefe's Brewery, the Maritime Museum (covering shipping in general and seaborne trade in particular), Great Ocean World (a marine biology attraction which features a shark aquarium), and the deliciously fresh seafood offloaded at Dartford Market.

Cup Winners' Cup: Stade de la Pacifique, Langlois (capacity 37,850)
Among the most picturesque venues in the Kelssek Football League, spectators have the option of taking in ocean views from the nosebleeds of this stadium located in the hills of the Côte-du-Panier district. Home ground of Océanic CF.

Holding 60,000 people, it is a relatively new stadium and has played host to football club Olympia Borograd as its main tenants since the stadium opened. It has also hosted national football team matches, games at the AOCAF, concerts, and demonstration events of the Olympic Games. The AOCL, much like Atlantian Oceania as a whole, is entering a new era, and Siovanija & Teusland hopes to be at the forefront of this transition. As a result, the STFA is eager to welcome the region to our shores once again for a celebration of the great club football on offer within our borders. Borograd is the capital of Siovanija & Teusland, a city rich in cultural history and a meeting point for many in the country. Home to 2 million inhabitants and cultural landmarks like Milan Dimitrov Square, the Green House and Borograd Castle, the city will make a fitting host for the AOCL Final.
