Actually, your arrival to the region happened around two weeks before the creation of the Sign-ups thread, so there's no problem! because you are OK with the criteria of Sign-up

Ok, it's that time again, time we voted on a host! You have four options:

2. San Jose Guayabal & The Sarian
3. Re-open bidding
4. Abstain

After ~~consulting~~ agreeing with Yttribia, our strong preference would be to wait until 48 signups - accepting those from proven RPers who'd joined the region after the deadline (Darvale, for instance) if we needed them.
