The Arceusian Republic of Northern Sunrise Islands is one of the most important, and influential, republics, located in the north of Esportiva. They are located in the Superiori section of Esportiva. Known for its’ diverse culture and incredibly nice people, the nation has already hosted various Esportivan events, and do not cause much trouble, due to their niceness.

Founded back in the 1970s, the Islands were once a bunch of broken islands, all with different cultures until eventually years of war led to union under the union of Madam DuBeaux, who led the nation’s capital Mardi to a “belle epoque” where the city would enter deeply on a sea of foreign culture and back then Sergeant, James Byrd, leader of the Island of Darveston, known for its’ skilled armed forces tactics. Ever since, the islands have unified dozens and dozens of islands under its’ umbrella, barely using their weaponry.

With a powerful currency such as the Islander Dollar (I$), who somehow is also now used by other 3 countries that suddenly decided to pick it up from our place, the Sunrise would be more than glad to host one of the biggest regional competitions of the multiverse.

The Yttribian Confederation, better known as Yttribia, is a large nation located on the continent of Inferiore, bordering the nations of Thrilledge and Byfugland. The nation is divided into six regions, five of which are based off their mother tongues, with the last region serving as the capital district, known as Fontvieille. A highly multilingual society, all Yttribians are fluent in English, and their native region’s language.

People in Yttribia are highly godforsaken, barring one of the regions, but they do have respect for religious people. Most, if not all Yttribians, are accepting of different sexualities, and they just care if you aren’t rude. Most Yttribians are easy-going, fun-loving people who have good times all the time. Yttribians have some of the best infrastructure in all of the region, with extremely strict building regulations. Economically, the Yttribian Perioden (P$) is considered one of the strongest currencies on the continent. All foreign currencies can be exchanged if necessary into Periodens, at banks, and exchange centres across the nation

While the nation isn’t necessarily an established powerhouse in the region, or in the multiverse, Yttribia is a rising powerhouse in football, and they have the infrastructure to host a major tournament.

RP Bonus

A cumulative RP bonus will be used in the Campionato, with a grading scale to be from 0-3. So, RP grades of 0.895, 1.27, or 3 can be grades we'll hand out. What we're looking for is quality over quantity, so you can write the next great novel, and while that may give you a high RP bonus, however the words "We won" will not give you a high RP bonus. We'll be using xkoranate 0.3.3, with the NSFS3 formula being used.

Format

48 is the maximum amount of teams that we will allow in the tournament, group stage will take place in the nations of NSI and Yttribia, single round-robin. More information on the group stage will come if we are chosen as hosts.

Tiebreakers

We’ll be using the exact same tiebreakers that were used in the fifty-fifth Baptism of Fire, which were: the number of wins, goal difference, and head to head results. Should the tie not be resolved after what was stated before, a tie breaking match will occur, one match only, and draws will be turned off.

Well, those final two are basically grouped. Goal difference is goal difference, and goals for in that order respectively. Head 2 Head is h2h points, h2h goal difference, and h2h goals for.

In case there are more than forty-eight teams in the tournament, the format will be re-tooled, with however many teams, and puppets will be kicked out if necessary.
