Hey there, host of the last NS Quidditch World Cup here.
The official QWC is an annually run tournament, happening in July or August every RL year (aka It isn't dead, just in between editions). While others have attempted to start up secondary tournaments for the sport, they have all been complete disasters without exception. As such, I'd strongly advise against attempting to start your own tournament without first gaining a basic knowledge of how events are run on this forum.
