With expectations so high in the nation for the first IOUFF Nations Cup, the performance of the Rabbits left a lot to be desired.
The most prominent players of Aix never seem to reach their level we come to expect from them, Romain Faré, Yves Azilda, Lucas Hiver they haven't even touched their level as they have before in international matches and in the local Aix Competition.
Losing without a chance against New Narsia a very good team, was a shock for the whole nation.
No one expected the hard fought 1-0 win against Cormorantic, it took a lot of energy to break their defense, they where much better than anticipated, they had good friendly matches in preparation, the 2 - 0 win against Sepe stood out.
Luckily the last match was played against Cherqstan, the top players used it to find their form back, hopefully it will be enough to beat the favorites Krbustan.Lucas Hiver responded after qualifying for the semi final "The Competition is extremely tough, I mean nations like Sepe are going home, we our-selves made it out of the group phase by a whisker, the Cormorantic game was proof of that, New Narsia is a well oiled machine of superstars, however, don't rule us out for the Final yet, Krbustan may be the favorites, but Javi is now touching his best form, Yves and myself too, we want to hold up the IOUFF Nations Cup !"
We don't dare to predict the final, we will have to wait and see...
