Unless Someone wants to point something out to me, I count just the one bid for each tournament, so the only thing holding the host vote is my counting of the EWCC and WCC members and for me to set up the vote. Still, before that, a final day or so of grilling for our prospective hosts, in their respective host bid threads (links to which are in the OP).

For now, all signups after this post are not guaranteed, and are provisional at best.

I have.... no idea how that happened. I had copied Praxeologicalial to my clipboard to paste it into the OP, which I did, and then typed in your nation as is it significantly easier to spell. I then hit quote on your post whilst I already had the "post new post" open. Apparently this then added a quote box with your nation in it, along with the contents of my clipboard.

I noticed that I wasn't put on the list for BOF participants in the last update. I'm pretty certain that I'm eligible for it. Can anyone direct me to where the list of previous participants are so I can double-check and get the mistake corrected?

It doesn't appear that this has been corrected, which would put the current BoF count to 51, thus making numbers that little bit more awkward.

If current host bid for the WC is approved, signups after the freeze point for the World Cup will be accepted for the World Cup only. Entrants to the Baptism of Fire who are not accepted to the BoF (as mentioned by Paradystopia just above this post) will be accepted for the World Cup as well, but are personally encouraged to consider waiting a cycle, should they want that first-time experience the Baptism of Fire affords, before entering the harsh reality of being a new entrant to the World Cup.

Both at a date to be determined by the hosts - likely in a few days or more for the Baptism of Fire, and then about two weeks after that for World Cup qualifying (depending on the voting results, etc.)

The Baptism of Fire tournament is no longer accepting sign-ups.

The WC hosts will accept all sign-ups until the tournament is full, but - as Legalese notes - you will have to do so without BoF participation.
