Not really as thea would allow people to Rp after each scorination date, and improve the further the season progresses.

Lack of RP is why I have shied away from UICA. This is more my cup of tea and with it in experienced hands like ASMV I will give it a try.

Filopines will sign up with a brand new club. Still searching for a modern, yet rebellious name.

EDIT: A new football club has been formed to participate in the NS Premier League. Noville Heart will be the Filopinian representative for NS Premier League. The club will be based in the recently built commercial area of capital city Fort Town, also called Noville. A new stadium is currently under construction and will become the home ground for the newly-formed club. Noville Heart's color scheme will be purple, white and gold.

Awesome. And the same reasons I can never make a sustained run at UICA. Even the scorination of my own leagues gets dull for me with no interaction.
