As Star mentioned in his last post, I'll be your host this time around.

With Welsh Cowboy, we've reached 32 sign-ups less than 24 hours after the thread was first posted. However, as this is the Golden Jubilee of the Under-20 World Cup, and it seems we have plenty of folks who are interested in participating, I'll keep registration open for a little while longer. Nations that sign-up after this point are not guaranteed a place in the tournament until/unless the total number of participants reaches 40. If we don't get 40 teams, I will run with the 32 that have already signed-up.

The IC thread will be posted Friday evening (EDT), at which point sign-ups will be closed.
