This is basically gravedigging, but hey... Thanks to HCL happening earlier than I had expected, SHS is already finished and the next WCoH doesn't seem to be around the corner. So I'd like to stage a short four-team-tournament like we did with Kaboom and Kyrjasmark (and Ficiscia) before Olympics XI. The plan is to invite three teams to Savojarna and have them play each other in a round robin, like the test tournaments during the RL season (Deutschland Cup, Slovakia Cup etc.) to give non-regulars a chance at NT glory. First three people to sign up here get it, I'll score the matches (on neutral ground, for Savojarna too).

Additionally to Savojarna Cup, another friendly match has been played in our nice country. The Novozemlyan team had decided to take advantage of its popularity (mainly due to shared language and ideology) in Russica and played a match against Lisander in Pawlograd's Stadion Ivan Petrovich, one of the biggest arenas in the country with 23'000 seats. Pawlograd is the biggest city on the Savojar mainland and its capital in every way except politically, and it is a very diverse port city which was chosen for its good international traffic connections, its big stadium and its high number of ice hockey fans, many of which take a specific interest in the NZEL, making this essentially a home game for Novaya Zemlya.
