Based on the results of Top 12.

Lisander (LIS) qualifiers
Harlequins (champions)
Saracens (runners-up)
The Principality of Lisander, a sports loving, very highly developed nation in Astyria.
Disappointing people and missing deadlines since 2013.

A few notes on procedure:
19 teams from 9 associations have been accepted for the 28th RUCT. Two leagues, Mapletish Rugby Union Premiership and Celtic League from Alpine Union, participate in RUCT for the first time after the Dwile Tournaments. Coastal Golden Chiefs, from Darmen, return as current RUCT Champions.

The Champions received a bye for Group Stage. Same applies to runners-up of nations already ranked. The runners-up of debutant leagues will face each other in a preliminary round. For the Group Stage, the eighteen remnant teams were seeded in six pots and drawn into three groups, with no two teams from the same league permitted in the same group.

Sraith Rugbaí Náisiúnta season 3

Following a lengthy period in the international wilderness Ancharmunn makes a return with rugby league having seemingly suffered in similar fashion. Little has changed within the Charmunnry league scene with the SRN largely reataing it's same makeup as previously, the one difference being the introduction of Catrina Cassowaries in place of University College Ballyfeeaknock. The Cassowaries are the second team from Mahanauta to be introduced to the competition, with the sport having grown in popularity enourmously in Ancharmunn's Branta colony.

Mahanauta Nines

The Mahanauta Nines returned for a second year as a warm-up for the season ahead. With the addition of the second Mahanauta team the party atmosphere was upped, though somewhat dissapointingly the two Mahanautan teams failed to match their vociferous backing with the Cassowaries failing to make it past the pool stage, whilst the Iwi fell at the first knock-out hurdle. It was Fasagh-Glenshee Souths who picked up the first trinket of the year following an impressive showing in the knock-out rounds.

Sraith Rugbaí Náisiúnta

The SRN a hAon would see clubs compete to be the national champions of Ancharmunn. Following a home-and-away round robin between all sides, the top four would qualify for the playoffs to determine the overall champion. The top placed team on the table's efforts however are to be recognised in the form of being hailed the Minor Premiers and guaranteed a place in the IRLCC. The Grand Final winners are also to be entered into the IRLCC.

Meanwhile promotion and relegation is to be contested by the bottom two clubs of SRN a hAon and SRN a Dó, with those four teams coming together over the playoffs to contest a mini-league. With just one match between each team home venues are drawn as random, with the top two teams over the three rounds to compete in next season's SRN a Dó.

The 35,000 capacity Stl-Blnd Prk is a recently built multi-purpose stadium built in Mahanauta's capital, Kokoru-Momona as part of the government of Ancharmunn's investment in the colony. Stl-Blnd Prk is the home venue of Mahanauta Iwi and also plays host to the Mahanauta Nines tournament.

List of associations:
UAR - Union of Socialist Alpine Republics
CCU - Copper Cuprum
COA - APOC Coalition
ANC - Ancharmunn
HIN - Kita-Hinode
DAR - Darmen
NEG - Neu Engollon
LIS & VAS - Imperan Rugby
KOR - Ko-oren

We have 9 signups with 18 total teams! That means that there will be two playoffs featuring four of the runners-up. The (bad) luck of the draw sends the second placed teams from KOR, DAR, NEG and ANC to the playoffs. After that, we have an easy number for a group stage: four groups of four teams each. The top two of each group will move on to the quarterfinal, and so on.

Playoffs
Aminey Owls (KOR) 32–4 Rogerton Wildcats (DAR)

After some time of inactivity, the IRLCC is back with a healthy field of 18 entrants. These include three nations that are in the list of previous finals - Darmen, Neu Engollon, and Ko-oren - and two of them were quite successful in the group stage. Forget previous finals though, this is a new era with new dynasties to be established. Copper Cuprum had a very good debut, as did the rest of the APOC Coalition, combining for three teams in three different quarterfinals. Ancharmunn's Stags were so close to playing a final in front of home fans, but lost to Copper Cuprum's Bulldogs in the semifinals. There, the Bulldogs ran into the Dragons from Ko-oren, a nation with a rich history of IRLCC finals. In the end, it was the Selesi Dragons who secured a close victory in the final in the Stl-Blnd Prk.

APOC Coalition (COA) qualifiers for RUCT 29:

Red Deg Red Bulls (premiers)
Tikrit Oilers (runners-up)
San Seriffe Bad Hombres (losing preliminary finalist with best regular season record)
The APOC Coalition: a loose politico-economic union between
Abanhfleft, Pridnestrovia, Oontaz Dert Li Ng and Copper Cuprum,
although it's only ever useful for international rugby and now ice hockey.

Organizers of the Rugby Coalition, the Coalition Rugby League, and the Koalition Hockey League
Obvious puppet of Abanhfleft is obvious

After completion of the 82nd Season of the AVRU, Neu Engollon (NEG) submits the following qualifying teams to the RUCT:

Monaco Racers (Champions)
NEDM Troopers (Runners Up)

The NEDM Troopers squad are pulled from the best players from units of the Neu Engollon Defense Militia, the ground force that defends the Confederacy. The NEDM has its own rugby union championships to decide a winner from the Regiments and Battalions. Also, the NEDM competes against teams from the NEDAF (Neu Engollon Defense Air Force), the NEDN (Neu Engollon Defense Navy), and the NEDCG (Neu Engollon Defense Coast Guard) for best in the services.

The Qualifiers for the next RUCT Seasogs from the 37th Season of the Wishton Rugby Union, which also includes clubs from the nation of Kenega, are:

Molnitha Madmen
Vesselle RFC

After some hiatus, the Wishton Rugby Union is back after a re-organization. The Cardwithian teams have finally pulled out of the Union, by decision of the government of their Democratic Socialist Republic which has cut all ties to the former parent Republic - political, financial and, in this case, athletic. There is also the addition of two new teams that were formerly from minor leagues in Hutanjia and Kenega, as well as the accommodation of ethnic Hutanjian players leaving their Cardwithian clubs to fill the spots of their opposite numbers leaving the Hutanjian clubs to go back to their native Cardwith Islands. The Wishton Union now continues on with the two remaining nations at a dozen remaining clubs.
