TELM CITY, Britonisea— National Tennis Championships opened with our own Phineas Ekron taking San Jose Guyabal player Italo Vasquez 6-2, 7-5, 6-1. That powerful backhand serve and natural dexterity has proven to be as effective internationally as in the Nationals at home. “It’s a pity we weren’t in time to qualify him for the Olympics, but next year,” said Deputy Minister of Culture Marcus Cotta.

On the other hand while Livilla Bukki in women’s singles put up a good showing in the first match with 7-6 loss to Britonisea’s Lacey Turner, all she had to show was the bottom of her game in the second with a zero. The lovely Reme born tennis player was a good sport on the court but was seeing crying in her mother’s arms a little later on, but said “I just get really emotional. Tomorrow is another day!

TELM CITY, Britonisea— National Tennis Championships singles group day 4 resulted in Phineas Ekron having one of the longest matchest in the Championships against Byronie Islands' Ziggy Quiencey, 6-2,6-4,2-6,6-7,8-6. Despite a strong showing in the latter half Phineas simply could not match the dynamo from Byronie. Phineas remains game and confident, and has said that his ambition and desire to be a world champion remains strong. "I simply have a mountain to climb, but it's my mountain, and I'm going to climb it," he said.
