Is there any prediction when the club/nation rankings for international competitions will be updated? As I was only one position away of being able to send 2 teams for the TQCC, I'd like to see them before I send my season report :)

The updated coëfficients were edited into the TQCC final post within an hour, as usual. And yes, you do now have two places in the TQCC.

The following foreign players or Tyrrinians abroad are being released due to age, and have been given the option to retire.

Scott Couch, Osarius
Yavuz Aonghas, played in Unreal 229
Jack Mumme, Osarius
Raymon Bonjasky, Osarius

The PL is a young but competitive league, with players from all over the world. in addition, it's already home to two teams from the Unitopolitan colony of Wexwick, so the logistics of playing a team based in another country is not a problem. We'd be happy to supply financial support for transport and accomodation for away matches.
Yours,
Charles Quixham,
UFA President

Mr Quixham,

I am pleased to inform you that your offer was accepted and much appreciated by Osarilux Media, Incorporated - the owners of Dynapolis United. Thanks to your organisation, the team will remain intact and will play in the UFA's Platinum League, presumably from next season onwards. I have instructed my assistant to liaise with Stefano Albertini - Dynapolis' manager - and arrange to have all the registration details sent to your offices. I have also sent correspondence - at the behest of Mr Albertini - regarding the finer details of the league setup.

Regards,
Lord William Kenterbury, COSK

Marco Pudona, 28, GK, CD Vonghurst - $100,000

Firewood City accept the terms and are willing to confirm the transfer of Marco Pudona at the offered price.

Actually, a striker to replace Mumme would be nice to pair up with Calvin Harris (this goes for everyone, not just Osarius).

Marques Elden, CF - 26 years old - Junipa Athletic
Junipa were relegated last season, but Elden still chipped in with 13 goals and 9 assists.

or... if he doesnt tickle your fancy, try this guy:

Luke Woods, ST - 23 years old - Hamtown Athletic
Hamtown had a poor season in the Royal League, but Woods is easily their standout player, scoring 21 of their 35 goals. Rumours suggest that he is a target for Callisto City and Kart Hago FC (7th and 9th respectively in the King's League last season)

...I would find more, but I'm still finalising everything, haha.

Woods looks like a better fit for Mariners, and his age gives them more time to develop his talent. They have $1 million to offer Hamtown for the transfer fee.

I've noticed that my league hasn't got nearly enough media partners. This needs to be rectified. I assume that the league (in my highly capitalist nations) would agree to sell the rights to anyone except for where contracts are exclusive for a particular nation.

So, edit your tv peoples into here if you have any players in my league:

http://nswiki.net/index.php?title=Meist ... a_Partners

If you haven't got any players in my league, TG me before editing it in, I want a lot of groups there, but let's keep it within reason, k? ;)

EDIT: I should note that the Meistrliiga is quite probably the most free-scoring league in the top 20 UICA rankings. We make the EPL look Karelan!

There are a few Tyrrinians requesting a transfer.

Kallistos Matfey, RM, Oclia Mariners, 25, $1.2 million transfer fee
Matfey specializes in accurate crosses and long balls, and is a striker's best friend. He created many of Calvin Harris' opportunities over the years. He is also a decent defender, but he is just a bit slow.

Carey Helder, Striker, Coranto FC, 28, $1.5 million
Helder has been playing next to Zia Thorvald for his whole career, and is looking to emerge from his shadow elsewhere. Nobody knows his full capabilities, so he may be a bit of a risk to sign. He has scored 25 goals in three seasons.

Chase Koit, Striker, Racaw Sultan, 27, $5.5 million
Unlike Helder, Koit is a proven talent, and was the main attacking force for Sultan last season when they finished second in the league, and he earned the Golden Boot. He is also a strong presence off the bench for the national team.

Hubert Cipriano, LD, Foroch Raiders, 30, $2.3 million
Cipriano is a physical defender, typical of the Raiders. He is very reliable in the back, but he will cause his fair share of fouls.

Note: More prestigious clubs/leagues will be able to sign these players for less, and vice versa for less prestigious clubs/leagues.

Trothwands Evolution have expressed interest in Chase Koit, and feel he is the man they need to add some needed consistency to their forward line. An initial offer of $6.2million has been tendered.

Firewood City are still seeking a goalkeeper, after the proposed transfer of Pudona fell through.

Also, to those interested, the Osarian transfer list is finally ready, and visible here. The sheet will be undergoing constant updates etc, but should always have the most recent data. Please send offers etc via TG.

The United Islands Minor League, the third flight of Ad’ihani football, is willing to accept foreign or foreign feeder teams into its division. It is already home to foreign feeder teams of clubs from Valanora, Vephrall, Septentrionia, Paripana and Virabia, with SC Lasft (Cafundéu)'s feeder team having been promoted to the second flight last season.

Foreign feeder teams would need to be based in Ad’ihan; foreign teams have a choice of being based in Ad’ihan or remaining based in their home country (but in the latter option would fork the transport bill for all other teams in the league travelling to their country).

These teams would not play in the AFF League Cup, but would be eligible for promotion and relegation within the Ad’ihani league system. Foreign teams would be ineligible for the JUST UICA qualifying tournament and be ineligible for the SBCC (through the AFF); their respective FAs would have to choose to enter them into the three UICA tournaments if eligible. Foreign feeder teams would be considered for JUST UICA qualifying on a case-by-case basis; SBCC entry for foreign feeder teams will likewise be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Foreign teams interested will maintain their accreditation to their home football association(s); foreign feeder teams may choose to be aligned to the AFF.

Interested teams are welcome to apply in this thread.
