For what it's worth, I asked CH just yesterday and he said he was very close to posting the warning. Better hurry up, guys.

I believe CH runs the UICA per the World Cup cycle (two UICA seasons per cycle, I think), one at the start of the cycle and one after qualifying. He's never actually run it to the calendar so I wouldn't worry.

He hasn't done the one after WC66 qualifying. The last Super Cup was at most nine days after the start of qualifying.
Unless we'll be having two UICA cycles in a short period.

Since Wight has left NS, Oxford City (a Wightling farm team) is just a skeleton and it needs players and a manager.

So if anyone is interested just TG me some young players. Two players per nation, puppets of main nations may submit players too but there is a chance I won't accept them. I would also would like some offers for manager. Just whip up a quick bio and I'll decide who will coach.

Anywho, gimme your young (and hopefully talented) players. Thanks.

I’ve finally gotten around making this post. First of all my deepest apologies to Zwang/Earent, you’ll get first shots! Otherwise, little changed. One exchange max for non-Esportivan, two for Esportivans. Additions to this if we already exchanged. Buyanese only leave for RPed competitions (doesn’t have to be a lot, but more than nothing). For incoming players, I'm a lot less picky, but a bit of background (or prospect?) is always nice. TG me for questions, offers and bids!
Upon the prices, realise that the biggest transfer ever is Million Mint Man Sverre Devold from Jottnar to Barbury Town, Apox. None of the current players for sale is worth that much, although Hopp, Smetona and Balnerii won’t be cheap. For buys, that number can be reached, but doesn't have to.
Who’s that big mouth with his ridiculously long post? Buyan, check the last season here: Outgoing transfers and interregional play-offs, Top Division Teams, President's Cup, first half of the season, second half of the season, lower divisions, international football, wrap-up.

Players for sale!

Ignas SMETONA (25), from Viztourzys Kolektyvinis sold to Santa Tecla (SJG) for 740,000£

Enfant terrible or bad luck? It’s still unclear where it went wrong between Smetona and his manager Zarnevidis. In the 2014 season, he was picked as defender of the season. Great rushes, clear tackles, professional positioning, he had the package. But he lost his place as right defender to the less talented Aigis Lupeikis and demolished his chances on the national team in the same effort. Has the package to become an A player and claims that Zarnevidis is the only reason why he’s not playing for the national champ anymore. Looks for a team with ambition, where defenders are more than ‘those in the back’.

Damian BALNERII (24), from Viztourzys Kolektyvinis sold to Buzhrumpus (EAR)

Two starting spots, getting subbed in 15 times and still manage to score six goals, few wouldn’t agree that Balnerii knows the road to goal. But he wants to spread his wings and Daukas and Grinbergas are blocking that road. The national interest for this wizard of the laces is high, but he believes that he’ll never get his game up if he doesn’t dear to make the step abroad. Prefers a higher-ranked competition, where he can earn his credit. Marks easily but is sometime a bit careless in defence.

Crassus HOPP (24), from Bengtsmark IF sold to FC Nova Tunis (TAI)

In a nation where physical football, long rushes and tough tackles are applauded by the public, this guy is a real revelation. Small and creative, he brings crowd to the stands but he’s not always that confident eye-in-eye with the goalie. Son of former famous name Edison Hopp, he has football running through his veins. Doesn’t always match the footballing philosophy of his team and hopes to expand his horizon in a more creative competition. Bengtsmark, however, might be annoying about the transfer fee for the right-footed midfield.

Leon TEUCHERT (36), from Blau-Weiss Pallstadt

Teuchert had a bit of a second spring this season, where he showed that being a bit slower doesn’t necessarily mean you’re outmatched. Cunning like a fox who’s just been appointed Professor of Cunning in Pallstadt University, this attacker makes the most of everything. As a reward for eight years of great service, Blau-Weiss agreed to cooperate with a foreign transfer for a friendly price. If not good for your goal production, he’s a fine chap in the dressing room.

Espen KNUTSEN (23), from Jottnar Kallsmudden is in discussion for a contract (Crisisbless, NSB)

When four dogs fight for three spots, one has to go down. The youngest one was the losing one, despite five goals in the Top Division. Knutsen isn’t mentally the strongest, but he’s not afraid of the dirty work on the wing. With fine passing, he can win a spot in the heart of one your teams. It remains a question, however, how well he’ll adapt to the foreign life. However, critics say that there still is space for growth for this fellow.

Ladoslav KUBIK (29), from Garbarnia Hoyersko

Technically limited, this man was an unfortunate miscast for Garbarnia Hoyersko. Kubik is a breaker, not a builder, but what team can’t use a guy with three lungs? He doesn’t fit in the most technical side of the Top Division and realises he’ll have to find a way out if he wants to make something more of his career than being a second-tier player. Useful guy for a squad that needs some horsepower on the midfield. Will take every offer with pleasure.

Klas GROBANOV (20), from Pajukas Sport sold to Oxford City (FEL) for 100,000£

When Grobanov will be old and balding, he’ll say that the best way to demolish a young player is to say that he’s ‘the greatest prospect in ages’. Struggling with that name-tag, he had a depressing season for Pajukas and desperately searches for the way out. Does he have class? Certainly. He’s member of the new school of central defenders who can do more than just kick a ball across the field. Too bad he suffers from that one mishap each game. Which manager gets that out of his game?

Players We're Looking For!

Viztourzys Kolektyvinis found Firecrest (CRY) but still wants a sub attacker

The national champion hopes to enrich its squad with a central defender, preferably a large, controlling player who can live in the shadow of captain Bartkus. A work-horse with the heart on the right spot will be admired by the fans, a slow guy will be boo’ed. Further on, the Kolektyvinis looks for a sub attacker who can work in a two-man attacking system. Preferably a young prospect who doesn’t mind waiting one or two years for a spot in the first eleven. Prices up until 400K for the former and 200K for the latter are quite possible. More? Maybe.

Bengtsmark IF found Tullio Schi (ZWG) but still looks for a second goalie

The national number two squad wants to add an experienced second goalie to its roster. With youth prospect Saldlund starting between the stakes for the first time, a man who knows what he’s doing is heavily requested. Someone who wants to earn some money before finishing. More importantly is the quest for a wing midfielder and it seems that Bengtsmark is willing to open its wallet for such a player.

Blau-Weiss Pallstadt found David the Heroic (Old Guard) for 350,000£

Attractive, surprising. Blau-Weiss fought for the title till the last second and got rewarded with a UICA ticket. While amazed by their foreign central defenders, Mytanar Maurer and Nouvel Ecossian Milosevici, they’ld like to add an attacker to that list. Preferably one who adds in a two-attacker system with a fine right foot. Blau-Weiss doesn’t pay bad.

Jottnar Kallsmudden

For a team with title ambition, last season was a disappointment. Time for change, it appears and they want to grow their chances with a new central defender who can get the shaky backline in order. Price is a minor problem, but they’ll ask quality and won’t mind a bit of experience. In the same effort, they look for a wing attacker as Sil Moen announced he’s leaving. To who or what is still unknown, but Jottnar wants money for him, money for a replacement.

Garbarnia Hoyersko

The technically most exciting team of this competition has a lot in store, except experience. To fill that gap, they’re on the look-out for a wing midfielder with some years behind him. Creativity and a hard-nosed attitude is preferred when you depart to one of the darkest towns of the archipelago.

IFK Pollmarnang found Marcos Pérez (SJG) for 145,000£

Elmo Havelund, the attacker of the national squad is already quite respected when he lifted this very moderate team to a calm season. But if they want it to continue like this, they’ll need something more, all realise. Even Pallson, known as cheap, knows that an attacking midfielder is needed. Good vision is a necessity.

Pajukas Sport found Jonas Anselm (FEL) but still looks for a defender

Adding Noel Amundsen to the squad was the best decision they took all year long in Pajukas. Now they want to wipe out a dark year with two new foreign additions. First of all, a central or right defender who can bring the necessary stability to the eleven of Sport. On top of that, they request a creative midfield now Briedis is injured for a long time. The team from Buyan’s biggest town pays well, but the fans want results. Now!

Haljo Vannarby found Bruno Hawke (NSB)

Always in the shadow of Bengtsmark when it comes to financial liability, Haljo has been revered for its attempts to bring technically clean football with a good organisation. For that goal, Kalle Axborn needs a new keeper, preferably for a moderate price. Vannarby ain’t the most sexy team, but your goalie will receive a solid defence in front of him.

(Forgot some things, decided to repost this.)

Anywho, gimme your young (and hopefully talented) players. Thanks.

This is still a valid offer thing... So send in some younglings to help this newish team.

Anywho, we got some Felixian players that are for sale and want to move.

Cato
A team that has truly struggled and recently fired their head coach is in reform mode. That means all their overpaid star players will be exiting the team. The team is also looking for a new coach for their team. The team looking for a slightly experienced coach that has a mainly defensive styled strategies. Going back to the players Cato is selling four of them.

Jonas Anselm (Age: 22, Midfielder)-
He has played in the U-21 Felixian team and has been called up to play in the senior team multiple times. Jonas himself is sick of Cato despite this team being his childhood team. Jonas is looking for any team that will help his career so he is thinking of moving from a mid table team to the top of the table team. He isn't picky though due to his desperation to move out. Cato is willing to sell due to the reason mentioned previously.

Mark Finn (Age: 27, Midfielder)-
Mark Finn is one of the best players in Cato today and the best in Felix but he hasn't had a good team to back him up. Finn has national team experience. He will be moving out of a team (local or international) but he isn't as desperate as his teammate Jonas. He is willing to wait. He is looking for a team that has a chance to make it to the Globe Cup or Series B cup. He has received offers from local teams so expect competition . Cato is willing to sell.

Matteus Urban (Age: 30, Midfielder)-
While he never played in the national team he is a talented midfielder that is about to peak in his career in football. He wants to move internationally after staying in Cato all his career. He isn't really picky about where he wants to move but he wants to move to a team with some championship history. Recent or long ago. He is the captain of Cato and is a natural leader. He can wait unlike the younger Jonas. Cato, like with the two previously mentioned players, wants to sell.

Trygve Lund (Age: 27, Forward)-
Lund feels undervalued in this team as his team's philosophy doesn't match his playing style. He loves to attack and is looking for a team that loves to attack. He also wants a team that can go to the Champions Cup or Globe Cup. But he can accept the lower teams as long they can make it to the Series B. He has been called to the national team and is one of the best forwards in Felix but he does have some knee problems. So he can't be played too much. Cato wants him out.

Santa Maria City
The FCL champion for two years in a row is looking for a team to help develop their rising star León Félix. The team is only willing to put him out on loan and that is it. The team wants a full season loan on a team that will play him and possibly make it to the Globe Cup.

León Félix (Age: 16, Midfielder)-
Félix has played in Wight's youth league system and he has won a two titles there, he has also played in the World Champion U-15 Felixian national team. So he is certainly a rising star in the Felixian footballing world. As mentioned earlier, Santa Maria City isn't interested in selling him so don't send offers to buy.

Dusseldorf F.C
Dusseldorf F.C is selling their best player Kunibert Mathias. Now why is this happening is a mystery to many people. But it is rumored that Mathias had a spat with his head coach Ron Poldi.

Kunibert Mathias (Age: 23, Midfielder)-
He is a star. He is playing for the national team and he is doing a amazing job. He has a problem with leadership though which might explain why he is being sold. Either way he is out and to be honest Kunibert is glad. He has a eye for plays and he can shoot as well as any striker in Felix. He wants to move to a team that will go to the Champions Cup or the Globe Cup. He won't accept any offers from any teams that are lower than that. Dusseldorf F.C will sell him for a high price tag too.

Antonio Leggièri {Age: 62} <Manager for 22 years> [Free Agent]
The legendary Leggièri is looking for a job as Wight went poof. He is a great manager with 22 years of experience and is looking for one last team that he can bring to glory. He is a great coach with an attacking style of +5. He coached Altomare and lead them to multiple championships. He is looking for a Championship Cup or Globe Cup contending team.

Still looking for six players (one goalie, two defenders, one midfield and two attackers).

Where? Two posts above!

Well, given the cut-off is at December 4th; who's interested on having another of those transfer windows at December 7th?

I'm happy to run the transfer window again, and that Saturday would be a good day for me, so long as it started after about 10PM GMT. I'll get in touch with Eura, see if he's up for giving it a go again.

Would it be easier perhaps to run it after the UICA conclusion? I don't know when everyone RPs the UICA competitions as taking place compared to their domestic leagues, but it might make it easier for some.

I think quite a few people mentioned running it during then, since OOCly at least, the break between our leagues occuring is the UICA competitions. That would mean that we would all be on a break, so you can have the window ICly whenever you fancy, but OOCly, it's at a time when none of us have started our leagues yet, as far as I'm aware.

Well, it was discussed at IRC and Esportiva's RMB already, so might as well throw it up here. The Transfer Window of the next UICA cycle will roll December 14th, 11 PM at GMT. It will roll, once again, at esper.net's #nstransfers.

...And yes, this is just one of NSI's puppets. You may have noticed I have a bunch.

^Ditto.

Also, I don't quite know how to ask this, but is there a rule regarding players from my country in foreign clubs? As in, who owns them and can I ask for them to be recalled, or "returned" as it were.

Especially with regards to national tam players, where I have a vested interest in keeping interesting RP lines open.

You offer players and give his description about his talent, and you submit it, then you wait for offers from other nations and they offer you some amount of money, then you accept or reject his offer, and viceversa.

Example: (Player name) from (Team name) is available, he's good at (description) any offer please send me a Private Message (Well known as: PM).

You can put a deadline for offers and check everyone, then you can give your final decision and post at the conversation, then write the details of the offer in the doc file called: "Transfer Window - (Here will have the date, probably December 14th) - Completed Transfers" you can see the link below the Menu button.

When you're in the doc, you must write this: (Player name) (Trigramme of the origin nation) from (Last team name) (Trigramme of the team nation) to (New team's name) (Trigramme of the new team nation). $4m (you can write undisclosed if you didn't give an official amount of money).

Example: Jonathan Faña (SJG) from Alianza F.C (SJG) to Fillydelphia HC (EQS). Undisclosed.

And that's all, Hope you enjoy the next transfer window in december 14th at 11:00 P.M (2300) GMT.

You are still in control of your players when they are abroad; as far as I'm concerned, and I'm sure most of us are the same, if you ask for a player back, then you'll get them back.

Thanks SJG for the great description. I do however, have one thing to add. Last time, there was quite a bit of fun going on in there; we had an equivalent of Harry Redknapp leaning out of his car window and making generic comments about any player who was mentioned, we had transfer sagas across five nations with it all depending on one guy, who proceeded to log off, and we had the standard rumours based on somebody grandma's brother's uncle's sister seeing a player in a pub somewhere, and immediately this was the biggest story all night. There were good deals going on, but it was also a lot of fun, and I encourage you to pop in at some point, even if you have no interest at all in transferring players.

I got a question which I could have found somewhere without anyone's help but...

How many puppets can you put into the UICA Rankings without it making it a Joint-League?
