The Cygnus Cup is usually held for some days after the finalization of each UICA cycle (Champions' Cup, Globe Cup, Series B Champions' Cup, Super Cup -and now Youth Cup too-), so I'd be expecting it to be scored within the next couple of days. Posting (at least) the result of a scorinated domestic cup final (or a link to a national newswire post containing it) in the International Domestic Soccer NewsWires thread is a requirement in order to take part.

Yes it does. As most entrants tags list both regional tournaments and Cygnus Cup participants along with the UICA teams, I'd assume so.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it has the same deadline as UICA despite not being part of it. So if I'm correct, you must have already posted your domestic cup's results.

Utilitas Transfer Information

Transfers In

Many Utilitan teams are looking for foreign players, and as this is the first season that foreign players will be allowed in the league, teams are looking to fill the following holes. If you have a player who might be interested in joining one of these teams, please TG me. Teams are listed in order of finish in last year's table.

Antino C.L.: DF, GK
S.S. Bourgalt: FW
Attican C.L.: DF, FW
Riopelle S.L.: FW
Latinor S.L.: GK, FW
C.L. Sisseno: DF, MD
S.A. Regale Larnoud: MD
Paschal Personnes C.S.: MD, FW
Gallos A.S.: FW, DF
Yon Clerc C.S.: DF, FW
A.S. Dubas Travailleurs: DF, GK
S.L. Damonus: MD, FW
Sporting Granier: FW, MD
Conlegium Thibaus: MD, FW
Olympique Fiacre: DF, FW
Morice S.C.: FW, GK
A.S. Viau: FW, DF
Dynamo Aydelotte C.A.: MD, DF
S.L. Clemo: FW
A.S. Riveron: MD

Transfers Out

Many Utilitan players also wish to leave the country in search of better competition, or to advance their careers. The following players are interested in leaving their current clubs for a new one. Please note that some of these players will transfer inside the league, depending on interest.

Opiter Antio - MD - 25 - Latinor S.L.
With Latinor being relatively stable, Antio wants to move to a club where he can have a starting job. Currently the fifth midfielder at a club playing a 4-4-2, Antio can play at either wing. He is a good defender, but does not provide much on the offensive side (he did not score last year in limited opportunities). He is a good leader and could be a stabilizing force on a young team. He wants to go to a mid-level UICA league where he can play immediately.

Transferred to St. Christopher United, Taijan

Kaeso Arcadio - GK - 25 - Yon Clerc C.S.
Arcadio is one of the best goalkeepers in Utilitas and will likely start for the national team in the upcoming Friendly Cup. He captained Yon Clerc to a 10th place finish last year, but he is leaving the team due to money issues in the ownership. He is quick to leave his line when necessary, and is good at creating tough angles for opposing strikers. He hopes to move to a club in a top 20 league for a large transfer sum.

Ross Blondeau - GK - 25 - Sporting Granier
One of the best goalkeepers in the UPL last year, Blondeau will fight for a spot on the national team. He is a natural-born leader and he served as the captain for Sporting Granier last year. He is seeking a position in a top league as a starter, where he can prove himself against tougher competition. His measureables are good, but his intangibles are really what make his game great.

Destin Bradeaux - DF - 24 - Paschal Personnes C.S.
One of the best Utilitans available on the transfer market, Bradeaux will be a starter for the national team. A tall center fullback, Bradeaux is able to pair up with another center back to create an almost impenetrable defense. He is not much of an offensive threat (only 3 goals last year), but he does have the occasional header off of corner kicks. He is a little bit slower than optimal, but that is easily masked by his football IQ. Bradeaux is good at positioning and is a natural born leader. He hopes to got to a top 20 UICA league where he can start immediately at a competitor.

Jean Burnette - FW - 21 - Paschal Personnes C.S.
Burnette is one of a quartet of young forwards on Le Paschalais. He is pretty fast, but nothing special. He has a good boot and is a good finisher, but is sometimes out of position. He wants to leave Personnes before he can be overtaken and lose his starting spot. He hopes to go to a mid-level UICA league where he can start and show his worth in hopes of catching the eye of national team officials.

Transferred to Caoloon Dragons, Allinlia

Videl Chastan -MD - 22 - Olympique Fiacre
Twenty-two years old, Videl Chastan is a fast left winger. He scored 10 goals last year for Olympique and really helped out in the attack. He hopes to move to a mid-level UICA league where he can continue to develop in hopes of one day playing in a UICA top-20 league. He is very quick and has a good cross from the outside. However, his motivation is questionable at times and he often fails to hustle to get back on defense. He could be moved to attacking midfielder where his speed and offensive prowess could really shine, but he is a little resistant to such a move, because he believes it would hurt his chances of making the national team.

Jay Colbey - DF - 24 - Olympique Fiacre
Colbey normally plays at right fullback and he played above expectations for Olympique last year. However, he wants to move on before he has to go through another terrible campaign. He wants to play for a winner and does not mind playing in an up-and-coming league that allows him to showcase his talents. His tangibles are a little bit lacking, but he is a very good leader and will be a candidate for the captain's armband wherever he goes.

Transferred to Altomare, Felix

Lucius Colombo - DF - 18 - S.L. Clemo
Only 18 years old, Colombo is a project. He has the speed and skills necessary to be a top player, but he has yet to show them completely. However, he could become a capped player in the future, if his development progresses. Colombo would be a good pick-up for a second-tier team in a top league, or even a lower first-tier team, as long as they are willing to be patient and develop his skills.

Transferred to Pays de Croix, Saugeais

Spurius Cotta - GK - 21 - Antino C.L.
Cotta is a good young goalkeeper, but he is trapped behind Decius Damaso on the depth chart. Cotta is solid in normal situations, but is a specialist in stopping penalty kicks. He is very smart and actually has a degree in psychology. He is known to give psychoanalyses of opposing players while on the bench, giving him the nickname "Doc". He is a good player to have in the locker room and is very friendly and funny. He hopes to go somewhere where he can show off his talents in a starting role so that he can one day return to the UPL as a starter.

Transferred to Tortuna Tropics, Allinlia

Fitz Creque - DF - 25 - A.S. Viau
At 25, Creque wishes to move up before it is too late. He is not a great defender, but would be a serviceable fullback in a mid-level UICA league. He usually plays on the right side, but could play on the left, like he did last year in Viau. He needs a strong center fullback to cover his mistakes, but makes up for some of it with his abilities on corner kicks.

Transferred to Pays de Croix, Saugeais

Burel Daoust - FW - 20 - Morice S.C.
Daoust also had a rather disappointing season, although his stats do not show it. Widely believed to be the second-best striker at Morice, Daoust outshined Cyrano Duran and netted 20 goals. However, he is sick of losing and wants to move on. He hopes to go to a mid-level UICA league where he can start for a good team. He is a good penalty-taker and has a knack for being in the right place to score goals, but is not fast enough to be an elite forward in a top UICA league.

Transferred to Pargo Ironclads, Allinlia

Cyrano Duran - FW - 18 - Morice S.C.
Coming off of a disappointing season, Duran would like to depart from the Saborin side Morice. There were high hopes for the season with Duran paired up front with Burel Daoust, but Duran had only 16 goals, a total which many thought was a poor effort for such a bright player. Duran is a very good dribbler and is fast, but he has some problems finishing. He is looking to go to a top club where he can be a substitute, or a mid-level UICA league where he can start and shine. He will fight for a spot on the Utilitas U-21 team.

Loaned to Lepers FC, Taijan

Stephen Ferron - FW - 22 - Dynamo Aydelotte C.A.
Scoring 15 times last year, Ferron was Dynamo's top forward. However, he is unhappy with the team's play, and noting that Chandler Thorell and Leonard Paret will likely leave, he wants out as well. Ferron is good in the center and has a good header in the box. He sometimes dribbles too much, resulting in turnovers. He is not much help on defense either. However, he would be a good starter in a top-tier team in a mid-level UICA league.
Transferred to Santa Maria FC, Felix

Gnaeus Figulo - MD - 17 - C.L. Sisseno
Figulo is a phenom. At only 17 years old, he will likely make the full national team and is viewed as a shoe-in for a starting spot inside the next few years. He is a box-to-box midfielder who usually plays in the middle. He is a good free-kick taker, and is tall enough to be an aerial force on crosses and corner kicks. He is strong, and has a growing array of skill moves to complement his speed. His one weakness would be defense, but he is a hard worker who is striving to improve in that area. He hopes to go to a top 20 UICA league where he can start as a center or attacking midfielder.

Transferred to Retatyn TU, Earent

Norman Guichard - DF - 25 - A.S. Dubas Travailleurs
Guichard is a player who hopes to start before he gets too old. He just wants to play. He is a solid defender who is not very fast, but is able to cover all four spots. He has a good boot for clearances and occasionally goes into the box on corner kicks. He did not play much last year at Travailleurs, but he hopes to go to a league where he can will play most games.

Transferred to Tortuna Tropics, Allinlia

Tiberius Helvia - FW - 22 - Conlegium Thibaus C.L.
Helvia is only 22 years old, but he feels that he is being edged out of his starting position at Conlegium. He only scored 9 goals last year while fighting through injuries. When healthy he is a good player and will score for whoever he plays with. However, he seems to always get bitten by the injury bug and his speed has taken a hit. He would be a good transfer into a middle-tier league as a starter. He wants to start wherever he goes.

Transferred to Santa Maria FC, Felix

Placus Ivmarius - MD - 18 - S.L. Damonus
Ivmarius is a budding star at holding midfielder. He is practically a fifth defender and can facilitate play at both ends of the field. He is good in the air and can take some free kicks. He will not score often (only 3 goals in 38 games last year), but his true value is not in his offense but in his defense. He is looking to go to a top 25 UICA league, but all offers are encouraged. He is extremely loyal and hopes to stay at one club for his whole career following this move.

Marc Leduc - DF - 25 - Morice S.C.
Leduc was the defensive rock last year for Morice and he played a big role in them avoiding elimination. Leduc is on the list of players who will fight for a spot on the roster for the Friendly Cup. He normally plays at center fullback, but can play on the wings if needed. He is tall and is a force in the box, but he is a little bit slow and is duped too easily by fancy dribbling. He is hoping to go to a top 50 UICA league, but he may stay in Utilitas if he can find a good opportunity at a better club.

Lars Livigeno - FW - 23 - Riopelle S.L.
Livigeno had a good season last year (22 goals scored), but with Riopelle pursuing foreign options at forward, he wants out. He is a good scorer, but is not much in support and his passing is sub-par. He makes good runs inside the box and is good at staying just onside when attacking. He wants to go to a mid-level league where he can start now, and he wants a good passing club that can get him the ball.

Transferred to Goldbrund Volts, Allinlia

Faustus Marcipor - GK - 25 - Attican C.L.
Stuck behind 19 year-old Herius Valerian at Attican, Marcipor has no chance of getting playing time anytime soon in Saborin. So, he wants to go to a team where he can start. He is a solid goalkeeper, but is nothing special between the pipes. He played sparingly as a replacement for Valerian, but he played fairly well. Attican does not want to release him, but they have no choice. A club in a mid-level league with a need at goalkeeper would be a good fit for Marcipor.

Transferred to Bellong Roughnecks, Allinlia

Eugenio Mote - MD - 22 - A.S. Viau
The third-place finisher in UPL Midfielder of the Year voting, Mote led Viau with 15 goals last year. He has a good free kick and a nice shot from the edge of the box. His aerial play is suspect, but he is relatively good on defense. Mote is tired of the lack of support in Viau and would like to move to a top-tier team in a high-level UICA league. He will be fighting for a spot on the national team, and will at least start on the national B team, if he does not make the national team proper. Mote usually plays as an attacking midfielder, but could play as a center midfielder if it fit the team best.

Transferred to Sporting Volker, Allinlia

Caius Orano - DF - 23 - Yon Clerc C.S.
Caius Orano is another player on Yon Clerc who is being sold off because of the team's financial issues. He was one of their best players last year, and he contributed greatly to their overperformance. He usually plays at right fullback, and is the likely starter of the national B side if he does not make the full national team. Orano is a rising star for the future, and he hopes to got to a mid-level league where he can prosper before moving onto greener pastures. He is quick and a force in the air, but he sometimes struggles to make good decisions. He would be a good fit on a veteran team with a good coach where he can learn more leadership skills.

Transferred to Porthaven United, Barunia

Leonard Paret - MD - 22 - Dynamo Aydelotte C.A.
Paret is a left winger who is good on the attack. He scored 12 goals in the last UPL campaign and is very fast. Although he sometimes has trouble on defense and can make bad decisions, his play setting up forwards in the middle is very useful for teams. He might be a good fit as a fresh-legs substitute on top teams, or as a starter on lower-tier teams. He will likely play on the national B side, although he still has a shot at a national team berth.

Transferred to Caoloon Dragons, Allinlia

Amulius Patiens - MD - 20 - S.A. Regale Larnoud
Amulius Patiens is a right midfielder with a good eye for scoring goals. He was Regale's fourth leading scorer last year with 16 goals. He is fast, but needs help in defense and he often dribbles too much instead of passing. He wants to go to a top 30 UICA league where he can display his skills. Being able to start is a prerequisite of any transfer and having a chance at success is definitely important in his decision. Patiens will score wherever he goes.

Lucius Renata - DF - 25 - Conlegium Thibaus C.L.
Renata is the odd man out at Conlegium and he hopes to move on before he gets too old. He is a solid defender who is not excellent at anything, but has no obvious weaknesses. He is versatile and can play at all four defense positions. He does not provide much help on the offensive end, but he would be a good pick-up for an rising team who plays a defensive style. He hopes to join a newer league where he can establish himself.

Transferred to Goldbrund Volts, Allinlia

Caepasius Sandiliano - DF - 18 - Yon Clerc C.S.
At 18 years old, Sandiliano is a starter for the Utilitas U-21 team. He is expected to one day make it to the national team. Sandiliano plays at left fullback and provides good offensive support. He has a good boot on free kicks, and is good at picking out players in the box on crosses. He sometimes overextends himself on the attack, leaving his team vulnerable to counter-attacks. He hopes to go to a top 20 league where he can start inside a few years, although it does not have to be immediate.

Transferred to Ungalb Tratbonget, Earent

Chandler Thorell - MD - 22 - Dynamo Aydelotte C.A.
Thorell is a center midfielder with a good sense of space and the ability to set the tempo for a game. He is a very good passer and is an aerial threat on headers, and can score on the ground too. He is a very smart player and tackles well. Thorell is on the shortlist of players being considered for selection to the national team, but it seems unlikely that he will make it. However, he hopes that development in a top league could help him to reach the international level.

Lucius Toutio - MD - 18 - C.L. Sisseno
With Figulo leaving Sisseno, Lucius Toutio feels that it is time for him to move on as well. He is a right winger who is a good support man for forwards and attacking midfielders. He is very good at crossing balls into the box and is good defender as well. He will be on the U-21 team in the next Di Bradini Cup and he wants to go to play at a club in a top 30 UICA league.

Titus Trenico - FW - 22 - Attican C.L.
Trenico rarely played last year and only scored once as a substitute. He is injury-prone and was unavailable for much of last year due to an ACL injury. He is not particularly fast but is a good player when healthy and makes good runs. He is intelligent, and a good influence in the locker room. Trenico is leaving Attican because of a lack of opportunities there, so he hopes to go somewhere where he can start.

Clement Vaux - FW - 23 - A.S. Riveron
Vaux is a forward with a knack for scoring goals, but sub-par speed. Despite having a good SBCC, Vaux believes he is being edged out in favor of faster strikers at Riveron, and hopes to move overseas. A good fit for him would be a second-tier team in a top UICA league, or a first-tier team in a league lower ranked in the UICA.

Transferred to Dallint Wildcats, Allinlia

Silvain Wion - FW - 18 - Gallos A.S.
Wion is a project. He has good speed that cannot be taught. However, his skills on the ball are lacking. If a good coach could teach him proper mechanics, he could be a star. But if not, he will likely be no more than a late-game substitute. Wion scored 9 goals last year at Gallos, but he hopes to improve in future campaigns. He wants to go to a veteran team in a mid-level UICA league.

Transferred to FC Nova Algiers Marrons, Taijan

Since it’d be stupid to make you wait to do the Cygnus Cup until I update all the UICA rules and such, here, have some old-fashioned coëfficients.

Players wanted!

Liria Prizren, the 8th best team in the world following the latest UICA cycle are looking for a top level central defender who would be willing to ply his or her trade in the Mytanar Top League. They would prefer for the player to be in between the ages of 24 and 27 and would require him or her to be playing in the starting eleven for their national side with some regularity. Liria Prizren have won the UICA Globe Cup on two occasions and the Rushmore Copa de Campeones once, they are one of the biggest sides in terms of fan base in Mytannion and also in terms of success, particularly on the international stage.

I would also be willing to look at any top players from smaller nations that are not so highly ranked within the UICA and the KPB rankings (both of which will be taken into account), who would wish to play in the Mytanar Top League, the 5th ranked league according to the latest UICA rankings.

Two players are also available:
MC Bernd Gloeckner 21 Dtykiga
DC Anton Skjeggestad 27 SK Port Jarko
The Third Republic of Mytannion
Capital: Esca - Population: 43,500,000 - Demonym: Mytanar

Sporting Achievements:
Football: Copa Rushmori XVII, CoH 56 & 59 Champions. Qualified for WC 55, 58, 60, 61, 63, 66; Round of 16: WC 56, 57, 62, 65. Quarter Finals: WC 68.
Lacrosse: WLC IX & XVII Champions!

Euran Gold League players are available for purchase. I'll start with a handful of players who have no place in the league, and then some big names who might be tempted with a big offer from a big team somewhere.

The Rabble

CASPER CONSTABLE - 25 years old - Attacking midfielder - Directus - Sameba (19 caps, 2 goals)

Constable is a decent attacking midfielder who Directus brought in from lowly Marketville for £4.3m just one season ago. With the purchase of Luar Dardan and Stanislav Navratil he is now surplus to requirements, despite an ok season with Directus. Only ever signed up as a stopgap measure after the retirement of the player previously in his position, he feels unwanted at Directus and wants to move. Has bags of potential, but not a world beater. Valued at £6.5m.

JONNY DOS SANTOS - 30 years old - Striker - Holdenberg - Swartaz (Unknown no. of caps and goals)

dos Santos has almost a decade of experience under his belt in Euran football, and has been scoring between 10 and 20 league goals consistently throughout his stay. Although he has been part of Holdenberg's success for a long time, he is now aging a bit and past his prime. Could be available for as little as £3m.

SIMON GOULD - 27 years old - Striker - Marketville - Eura (0 caps, international experience with Eura U21)

A failed prospect in some ways, Gould was a product of the Revolutionaries youth academy who was expected to go on to great things. However two bad injuries at the ages of 19 and 21 led to him playing in the lower leagues until last season, when he finally made his top flight debut with Marketville. He scored a respectable 11 league goals in 30 appearances (he missed 8 games through another injury midway through the season). He's clearly got injury issues but has some untapped potential as a potent finisher and aerial threat. May be available at a cut price of £1.5m due to his team's relegation and his injury issues.

The Royalty

KYLE COOPER - 30 years old - Central defender - Revolutionaries - Eura (3 caps, 0 goals)

Cooper has everything you want from a centre back; supreme tackling ability, aerial mastery, pace and strength. He is a quality player, who has spent years at the heart of a potent Revolutionaries defence of Nick Feeney, Eamon Power and Dean Wickens. But Cooper is also frustrated at how his career has gone. He's spent a long time at Revolutionaries and although he has silverware to show for it, he can't help but feel like the forgotten defender in Eura. A massive talent, constantly overlooked by the international set up. He has now handed in a transfer request at Revolutionaries, looking for one last attempt at a move to a big foreign club to give him a shot at some international glory before retirement. Only the best will suffice. Revolutionaries are unlikely to want to sell the heart of their defence, but with him adamant that he wants to leave it seems they don't have a choice. Bidding starts at £9m.

SIMON XAVIER - 33 years old - Striker - Revolutionaries - Eura (70 caps, 31 goals)

Xavier has had similar problems to Cooper, but his are far more high profile. Revolutionaries player? Check. Domestic success? Check. International underachievement? Check. Xavier has lived in the shadow of Sharp and Needle for nearly 15 years, always the backup. He was touted as the next big thing for Eura, but still is yet to break the 100 cap mark. However he still has at least two or three years left in the tank, and with Sharp and Needle on the verge of retirement he has to make the step up somewhere overseas to beat the likes of Sam Thomas and Skorji Oslograd to the number 10 shirt. Even at 33 though he is still very valuable to Revolutionaries, and hence bidding starts at £10m. A consistent 20 goal a season striker for a decade, one shouldn't hesitate to take him on board.

RYAN KING - 21 years old - Attacking midfielder - Brigham - Eura (0 caps, currently a key member of the U21 squad

King is taking his time to develop as a player and person, but this man is surely a future Euran international. A talented player that Brigham snapped up for £2m just one season ago, is almost certainly going to be a regular for the national team within five years. If a big enough club come along, Brigham may be tempted to cash in; but they clearly rate him highly after rejecting a £16m bid by Bastion. He won't be in a Eura shirt for a couple of years yet, not regularly anyway, but this is the sort of player that could be a future great for any foreign club smart enough to invest now. It's a risk, but he is valued at £18m.

The deadline for all bids is the 18th July - so two days. Well, you can make offers after that but you'll have to wait at least a week for a response as I'm on holiday.

With Season 8 of the BFL just around the corner, several teams are looking for international players.

Edwardton Eagles - Surprise champions last year, Edwardton are looking for additional firepower to ensure they stay at the top. Are looking for Forwards/Strikers of either international or successful top-tier league teams.

Marion Hawks. The Hawks have been champions in the past, and with a top three finish last season, could well be champions again. They are looking for an international midfielder and a talented forward.

West Bay Mariners - West Bay had a disappointing finish last season, and are looking to reverse their fortunes with some new blood. Three defenders are wanted, and the positions are open to all offers.

Several Players are also looking to transfer.

Andre Lopez
Lopez is a defender on Barunia's international squad and a stalwart of Barunian Football. With San Baptiste since before the BFL existed, he was there when they lifted their one and only trophy. Now aged 30, he is looking for a change of scenery, and a club with prospects of a league championship or UICA prospects.
Accepted offer from Brinemouth FC, New Sideburn

Arthur Wood
An international reserve, Arthur plays for Porthaven United, winners of last year's Community Cup and the most successful team in BFL history. A central defending midfielder, the 24 year old is looking for a club where his skills will be most appreciated.
Accepted offer from Coco Bay Capital AC, Taijan

You don't do so through this thread. In order to "affiliate" a football association (and, by extension, its league) to UICA, you enter its competitions by posting your league's results in the International Domestic Soccer NewsWires thread and stating in such post the teams you want to enter into them: 1 to the Champions' Cup, 3 to the Globe Cup, and 4 to the Series B Champions' Cup (competition for second-division teams).

I actually saw this post by you in the Newswires threead.

I think it was unnecessary to make a new post there. You could have edited your original post into your latest post and delete the recent one. It could still be deleted as you were the last person to post there, or you can reserve that post for the results of your scorination.

If anybody would like to have players at either the 6th-placed Astograthian First Division or the 13th-placed Iturributan Premier Division, please contact me with the appropriate details - there are plenty of places available, especially for younger players at smaller clubs, from where they can, in time, jump to bigger things.

Currently, I am particularly in need of the following, though it isn't restricted to this:
  • A right midfielder/winger for Oyardo FC
  • A defensive midfielder for Urbizania Wanderers
  • A centre midfielder for Iturributa United

A new season of the Liga Federal of Valladares is about to kick-off, and the ninth-best football league of the multiverse and its clubs are now releasing their wish list in search of some foreign talent to strenghten their squads. If you would like to have a player competing in one of the multiverse's top football leagues, feel free to contact me via TG with the pertaining details of your player(s). As you will see below, most Liga-1 clubs have unmet needs and the door is especially opened for young players who want to complete their formation at a top league. Also note that AS Bezieres, Canalave Dragons, Edmonton United, Marinos Metropolis, Nacional, and Tannenberg FC are all former Liga-1 winners and will be looking for either already renowned international players or young players with a high potential.

  • AC Tallin: They're looking for a right-back
  • AS Bezieres: They're looking for an attacking midfielder
  • AS Montreux: They're looking for a forward
  • Canalave Dragons: They're looking for two forwards
  • CAP Los Chorros: They're looking for a forward
  • Edmonton United: They're looking for a goalkeeper and a left midfielder or winger
  • Eterna Stars: They're looking for a central midfielder
  • Étoile Verte: They're looking for a centre-back
  • Hoxford Rovers: They're looking for a left-back
  • Marinos Metropolis: They're looking for a centre midfielder
  • Nacional: They're looking for a right/left midfielder or winger
  • Pradera FC: They're looking for a left-back and an attacking midfielder
  • Slateport Bulls: They're looking for a forward
  • Tannenberg FC: They're looking for a winger

Question:
If I entered clubs from my puppet last cycle and I decide not to enter any from that puppet this cycle, can I enter clubs from another puppet this cycle?

Yes basically if you have one master, and as long as you say who is your puppet and dont try to sneak in another one, it shouldnt be a problem if you just use another puppet.

That said you will have 0 rank for all those teams and will start on square one with that league.
