Sorry, it really seems that I don't have the willpower/time for puppets really, and therefore I'm going to withdraw this puppet from the WC and BoF. I did have an awesome storyline for Cape Bastion, but it's not going anywhere.

Then for the purposes of the World Cup it's immaterial; we require puppet declarations only for users with two teams signing up.

No, you are not allowed to enter a puppet in your first tournament, actually.

You'll have to pick one nation for this edition and withdraw the other. You can enter a puppet in the future if this cup goes well for you.
