you should make a new reply asap, just in case you run out of space on the first post, you have the second post to have continuity.

It looks tremendous by the way.

A good resource, great work.

One minor point: the official name for the Winter Olympics should always be in the format (Roman numerals) Olympic Winter Games.

I see a few of the tournaments from the Festivalo de Tutmondaj Futbaloj are missing:

05/05/11 - 13/05/11 Coupe Bergamot (Canadian football), hosted by Cotdelapoms, thread - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=109752
1st - Thessia Cotdelapomais (Mytannion)
2nd - University of Paris (The Babbage Islands)

10/06/11 - 20/06/11 Beitzel Trophy (international rules football), hosted by Sorthern Northland, thread - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=111553
1st - Darmen
2nd - Cluichí Gaelacha Cumann All-Stars (Sorthern Northland)
3rd - Dorian and Sonya

18/06/11 - 01/07/11 Australian-Football-Weltmeisterschaft, hosted by Lontorika, thread - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=111098
1st - The Babbage Islands
2nd - North Chicanan
3rd - Nitrome Island

The I World Games quite deliberately did not have a ranking of nations. I’d also argue that it’s inappropriate to display one for the Olympic Games, but some people probably disagree with me about that.

I could give you the information for UICA and a few other notable tournaments in the International Domestic Soccer NewsWires thread if you want to add that.

This is a formidable piece of work. My compliments! I'll be adding in several corrections over the next few days, but please consider them as attempts to complete the mighty structure you have built rather than efforts to criticise it.

One understandable error in an existing listing stands out. The Community Football Convocation was not unfinished--it ran for four rounds exactly as specified in the OP. The end date was 13/04/12, and the teams tied for first were Seendok Breakers CFC (Carmadin) and Warriors (Yesopalitha).

The Cotswold Trophy is awarded in international rules football, a hybrid code of Australian and Gaelic; this isn't clear from your listing of the Second Cotswold Trophy. By the way, the first Cotswold Trophy hosted by The Babbage Islands ran from 03/07/09 to 18/07/09 in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=5671 . Luchsandria won, followed by The Babbage Islands and Candelaria And Marquez.

Some other leads to missing events, which I'll follow up when I have some time, include the original Mcleod Cup, the original Svoboda Cup, and the Golfinator Classic.

Again, don't misunderstand. This rocks!

I have nothing to do but congratulate you on such a great work, however, for future reference...

05/09/11 - 23/09/11 Copa Rushmori VI, hosted by The Whirl Islands, thread - viewtopic.php?f=7&t=137006
1st - Nieuwe Sleeswijk
2nd - Polar Islandstates
3rd - The Kiaser Colonies

...the "official" name of Whirl Islands has no definite article, actually, it has no article at all, and if people want to mention WI's name with the article, I'd appreciate it didn't start with a capital letter as it is not a part of my puppet's name. It may seem like a minor detail that shouldn't be that much of an issue to some, but to me it is pretty important.

Other than that, impressive work. Hats off.

Formidable work, but a few things to point out:

- You've put down Sorthern Northland as Southern Northland, and Jeruselem as Jerusalem
- I'd rather Cup of Harmony XLVIII be referred to as 48, and the third placed team in that was Southern Cynocephali
- You overlooked this

Thanks for the responses everyone... glad it wasn't shunned probably took me a good 48 hours since mid October.

Also thanks for the tournaments I missed off, I'll add them on, I knew that it was likely I'd miss a few out. Can't remember who asked, but I'll eventually sort them into different posts, all arranged by sport.

And if it was stickied, well, that would be amazing ;)

EDIT: And if the comments you've made don't get changed quickly, my apologies, however, as can be imagined, it may take a little while to sift through all this.

I assume you're listing IC hosts, rather than OOC hosts? Obviously the WGPCs are one massive undertaking by (with the exception of WGPC 9, where there were two) one OOC host, so it might be a nice idea to credit people where that has happened.

As an aside, personally I don't think we need it to be stickied. The NS Sports forum's stickies are limited for a reason and I don't think this, while impressive and a big undertaking, meets any arbitrary criteria to warrant a sticky. I mean, even the Olympic announcements thread doesn't have a sticky on it. We could probably link to it in the Guide to Sports Roleplaying instead.

IC hosts. However, I can edit in the scorinator if needed when I get through to that when I'm sorting them out. I don't personally mind if its stickied or not, I just don't what to see it fall down the forum pages and get forgotten about.

Fantastic work, Apox. Thanks a million. I think it's great that someone spent the time on this, and it's really rewarding to have it as part of the RP environment, if that makes sense. It helps the immersion quite a bit. If I might add the Roller Hockey Internationale that I hosted - it was called "South Califas Roller Hockey Internationale" at the time, but an Executive Committee and a Planning Committee were later formed which could theoretically host one among any of the participants, so I'd prefer it to be recorded without the demonym if at all possible - please find the details in the spoiler below.
